    I am using Gionee S-6 model since last 2 years, have suffered a lot in servicing and quality in Bhilai or would like to say Gionee organization team in India.Anyone should not aspect any Indian team more than common Indian professional and if aspect it means that one is great fool,hence you should be ready to face consumer forum anytime.
    I have dropped my cell to replace speaker of my set which was not functioning but charging unit was intact as I was using that set months earlier than drop on 24 th of October 2017 at Bhilai serving center.They have accepted as it was charged and hence without any other question and intimated on 11 th of November 2017 that my charging unit is not working(dam sure which was false).I objected but they asked me whether to order charging unit or not.I agreed because I didn’t had any options.Center have set order on 11 th November 2017. All documents on line shows later date of complaint instead of 24 th October2017.The part is unavailable in servicing center till today29 th December 2017,still your team members are inactive.Their response is still to wait after 65 days.Please reply why should I not file petition in Consumer Forum?

    No new stocks
    No in time salary/insantive
    Here many more company pramoter s working happy and getting good payment

    Hi everyone ……. gionee is the worst phone of the world i purchased P7 Max grey colour on 08.01.2017 and now giving problem automatically switch off. then i visited Gionee service center on 06.12.2017 technician says me that motherboard is giving problem. it takes three days for replacement because phone is in warranty. till today 15.12.2017 my ph is not been repaired by service center. So friends never buy gionee products because of bad quality of parts and Service provided by Gionee.

    I bought a mobile gift for my wife from one of the big shops in Cairo in July 2017 and showed a lot of problems in the screen and sensitive touch and other things and when I returned to the shop, which was purchased from the mobile was transferred to the United Company to repair it was delivered on 28.0917 mobile phone has not been repaired so far and By closing the call in my face and gave me more than a date to receive it has been implemented patience from me and I do not want to take any legal action Mobile has been showing defects in the first two months of purchase and this hurts many of your product and company reputation.
    I hope to find out who will solve my problem and I know very well that such companies have those who care about such complaints

    After purchase i moved out of India, flash/torch has stopped working after one month of purchase but since i was out of India so could not visit the service centre, experiencing its most of the applications are getting slow day by day, touch experience is getting poor, the back button on touch panel goes inactive several time during uses, sound is getting down and now its become the worst after recent service, its battery is draining very fast, please suggest , what should be my next step now.

    Dear sir,
    I have left a cell phone named Geonee P7(IME no.86173603479704) to the service center Electronics world located at Jawalakhel, Lalitpur, Nepal due to non charging of battery of it. The problem might be either charging port or charging cable or dongle or all. I assure that regardless charging of cell phone it was working well in my hand and also it was noticed during leaving it at service center. But after few days the service center informed me that the sim slot is broken so it does not charges which I think is not reliable and respective reason. My purchased period belongs warranty period instead of which they are provoking me to pay extra charge for that. It is why I want to know reliability and service facility that you confirm. If above mentioned concern implies to violation of service and enhances tort, it may attract me for lawful treatment which is not better for company and it’s goodwill.     Worst service centre and helpline. The service centre representatives are very rude, the online services don’t reply to my queries. It seems gionee just want to sell their products without any after sales services. The revised return policy as promised by them it’s just a theory. If this is how they react, I can’t imagine how they will reach their target in widing their market share

    Your service centre in bikaner at panchsatti circle have misbehave with me .I have given them my m2 model to them to repair but they have not repaired it more than 1 month have been passed .     I’m a customer of your company from last 10 months approximately. I’ve a handset of gionee i.e Elife S7 which is still in warranty period. This handset gives me a problem of screen blinking from October and I am going to gionee care again and again. Still this problem is not resolved and they broke the side panel of my handset.
    After all this they said we’ll change it with a new panel. From 16th February 2017 till now I’m suffering from this issue as well as screen blinking issue. They said we don’t have a part and we’re not able to resolve the problem of screen blinking. It will definitely blink little. Even they’re making a fool of customer that screen is not blinking, this is only your doubt. Is it a service of gionee care ??
    Now a days they are saying your handset would be replaced by new handset and your company has offered me two models that are Gionee elife S plus and Gionee F103. These are those models which are already expired by your company And non sealed handset they’re providing me. How can I take non sealed handset? According to the terms and conditions I just want the handset of my choice that are Gionee S6s or Gionee S6 sealed and pack only. I’ve a bill of my handset and I am ready to pay extra payment if there for that handset.
    I’m getting harassed with all your services. Still i didn’t get any solution. kindly do it on priority.

