In this correspondence they had clearly mentioned that they have changed the departing airport of my flight ( Booking No. V5NQFD) that was scheduled to depart on June 1, 2020.
The flight was scheduled to depart from JOG, but now will depart from YIA.
In that correspondence, they also mentioned that any one can claim full refund from Air Asia, but this option is applicable for direct booking from AirAsia.com. Otherwise, will have to contact respective travel agent / booking channel (the highlighted text)

I am really not satisfied with Goibibo services. Even after checking with the Goibibo team members many times before canceling my flight, the amount which is refunded back to my bank account is only around 690rs,though was informed that entire 1065rs will be refunded back to my back amount.. That’s why only I go ahead to cancel my flight.. Now rest of the amount you have given it in my Gocash account which is not of any use to me and will get expired..Also a huge amount of Goibibo fee is deducted.. Also i was informed that since I am not travelling I will get my insurance amount as well which I have paid..Really disappointing

I had the intention to visit Hong Kong during the month of November,2016 for 5 days effective from 7-11-16 to 11-11-16 and searching for a 2* accommodation either near Airport or near the main city. When I contacted your customer care number for the air fare from Kolkata to Hong Kong on 7-11-16 for round trip the cost of Air trip by China Eastern to Hong Kong and Back to Kolkata was quoted R.27,506/-.Whereas you are advertising in the Ananda Bazar Patrika the fare as R.9,573 for one way trip.So,for a round trip the cost works out to R.19,146/-.
Now,please clarify which of the 2 fares are correct. On hearing from you,I shall take a decision to purchase a ticket.Also quote the rate for the lodging charges 4 nights for single person for the above period either near airport or near the main city. The lodging charges should be customised and moderate.Awaiting a reply through e mail from you.

To your notice even after repeated call the bus operator (AHMED EXPRESS/SHAMA SARDAR) kept on saying that the bus is on Madiwala. Ultimately the bus never came to Bomanahalli and left left for Chennai. Me along with another passenger were kept stranded at the stop and faced the worst of time(and I had a flight to catch in the morning from Chennai).

on 12th Nov. around 1:00 pm I have reached Udaipur, as soon as I reached Udaipur I have called hotel (Kurabar Kothi) on the basis of confirmation from Goibibo. But immediately hotel person said your room booking is not confirmed under waiting list, also refused to provide address & land mark of hotel.
Then with multiple request he has provided the address & land mark of hotel.

On 7th June I booked online ticket FROM HALDWANI TO DELHI through you website. The Travel Agent name is KINGS HOLIDAY TOURS. Booking ID is GOBUSMOBf91433682214 and PNR No. is EYSY446 (3 Seats). The boarding time was 10:30 at HOTEL OK (as mentioned in your msg) I reached there around 9.30pm but bus doesn’t arrived till 1:00 am. During this period I was in contact with the travel agent. He gave me the bus number which arrived around 1.00am on the bus stand but did not stopped. After that I called to travel agent several time but he did not picked the phone. Due to irresponsibility of travel agent I could not catch the bust and spend all the night on the Bus stand with my family. Request you to take the action against the agent and refund my money.

Because first I book the ticket with gobibo and they cut the money but the ticket was not confirmed and second to confirming the ticket I called the helpline for one hour and they charge me extra 2500 rupees and also the gobibo charge 1400 rupees which is not fare. I had a booking with hotel Royal Palm, Udaipur. I had booked it for my parents. It is invariably the most horrible hotel I have ever known. The entrance door of the room is broken, the bathroom door also has a similar problem, the furniture in the room is not usable. On top of it, the restaurant doesn’t provide whatever is mentioned in the menu. I mean it doesn’t make sense!!!! The bed sheet and the pillow cover seemed to be used and after repeated calls to the reception, finally it was changed with another not so good one.
As per the amenities mentioned in the goibibo site, it says that the hotel is having a multi-cuisine restaurant. But its a pure veg restaurant.
I feel so cheated!!!!

I booked my ticket through the GOIBIBO app for a bus from Tirupathi to Bangalore. The travels was SRS Travels and the bus travel time is 23.55 PM (28/02/2015) from Tirupathi.
Payment is deducted but app shows “new”… And when i checked today app is still allowing to book tickets for the seats which i already booked..
Not Sure what is wrong.. Please help me out on how to proceed..

I booked my ticket through the GOIBIBO website for a bus from Pune to Indore. The travels was Suyog – Chawla Travels and the bus was supposed to travel by 8:59 PM(20:59) from Sangamwadi.
There were 3 buses belonging to the same bus operator traveling at that time but I had my name in no list. The bus operator informed me that the bus at 20:59 got cancelled and thus he said that if I need to travel then would have to pay extra amount to travel. He charged me Rs 700 more and provided no receipt. I paid an amount of Rs 730 at Goibibo portal to book the ticket.
So, the confusion lies at one place that I did not get any mail/sms from GOIBIBO team regarding the Bus cancellation or so. In fact, I got an sms from your team an hour before or so(as you people always do) that I need to reach 20 minutes prior to the scheduled time. The bus operator mentioned that I would be getting my refund from GOIBIBO as the bus in which I was supposed to sit, got cancelled. Request you to please let me know of the status of the refund.
In addition to this, I would also like to give a feedback about the Bus Travels Suyog – Chawla that the service/staff behavior/bus sanity and cleanliness is not at all up to the mark. The bus I booked had all its seats booked still the bus was cancelled and I am sure you might have got complaints/emails from other passengers as well who booked seats in that bus. This somehow make me feel that this Travels SUYOG – CHAWLA cancel the buses for no reason and take undue advantage of passengers’ situation and charge them double. Request you to please share this feedback so that it reaches the right audience through the right stage.

A bad experience with goibibo customer service people they never respond to my Queries which was raise in there site, we could not have any sort interact with them directly so that we can take a final call on that subject. I have received wrong destination ticket by mentioning NEW YORK but i have booked to destination place is Washington DC IAD. I have raise lot of ticket with them but no response.

Never use gocash option this is a complete trap. I have lost Rs . 3259 because of gocash and now I can not use this with promo code and it can’t be refunded to my account.
