    I have ordered food so many times through Food panda’s application and desktop site. Most of the time I felt same problem that is fully on communication gap and service design gap. Some of the time was performance gap. Actually, this is because they start their service through contact with different restaurants in that particular area and on the behalf of customer they collect food from restaurant and then serve to the desired customer. Communication gap is created when they cannot served their service on time. Many of the time cases with me, timing is the main factor for which I have very negative mindset with this service. They always came to the customer and gave the blame to the restaurant as that they served the food in late. Mainly in case of ordering food through food panda, is that time consuming and what the time show in website, they should maintain it. But no way, they became always late and blamed the restaurant body. These problem need to be solved through fixing the problem and customer should see and track the services at that moment and complaint against that. They should also talk with restaurant owner that if they continue both services and take money from food panda, they also have to give the food on time to them. Although they have customers in their restaurant. This is also a service design gap in their business process, as their main business stands on their providing services. If they started their business through the tracking facility of food service, then this design gap will be covered from the first. Obviously many of the time due to address finding there was a performance gap. This is because the one who confirmed the final order after I booked through app or site, he/she asked the full address and then the way how to reach it. But when the service delivery boy come to deliver the food, then there is some mismatch what was he said to. According to me, If they connected with the delivery boy at first (when the order is confirmed via call), this communication and performance gap will be covered.

    I ordered food from Foodpanda app at 9.38 pm and the delivery boy didn’t call for the time before he came out of the hotel.
    And then after 2 hours around 11pm, he says he could find the address and the address is out of reach and from his side cancels the order.
    What the hell type of service it is ?
    Don’t you know that the basic procedure is to check if the locality is under your reach or not, secondly, you should call the customer and ask where is the exact location, there tell the Time limit. You should understand that someone is waiting for your delivery.
    If u needed to cancel also you should be able to tell it before 1 atleast (an available time)
    After 2 hours, even we try to order food from outside also, we cannot.
    This is called customer service.
    Stop the foodpanda delivery service if you cannot do it properly.
    And the way the delivery boy is talking. It’s disgusting. Fucking irritating.
    I’m so mad at food panda. I would chose swiggy over foodpanda.
    Close this shit if your customers aren’t happy.

    I ordered food for my family residing at jaipur at 7PM. The order was canceled by the outlet so I ordered to another restaurant. At 8PM food arrived from the order rejected restaurant and from the other one too. Now the need of food was only for one person.

    I recently ordered from eatsome, model colony, Pune (Maharashtra).The delivery boy made a fuss after coming to the office premise where i was expecting the delivery. He was manner less had no sense to talk and created a fight with myself, the director as well as the security. he was absolutely arrogant and a goon. Very dissatisfied with this experience and shocked.

    I placed a order, the restaurant cancelled it, but I came to know about it by calling the restaurant directly, your app didn’t update and sucks big time.
    If people waiting for food get such response the Panda will be hacked to death.

    I feel Food Panda services are degrading day by day and it doesn’t really care for its users/customers. The most idiotic thing about FP is you guys have removed your phone as well. This is pathetic. I think will have to start an online petition against you guys soon, and by going through the comments I feel, there will be enough supporters to nail this.

    One of the worst apps in India..which resorts to cheap gimmicks..I wanted to order food online and since they do so much advertising.I decided to give it a try..so downloaded the app and found the restaurant too and then the problem began.food panda appasks for email I’d ..and the email I’d and password is not accepted its clear that they want the customer to login through Facebook and then they can access the contacts of my friends list..when I declined I could not place the order..such cheap tricks..I wasted one hour in trying to make the order..one must be transparent when advertising and must be user friendly..will never try this worst app.guys please try this app yourself and then decide..people at foodpanda I want to order food and don’t want to waste my time filling unnecessary links which you guys have.

    I have downloaded this application today only and ordered food for my family but unfortunately this was my worst food experience. The food was delivered by R1 restaurant near Karol Bagh metro station . The quality of food was worse than those served in railways. The charge that he took was Rupees 612. I am feeling like I have been duped and cheated by him. On calling upon the restaurant and complaining they have switched off and blocked my number. Kindly take appropriate actions against them or be prepared to face legal and Harsh actions. Thanking you in anticipation.

    this os the third time, money has been withdrawn from my account, i have not recieved an order and neither have i recieved any refund.
    I was long back in october( near desherha) , one was in nov.
    And one was today.
    it was my hard earned money and after causing so much of incovinienve to your regualr customer by not giving them food after making them wait for hours without informing them of the glitch, the least you can do is to refund the money on time.
    I have had several chats with your staff which was another pain altogether because of highly inefficient live chat system of yours. then it is so difficult to trace your number to have telephonic conversation with your custumer care staff.
    the amount is nearly 800 bucks now.
    kindly look into the matter and refund me my money so that i can delete your app and i can be rest assured that i never have to deal with this app ever again.
    With the kind of brand name your compnay has…. this inconvenience, irresponsible and unprofessional attitude is matter of high grace.
    I dont want to do anything with your company ever again so can you please just refund me my money as soon as possible.