    This is very pathetic and embarrassing to see the customer care response on the product they are having. their Service centre /HO people are so care less that even so many calls/ mails on recently purchased handset they are not bothering to even listen and taking care of their customer….hv sent the last mail to them if im not getting the proper response or resolution i may go to consumer court against the harassment and low quality product.

    one of the worst mobile. And co. Also not supporting to customers pls pass to New mobile buyers. Battery drain problem I purchaded on 09/01/2017 Second day problems started Co. Treated this as a silly matter Till to day they did’nt done any steps regarding this. This is for every new mobile buyers information.

    Hi I have brought gionee s6s mobile on 2/01/17 the mobile was dropped in 5 cm the mobile display is broken and for this case I have went to poorvika the seed they cont help with that they informed that the mobile display amount 4000 only this guys are doing this kind of stupid works and before I have using (oppo r831k) mobile for past 2 years even I have drop the mobile several times there is no issue in poorvika they have suggested the gionee s6s is good brand so I go throw it but it is the worst mobile I ever seen the mobile bops in 5 cm please read clearly 5 cm is this quality u will provide I need to change my display in free of cost or I jest brought 2 gionee mobile cost rs 32,4760 pleas take the mobile and return the money back

    To whosoever it may concern;
    I bought Gionee S6s ( EMEI no: 861598032730401) on 27th Oct 2016; from Rajesh telecom G3;R.G complex community center ,sec 8(Delhi).
    I have constantly faced trouble in my phone with camera,earphones and battery.
    I went to the retailer the 4th day of my purchase and was told by him to consult the service center. On 31st Oct I went to the authorized service center (doctor NS hardikar road sec 2 rohini) , they advised me that it was merely a software problem and after an hour they updated the handset and gave it back to me. After reaching back , I encountered the same problems, went back to the service center .they submitted my handset for a day and gave it to me stating that there was no problem and it was the problem with an app namely youcam app and it’s all right. They uninstalled the app.
    Since then, I have been encountering the same problems with my camera , speakers, earphones,battery,,the set gets hanged also..
    Please suggest me a way out as the concerned people are deliberately trying to ignore my issues with the phone. I am very disappointed with the services provided. They have neither replaced my handset ( which was in warranty in 7 days then) nor they are accepting the fault. The pictures of the bill and the problem have been attached with the mail below. still my phone in gionee service center.
    Please help me with the related issue ASAP.

    1-battery is working .
    2-Sencer ic not working.
    3-camera color is not working.

There was a problem in the phone that was not resolved and Anapurna PCO had assured me that my problem will be resolved soon.     We have got my phone on dated 14.06.2016 after repairing/service against my complain with JOB No. GC16500144585 on date 30-05-2016 to M/s Z.A. Mobiles, Lucknow. After much correspondence with service center as well as email we have got my device after 15 days, but the device is not properly working. The problem is same that was at the time of my previous complaint before. It is manufacturing defect on my device. When I had submit my device to service center they told me that there is manufacturing defect in motherboard and same they informed me that they repaired motherboard and delivered to me. My device is under warranty.
    They also send me message on my mail on 30.06.2016 that “As per your concern, we would like to inform you that your case has been forwarded to our concern department.” but nothing done after that.
    After some time due to same trouble generate again in mobile I submit my mobile on dated 26.07.2016 for repairing/service against with JOB No. GC16700148620 to M/s Z.A. Mobiles, Lucknow with complaint–
    *Hang downloading problem
    *Hang while calling and menu brousing,
    *Hang while messaging and typing.
    Now after Two m0nths they do not given any positive information about my mobile .Although my mobile warrenty expire on 20.08.2016 and also Gizmo Secure Insurance expire on 20.08.2016.My device is under warranty. M/s Z.A. Mobiles, Lucknow inform me that
    now your mobile handset is in DELHI and Gionee tell me please contact to M/s Z.A. Mobiles, Lucknow.
    Gionee team do not tell me about my request ticket number [100030974]. I feel Gionee Support Team not co–oprate with me .Now even after approximate two months they did not gave any positive information about my mobile hand set.
    Also feedback above of your services is just not acceptable in a competitive Indian market & will be you guys want to compete with likes of SAMSUNG, SONY , LG etc.

