    sunil shukla, 9889531941, 8960601941 lucknow i purchased gionee m 5 lite blue- gray on 22/08/2016 but my phone touch is sink so i complain to the service centers(v.s. infoserve, faizabad road, lko) on 15/09/2016 bt they said me touch pad is not available on this time so i submit the phone and i also call to gionee a.s.m., lko mr anuj dubey but they also speak "abhi mail kr rha hu , 2 min hold kro, shaam tak ho jaega, kal ho jaega or ab wo meri cal b pick nai kar rahe " .then i cal to gionee toll free no get make a call (after 50 times tried ) and i told her my facing problems and get her my job no gc16900100750 but they told me i will reply on tomarrow.... so i want to inform everyone never purchase gionee phones bcz they cant good services to our customers after sales .

    dear Sir/Mam, This is to inform you that my gionee p7 max which i purchased on 27th jan 2017 , but it has so many problems which i face from the day when i purchased, and when i complaint this fault on shop , they refuse to change my set or either help me out , they said please go to customer care office , where they said u have to update your set, but after update i have to face these same problems again. i request youu to change my set or either refund my money, please help me.     I purchased gionee s6s and I have faced many problems from when I purchased it. And there is a service center in Agra, today I went there to shot out my problem but they dined to short my problem out.and told me that you have to leave your mobile phone at least 7 days to shot out your problem.     I purchased Gione P7 861969033312707 on 24-3-17 from authorised dealer Mangal Sales ,Haldwani, but due to battery problem I went to sevice center of Gione, last month , but the problem did not solve. Again I went to service center they said there is a problem in mother borad. After repairs I found the phone screen is going blank and switched off. Then I went to the dealer and told about that you have cheated me to advise me to purchase Gionee mob handset. The dealer told me sir ur phone is sent to the company and it will be handed over to you after repair it. Sir in this regard I have to say that company sould have to change the set, otherwise I have no option to go the consumer forum against the problems facing in this regard.     Dear Team, this is Salauddin .I have purchased GIONEE mobile F103 pro.it is continously giving some problems and in warranty period and I am paying for the repairs.service center in barbanki Uttar pradesh are charging for the repairs.It went shut down while conversation from mobile,I went to service center they did not disclosed the repair amount but i went to receive the repaired mobile they r charging me price for that Rs 675 for charging pin repair.I also confirmed the retailer shop from where i purchased,he is also saying many gionee mobiles are also having issues and when they go to service center for cliam they deliberately say that mobile is water affected.It is very annoying plz take care of this and do some helpful for me otherwise i have to go to consumer forum.My mobile is still in service center.plz help me to claim it free of cost.All receipts and mobile details are in the snaps for reference.     Dear Gionee Team, I had purchased your S6 Pro model on 06/12/16 from Croma Store in Rajouri Garden,New Delhi .At the time of purchase your salesman was trained in such a way that he changed my mind from Samsung A7 to his S6 Pro which seems a good training but only selling a product is not sufficient for a company to survive in a competitive market like India.I have been facing a constant breakdown in signals from day One and even your Authorised Service Center was unable to rectify the complaint and provide better services.In a nutshell the performance of the company is not upto the mark and this has become the reason of the downward trend in sales as against VIVO and OPPO the other Chinese brands.     Dear Gionee Team, I am commenting from Nigeria, I purchased Gionee s11 lite in a couple years ago, order from jumia online shopping, but suddenly stopped connecting to the nextwork provider, it couldn't seen sim card, I took it to the Gionee care in Nigeria they denied me due that was purchased online, kindly use your notable head office in assisting me to fix it up, if there is need to send a software to download here in order to boost it network , aside, from that everything is working perfectly including it wifi, only the network simcard could not connect, I can't call or receive calls.
