    My booking ID HTL6XS9FCT and name of the Hotel was Airport Inn, address- Shop No 12, Chimat Pada. Marol Naka. Close to Marol Metro Station. Marol, Near Host-Inn Hotel. Andheri(East), Mumbai 400059. for 1 day. dated 1st April 2017.
    But it was not a hotel, picture shows that it is Ok. I enter there and return. I lost all the booking amount paid to you. My question is you are reputed company why you dint check the real status of the hotel etc by your way.
    Hope in future You will take some action against such types of fraud party.

    I had booked a ticket from Delhi – Bangaluru – delhi thru GOIBIBO. Journey date was 07.05.16 & return 09.05.16 . I cancelled the tickt in Feb-2016. But till now I have not received the refund of 07.05.16. I spoken to Indigo office they told me that they had refund the amount to traveler agent (GOIBIBO). But still GOIBIBO has not refund the amount to me.

    Tried booking a ticket from Delhi to Pune on 2/8/16. The transaction snapped before ticket was issued but money was deducted from my account. requested refund…was promised as the ticket could not be issued because of a technical problem. But later on after two days a supervisor called up and said he cannot provide full refund as it was the company’s policy…….Charging the customers for your own inefficiencies….Horrible site, horrible customer support staff and supervisors. Only interested in fleecing you off your money….think again before using the site for booking tickets / hotels. Never going to recommend this engine to anyone.

    The review…feedback….experience….HOTEL HARSH PARADISE,PANCHSHEEL ENCLAVE,JAIPUR,RAJASTHAN experience was horrible…..this hotel should be black listed from hotel industry as the there is no sense of hospitality in any of the staff and manager….they are not at all professional……if you are staying here and want to have food you need to literally beg for it…..we checked in on 12th july..the first word manager told was….we will not allow you to enter with this much of luggage….we were 5 members and booked 2 rooms …no were in india any hotel manager ever denied to enter room for luggage issues….we were there for our sister’s marriage…..then he allowed when we shouted….we shifted our luggage our selves as there were bell boy…. We were there for lunch at restaurant…we asked for menu card….and asked wats there in seasonal veg…the waiter took 15 minutes to revert back with an answer and told bhindi Ki sabzi….when we ordered complete lunch…at table we have been served with plain curd…instead of printed menu of plain raita….and…when we asked to serve the dishes….manager told you have no right to ask for serving….we don’t serve the dishes you need to do it yourself…..we where with our vip guest..at table…and the waiter came with bill….as we where in house guest he was supposed to take only signature as all bills used to be cleared at the time of check-out…but again manager denied….on 13th july we had our buffet breakfast …the buffet had a regular and fixed menu which include tea…juice…milk…cornflex…poha…alloo sabzi and Puri…..you need to wait for Puri as they used to keep only 5 Puri at a time….all quantity was insufficient to serve 20 guest….you need to wait for 30 min for each and every item…there is no provision of bread -butter -jam….ketchup….then it was finally our check out time…when we asked to send your staff for luggage loading at vehicle the …bell boy/helper/staff…they denied we don’t have time…….in each and every hotel they help with luggage irrespective of star category …..a 26yr girl was loading the luggage into the vehicle…and tge staff were watching it like a statue… we booked the hotel online with ibibo….and have cancelled our subsequent booking dated 16th July……as we are paying for a pleasant stay not for torture……I strongly recommend not to opt for this hotel ever ever in your life…there is no sense of having a building with no staff… .and you call it a hotel….strange……

    Very bad experience I have with these guys , I had booked 4 tickets from udai pur to goa I had cancelled one ticket , then I had called executive he said it’s cancelled ur refund is on the way then for a month or two I got a mail saying your refund is on the way. I had cancelled it in March now it’s September till I have not got any refund I had sent two mails no reply at all. Tried to contact them not Plainsboro speak to customer care at all. Horrible experience. Guys we should launch complaint with these guys 🙁
    I’ve sent 2 mails to travel@ then no replies for a single mail now sent a mail to management@.

    I really need refund and not gocash. have sent several emails and i think they are system generated, people dont even read and respond. I do not want gocash,because i cant use the gocash as my cash even though it is my money..

    Firstly i am very disappointed with the way your website is acting these days.

    I chose to cancel and redo booking for april -15, i was able to cancel and there was no option to get refund but go for gocash and i was happy to do so because i anyway wanted to book from your website.

    The problem that i see is, When i apply Summer15 discount coupon, i can actually see the discount money and i am unable to make the payment for the same since under make payment section, the price is not updated, even if i dont want to use go cash, it still shows the original amount and not the discounted amount.

    There is something seriously wrong ,you can look at my transaction history and i have made many bookings previously and never had any problem.