    i have purchased M5 SMART PHONE feb 2016 , but i see many automatic devlopment in my phone, automatically block number of caller , last 2 month back i seen all in coming and outgoing call & sms details disapper , i went to your Service centre at Shantishopping centre , mira rad east, mumbai , he told me that software error you take data backup bcoz need to formar ,i said ok , again after 1 week same thing happen again i visited service centre ,there was another technician i explain him about this problem , without any format or any thing he just adject some thing i got all deatisl disapper from screen. he did good job, yeaster day 20 sep 2016 , suddenly my outgoing voice is giving problem i can hear caller but they are unable to hear me, again i went to mira rd service centre ,a told about my problem after 1 hrs waiting the gentaleman told you have to leave your phone for 8 days , it’s not possible for me bcoz right now no extra hand set with me to use during these 8 day, i told later i’ll give you, when i put my SIM card i surprise my problem was solve other part can hear my voice, but another problem they created ring tone working stop. due to heavy shower i was unable to viisit service centre , but iam really disappoint with your product GOINEE and unskilled staff at your Service centre , instead of solving problem creating another problem, one more thing i noticed instead of giving free service during warranty period ,they are more interest to charge showing any problem in our handset , as a customer need tarnsprency . i also tweet twice yesterday ,i am waiting for your call withing 24 hrs , by call only. so i can explain properly, i was planning to buy s6 but now skip , i loose trust on your product as well as services you are providing .

    I am writing this email with a big grievance .

    I have purchased a Gionee S7, last year keeping in the most high end device of Gionee.

    In last 6 months I have started facing the issue like phone getting automatic restart, getting hang ,touch not responding etc against which I have taken the handset to Service Center & they have rectified the same although they have taken almost 1 week to return the handset.

    After taking the handset again after 10 days suddenly Camera stop working , as I was out of India & Indore , hence was not able to submit the handset again to Service Center.

    Now I am back to Indore hence taken the handset to service center on 31st Aug. Executive has taken the handset & asked me to wait , after around 30 mins she has called me back & told me that I has to leave the handset as , handset do not removable battery & need to be open with machine. She has also taken 100rs from me for inspection charges, against which I have asked for a bill / invoice , she denied stating that they do not provide or can be provided at the time of handset return which sounds very unusual to me. My Concern is why it was not told me upfrontly that I need to leave the handset. I fail to understand that people sitting in your Service center don’t care about people’s time, I was come to service center during my office hours, I hope executives sitting at front end are trained on basic things about Gionee’s product.

    Same day in the evening , I received a call that Camera need to be replaced & estimated cost is around 1800rs & I have denied paying that & have asked your excutive to do not process anything . After that I have received sequence of sms sharing below

    1st SMS ( 31st Aug 18:14 )– Thanks for visiting Gionee care. Your handset will be repair on chargeable basis, approx. estimated amount is 1408.93. All taxes are extra as applicable.

    2nd SMS ( 31st Aug 18:33 )– Thanks for approving approx estimate of Rs 1408.93, We will share estimated time of closer( Wrong word used it has to be closure) soon. All taxes are extra as applicable. ( How can without my acknowledgement , charges are approved)

    3rd SMS ( 31st Aug 18:33 )– Thanks for your continuing association with Gionee. We hope your handset is delivered to you. Please enjoy using Gionee Smart phone. ( How can this sms can be sent to me when handset is with you).

    So I want all problems to be resolved of my handset without any charges.

    Also feedback above of your services is just not acceptable in a competitive Indian market & will be you guys want to compete with likes of SAMSUNG, SONY , LG etc.