    Dont use this app.
    They dont ever inform of any technical glitches. U would end up waiting for hours for food only to find that ur order had some technical glitch.
    Compensation for the incovinience and taking responsibility of their mistake is far fetched be ause they then dont even refund your money.
    This has happened thrice with me in a period of 3 months
    And to top it all, it is almost impossible to call them to talk about these problems.
    Their live chat sucks, they take forever to reply and check the inf9rmation you gave them in the first place and it never moves past that stage because by the time they reach that stage of actually resolving your problem you would have already waited for hours for them to reply and then at the end moment the chat would get disconnected ( that is u are lucky to not have your chat disconnected several times before reaching that place )
    My advice…. dont ever use this app.

    I ordered my fool on 21st Nov from Tawa and Tandoor, Undri, which was available on sight as open and got the confirmation also. then in just 10 mins I received a call fom FP saying the order is cancelled and we are replacing it. the stupid fellow replaced it with some low quality restaurant and I received Murg Maskewala whcih was so chilly spiced up that one one could eat it. despite of the fact that this dish is sweet..
    No I want my money back for 160 which was the cost of the dish. pathetic customer service. no responce. just fooling around people.

    In food panda terms and conditionyou talk about everything payment cancellation prices delivery …..but the most important thing you forget the quality of food.

    I have placed one order through food panda,As Per food panda application order deliver within 60 min, but order not fulfill by restaurant in 60 min after that no any call from restaurant and food panda .but one my mistake i m already paid advance.AS per Customer required one positive help desk from any side restaurant other wise food panda. I agree food panda provide customer help desk but its not give any type of positive response. i have tired to talk with all customer executive but no one to give me any type of time for deliver food. still after 120 min no one call me regarding my food, and only one answer “sir i will call u within 10 min ” but still after 2 days no any one call me.so i suggest to all please not pay in advance.

    I am writing it for one of the ocassions, It was 2 pm on Sunday, I have placed an order at foodpanda which was suppose to get deliver within 60 mins at Pune family restaurant,Magarpatta which is nearly 10 mins from my place.

    Its been more than 2 hours 45 mins and I am still waiting for my order, This is the most bizzare from any delivering website, restaurant. I have tried reaching Restaurant but no response, I have tried reaching Foodpand wrote them 6 e-mail no one responde.

    Terrible is the word!

    Last 1 and half month i am trying to get listed on food panda on my boss order, but could go through.
    I have email that written that they will do in 3 days but that is all nonsense.

    I have complained lot of time to live chat executive , through emails, through customer care.

    They have given me 2 marketing executives number they are also same as foodpanda never pick up the call.

    I a surprised how Foodpanda surviving in the market.

    I got a call from +11243323880 and they said previous restaurant people had cancelled the order and they are going to book through the other restaurant and i have ordered 2 chicken biryani. They are confirmed through the mail and i got order ID t9ym-m8ks. after that i dint receive any call again i called one more number which is given in the Order Confirmed mail( call Dark Night Food at 9535617773/ 9164078800.) in this second number is saying switched off and some time i am able to reach with first number and they said they are waiting for delivery boy after they going to send. after 2.30 am also they dint send anything. this process was starter at 9\11\2015 10.50pm and 10\11\2015 2.30am but nothing is served.

    They are deducted amount from my account that is also not refunded. Customer people not responding for any status, changes and cancellation as well.

    This is the very bad bad service.

    I would like to inform all foodpanda customers about a frustrating experience that I had trying to order through their website. I entered my locality and was shown restaurants that would deliver food to me. I entered my order, and even received a confirmation sms form foodpanda. While I was waiting for the delivery, i called to foodpanda customer care number she told me, sir vendor is not picking up our call, I kindly pointed out to the rep that foodpanda was at fault. He then cancelled my order, He didn’t even offer to reimburse me for the mistake that foodpanda made.