    I had made a booking with goibibo for a SpiceJet flight WC3MHN. It was a return ticket leaving Mumbai on 30th Jan and Bangkok on 17th Feb.

    I had to stay longer so I postponed my return but could not do so from your website, so I did it directly with Spice Jet helpline. Later I further postponed and cancelled my return flight completely.

    Spice Jet showed a refund amount of Rs. 8,558/- which after a month they refunded to the agent through which I made the booking. In this case GoIbibo.

    On your website there is still no record of the refund. Your helpline number always never connects me to an executive. I wrote on you so called express customer care and very caringly they informed me that I made the report on the domestic flight page so they will ignore my request. Your international flight page did not let me report as I said you already travelled.

    I hope you give me some information on my refund status. Please do not ignore.

    I have cancelled my bud ticket an hour before of departing time,also i saw “you have cancelled your bus ticket” in my screen.But after an hour later got a cal from your team and saying that “we cant cancel the ticket due to some reason, so that will not refund ” Then why u showed me that your ticket has cancelled and even after your cal i could not reach the bording point. i guess i have not done any mistake regarding this, you to pl concern this issues and give my money back as much u can refund me. hope goibibo will believe and respect their customers, i do.

    I have booked for Spicejet SG-624 17:35 GAU 21:40 MAA on 2nd May, 20125 and return on 12th May, 2015 on Spicejet SG-621 06:05 MAA 10:15 GAU in GOIBIBO web portal on 25th February, 2015. An amount of Rs.19528 was debited in my account.However no ticket was booked. I contacted Goibibo and they have told me no ticket was booked.

    I spoke to bank and they have given the CITIBANK APPROVAL No.682526 is given for the 1st transaction and my amount of 19528 was debited from My credit card. Only the 2nd transaction which declined due to insufficient funds. The 1st transaction has gone through but ticket was not booked.

    Please pass my transaction, ticket and also Gocash of Rs.1500. I am not yet able to contact your firm. This is very sad. this will be my last booking in goibbo. POOR SERVICE.

    I ahd confirmed bookings on Spice Jet flight no SG171 from Delhi to Aurangabad on 16th Dec 2014.The flight got cancelled. Since then I am following up for my refund of Rs21386.00 though they got the refund from the airlines on 24th Dec2014 itself. Contacting the executive is just impossible I am being taken for a ride. This is just cheating the customers. i feel I am left with no option to to initiate leagal action. I was given the no of Ms Anjali Singh By Mumbai office but also has no time to answer the call . Their intentions seems to be doubtful. I will stongly advice not to book your tickets through this site.

        As i’m being loyal customer of goibibo, i had booked flight tickets for my international journey. But, due to some reasons I had to cancel my return ticket.Its been over six months now and I still did not get refund..initially your representatives had replied to my mails and convinced me about the refund.But,now a days I neither get a reply to my mails nor somebody talks over the call center number.This is a complete fraud and i would like to take a serious action against it.

    i had book my ticket on August 12 with booking id of 926e1407824870…..and again i cancelled it on the same day evening nearly 4’o clock….and i got a message that your amount will be refunded within 2 days…but 4 months passed away…i did not get any amount as refunded from your side….i use my debit card for my booking process…see i do not have goibibo account…..i did not get any refunded amount still…i m having all details with proof regarding not refunded…..this is the worst experience i had when i am booking the ticket by using your website….within two days i want the refunded details or else i am going to file this all details in consumer case…..vkala92@gmail.com….i want immediate reply for my mail…..and also i had tried for your customer service;every one is giving very good response….bye

    Respected Sir/Madam

    I am not good at writing feedback and I know my feedback will not impact the way Goibibo.com runs. Although, I have few questions.

    I have purchased 2 bus ticket from Goa to Bangalore (PNR No. 9QVATF) in Leyland A/C Seater Maharaja push back (2+2) of Varsha Transport for 5th October at the rate Rs 2000/ per ticket from Goibibo.com.

    The bus supposed to leave Goa at 8.00 PM, However, I got a message from the transport company at 3.15 PM that “Dear passenger, Got to Bangalore cancled, ur amt will refunded to ur account” (exact word of message).

    As I received the message, I called to Goibibo.com call center and inquired the same. The lady who taken my call told me she will check with the Bus operator and get back to me. However, I have not received any call back from Goibibo.com. After that at 5.00 PM, when I supposed to leave my hotel, I again called Goibibo call center. This time a guy picked the call taken all details and asks me to hold for few minute. And as usual he did not get back to me. In the meantime, I am trying to call Transport Company but no response.

    Since, I have to reach Bangalore on 6th Oct 2014 on any cost. I rushed to Bus station. What I found there that same bus (Leyland A/C Seater Maharaja push back (2+2)) standing there and charging Rs 2500 to 3500 per ticket (as the case may be) to Bangalore. As it urgent for me to come back to Bangalore the same day, I paid 2700 per ticket for 2 tickets.