    I am a very dissatisfied customer, disappointed with your services and your customer care. I wont be returning to your site and will also advise others against it.

    i went rhere 10-15 mins before and my food was ready.
    i asked person on counter that u have prepared it before my time it might be cold now.

    when i reached home food was in spoiled condition not good in taste and nan was not properly baked.
    stale smell.

    i had thrown whole food and now i am going to take an action against you guys for delivering such quality of restaurents to customers.
    amd when i talked to your executive he is offering me 100 cupon..what will i do for that ?

    i have got very bad experience from your side .. saturday 18th july 2015. i brought 2 excutive murg biriyani from ammis biriyani chennai….through food panda…after eating that food we 3 people were not feeling well due to stomach pain …plz verify the quality of the food before give to end customer

    There are buch of people siting in the call center giving false information

    I called 4 times and food panda call center executives.
    This is cheating customers. And my amount not to be return.
    It’s a digcusting yr….

    I hope you understand your app is related to food not some other online store where we will buy things.
    If you can’t place order for food don’t send false messages that order confirmed and delivered in 35 mins.
    When I called the restaurant they said that they didn’t receive any order.
    In your app second time automatically order went to received and nothing is allowed to do.
    My wrong choice to believe you guys worst service worst customer care and above all worst app.

    Hello, TODAY I ORDERED THE CHILLY GARLIC NOODLES FROM YO CHINA. AFTER THE CONFIRMATION I RECEIVED A CALL THAT ORDER CAN NOT BE DELIVERED BECAUSE OF NO DELIVERY BOY AVAILABLE. THEY REPLACE MY ORDER FROM FOOD ZILLA. BUT I WAS INFORMED THAT THE ORDER WAS FROM YO CHINA. HOWEVER WHEN I RECEIVE THE NOODLES THEY WERE WORST IN CONDITION. I CALLED YOUR CUSTOMER CARE AND GUY NAMED SUNNY REPLACE MY ORDER TO BRIYANI BLUE. I AGAIN GOT A CONFIRMATION MESSAGE FOR MY ORDER. EVEN AFTER 2 HOURS I DIDNT RECEIVE MY ORDER. WHEN I CALLED AGAIN TO FOOD PANDA CUSTOMER CARE. I DIDNT GET NY SATISFACTORY ANSWER. AT LAST SUPERVISOR KAMAL PROMISED TO GIVE ME VOUCHER OF RS 500. BUT BELIEVE ME THIS ALL PROCESS TAKES 4:30 HRS. I M SO FRUSTRATED THAT I WILL NOT SUGGEST NY ONE TO DEAL WITH FOOD PANDA. THIS RS 500 VOUCHER WILL NOT HELP ME FOR THE TIME I HAVE WASTED “ALSO I WILL POST ALL THIS ON THE FACE BOOK TOO.” SO THE PEOPLE MUST BE AWARE NOT TO TRADE WITH FOOD PANDA IN FUTURE. I WILL STOP ALL MY FRIENDS TO USE THE FOOD PANDA APPLICATION. AS THE CUSTOMER CARE IS WORST. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS CARE LESS ATTITUDE. AT UR CUSTOMER CARE AGENT DONT VALUE THE CUSTOMERS.     I just want to highlight my experience with food panda last night .My order no is v5gk-x4zg/2.I had placed an order for Panino sandwiches.They deducted 205 Rs from my Idbi account.After some time I recieved a text on my no 8097297664 saying they will not be able to deliver the item.I asked for them a refund .They denied to refund me saying the item was delivered.This experience is shared by other people as well. Please don’t waste your time ordering from this website if you are at Nagpur. I spend a couple of hours talking to customer service but in vain .
    These days opening a start-up has become a fashion statement in India but please keep in mind that just having a website means nothing until and unless you are able to deliver the promises that you make to your customers. At least get the basics right, have some deliveries made before having all possible restaurants in your catalogue. Invest in the the core business rather than the crap advertisement you guys are showing on YouTube and elsewhere. I really feel pity for the employees of this company (website) they have no idea that they are wasting their time working for this company.
    Shame on you guys .You are just ripping the customers off .I will go to consumet forum to file a complaint and will post negative reviews about you on all the social website and media.Being a consumer I knw my rights and you cannot fob me off with false committments.I need my refund into my bank account.

    sir mane kal raat ko ek order kiya jisme ek paneer do payaza tha ek butter paneer masala or bhindi masala or dal tadka tha or ek manchurian rice tha jo mane kl order kiya tha jb maoi order lane gaya to muje jo order mila wo change tha usme ek dal tadka tha jo kharab ho chuka tha or ek matar paneer tha wo bhe kharab ho chuka tha mane shop keeper ko call kiya to usne bhe recive nahe kiya very bed service….