    After that when I inquired around the bus station, I got feedback from few ppl that Varsha Transport do this very often (I don’t know the truth).

    Now here is my question.

    1. When I will get my refund.
    2. What action Goibibo will take again Varsha Transport or goibibo promoto these type of activity.
    3. What action Goibibo will take again call operator who not responded back.
    4. When there is cancelation charges when passenger cancelled the tickets, what penalty Goibibo will impose on bus operator when they cancelled the tickets.

    I have booked return ticket from Goibibo on 19th Jul 2014 for New York (USA) by Qatar Airways with booking PNR No.YRK59V.

    Travel date was 5th Nov 2014 and return on 25th Nov 2014 and paid through Amex credit card.

    I requested cancellation of on 15th Aug 2014 with Ref No.AMDYRK59V and received mail that

    Dear SHAILANDRA,

    Your cancellation request is currently under process, our team will contact you in case any further details are required from you.

    You would receive the applicable refund notification within next 2 working days.

    Cancellation Details:

    Trip: Bangalore to New York
    Airline Qatar Airways
    Date of Travel 2014-11-05
    No of Tickets 1

    Again contacted customer care and spoke to manager Mr.Jagmeet and go guarantee that refund would get credited with in three working days without fail but till date refund not received

    Again contacted customer care and spoke to two executive and they disconnected the phone and the name of lady executive is Miss. Sweety. I tried again and no response from customer care and disconnected.

    Later spoke to Mr. Rahul Team leader and got commitment that refund would get credited by 12th Sep 2014

    and admin charges of goibibo will be waived off.

    I am unable to pay to my Amex credit card and bank charging 3.6% interest per month.

    I am disappointed with Goibibo service, this harassment and worst experience.

    I am going to post this on face book page of goibibo and file case in consumer court if refund not received by 12th Sep 2014.

    Hi,

    I have Booked my ticket in the month of April to Canada and I have booked refundable ticket just to be on the safer side as my Visa was not Confirmed.

    But in the month of June i got my Visa result as rejected. Hence i have to cancel my ticket.
    But when i contacted Goibibo i was told my ticket is not refundable and that i can claim only Tax.

    While booking the ticket i have my Ticket break ups of the Fare which says
    Basic Fare + airline fuel charge Rs 66200
    Airport Fee- UDF/ADF/DF Rs 1232
    Passenger Service Fees Rs 294
    Taxes Rs 87,598
    Airline Ticket price Rs 155324

    If i have to claim only the Tax, why was i refunded only with Rs. 8448/-

    Please Let me Know in which basis it was deducted and why so much amount?

    Had a horrible experience with Go air and apparently ibibo as they never despatched the amount of refund, After cancellation of flights and promising to refund from last 4 months. In spite of confirming all details required by them . Talking with ibibo 6_7 executives ,
    Receiving assurance from all for refund.did not help. They never provided their senior authorised person number or their email.
    Highly disappointing from ibibo .

    Subsequent to my mail correspondence with you/your team,
    I had called GOIBIBO and had a talk with Mr. Rakesh around 6:30 pm.
    As till then nothing had happened for confirmation of our seats, on my request he had escalated the matter to higher level.

    Later on around 8:30 pm Supervisor Ms Roma called me and apolegitically telling that the flts could not be confirmed and tickets of our booked flights can not be issued. She said there is some technical issue with GOIBIBO and Air Berlin; which hasn’t been sorted out. She was telling me to take full refund. She had also suggested Virgin Atlantic airline for the same set of dates, and said tkts are around Rs.54,000/- per person; which is higher by Rs. 10,000/- per person in comparison with Air Berlin/Etihad combination that we booked. This is not agreeable to us, so I requested to take-up the matter at higher level.

    I had even suggested that we are willing to leave Mumbai on 23 May 4:50 am by the following set of Flts:
    04:50 Mumbai (BOM) 06:25 Abu Dhabi (AUH) FlyDeal ECO AB4107 Etihad Airways
    08:35 Abu Dhabi (AUH) 13:40 Dusseldorf (DUS) FlyDeal ECO AB7461 airberlin
    17:00 Dusseldorf (DUS) 19:30 New York NY (JFK) FlyDeal ECO AB7480 airberlin

    Returning the same set of flights that we booked earlier.
    This will off course spoil our night of 22nd Nov. at Mumbai airport and half day time at New York. But we are willing to take up this, just to make peace with booking.
    This makes a fare difference of Rs. 1400/- person ; which should be borne by GOIBIBO.

    On telling her about my correspondence with the management team, she requested me to take-up the matter with your team again.

    Hence this reminder/ mail.