    You got to fix dis….if u guyz r not confirming the order then kindly inform ASAP….i waited for almost 3 hrs nd then I came to know dat my order was never placed.
    Meanwhile your customercare service is totally bullshit.
    Plzzz check on dis issue and evolve or else u guys are not the single player in dis field (TINYOWL).We r the customers and we pay our hard earned money for your services.

    The worst customer service ever , I have placed an order even after 2 hours Restaurant didn’t get any order from foodpanda but foodpanda deducted money from my account and they are not even replying. Atleast they should have notified that your order couldn’t be placed so that we could go for another option. Never order through Foodpanda

    Worst service, irritating customer care people. They dont know how to speak. Restaurant persons speak slangs when asked why late for 3 hours. should never ever order from Food Panda, they are just making people fool. We spend more money following up than the discount they give.

    Very very bad service from Bawarchi, Pune, Wakad.

    Al last delivery boy called after 3 hrs that is night 10.45 pm and told food can not be delivered

    This is cheating customers.

    I hate you guys for your such cheap level customer service. Believe me or not I cooked my own food while you guys were conforming my order.

    Order was confirmed at 2 :55

    it will be delivered at 3:45 ( i dont have this much of time to waste on u for food)

    i called you guys at 0124 614920 and it seems to be as busy as any brothel contact details that no one picks it up.

    ur chat system shows I am on 203 wait list . i looks like i am standing in IRCTC queue to get my food.

    I want to dedicate my last order food for your team have it and keep on taking advantage of ur customer.

    Hope you understood my pain.

    I received delivery after 4 hrs and i was promised the refund after making 10 calls to customer support dumb asses but still have not received refund.

    I ordered at food panda around 09 and after paid the amount received information that order can not be delivered.

    These guys are taking order and not deliver

    they have option of live chat but no one is there to attend

    They have phone number but no one there to attend this

    Highly disappointed

    I lost money + moment + joy and spoiled the mood due to this disgusting website

    i have ordered food thorough foodpanda with the resturant Chandhras Kitchen with order no v0sx-q6ja/2. The balance got deducted from my account but it was showing the error The voucher you used restricts payment methods. Please restart your order in case you want to remove your voucher.

    when i called that resturant they said that they are not associated with foodpanda and asked to call foodpanda customer care. The money got deducted from my account. so who is responsible for refund ?

    I ordered on foodpanda on 21/04/2015 and paid the money online
    After 40 min , when I called the restaurant, they said that they haven’t received any order ????
    Then I called back to foodpanda and asked them , they replied that they haven’t received the payment which is done….
    I insisted again then they said that they have received the money and it will be refunded in 24 hours
    Now it’s been 2 months and no refund
    They are completely cheaters
    #won’t recommend it to anyone ……..!!!

    I have placed order on 29-04-2015 and delivery time was 8 pm , suddenly hotel person called and saying it can not be delivered to given address and i have already paid for it. before confirming they should intimate it’s common sense to inform . Food panda should follow up with respective hotels whether it has delivered or not, there should be some confirmation call from food panda.

    I have placed an order 10 pm from lock up briyani but its been more than hour our order has not been delivered. And the restaurant guy is saying that its the mistake of food panda not ours. That is not at all acceptable and very poor service of food panda. I will never order from this site again. And also inform my friends about this poor service.

    worst, worst app, don’t order anything, we ordered before 1 hour, done online payment, even waited for more than 1 hour for dinner, no confirmation from hotel… later we called to customer care of foodpanda, they also received call after long time, then they replied, “hotel has cancelled our order, that they don’t provide in our area, WORST part is, later we came to know ki, that hotel comes in our area, only on 10 min distance… ” Our money is deducted plus our time is wasted.., finally it got so late, we have to eat Maggi for dinner..
    I M GOING TO UNINSTALL THIS APP TODAY ONLY, WILL SUGGEST TO MY FRIENDS, NOT TO USE IT.. :-S

We have not received the order for 2 hrs my family sitting hungry really it was embarrassing service from food panda , even we do not have any contact details to reach food panda,i have been raised complaint against it with request id 808202 so far no response.Please address the problem earliest.Even the hotels are denying since they do not have order details .
