This is in regards ordered product Macbook Air order id- OD117445151035253000 on 29th Dec 2019. Which has been delivered me on 31st Dec 2019. But delivered product have little scrach & it’s showing symbol when I started it. Immediately I called to flipkart customer care , They listened all issue & raised complaint to replace with correct Laptop. Which was going to be delivered on today i.e. 3rd January. when I called to wishmaster to deliver product, he told me to come at different place which was approx. 1KM far from my home. I went there with defective Laptop at 11:10AM. Wishmaster collected defective laptop & he told me that Flipkart approval is awaited to deliver replacement. I did several call to Flipkart customer care to resolving issue, Flipkart representative told me that we have already approved request that’s why is he came to deliver you product. I wait there approx. 90mins & wishmaster came with some other person also & he given me several reasons like “internet problem, approval awaited etc..”. then he told me to go their jamdoli Hub which is 7KM. I am unable to understand, Flipkart give door to door service then why he called me & instruct to go at HUB. I was too much annoyed & went to Jamdoli HUB. When I went there, I started shouting for the worst services. Then Flipkart Hub person told me “ Hum nahi karenge change jao”. & clearly denied for replacement. Complaint no. IN2001021216292508401
I went to Kanota police station & told all incident, They suggested to lodge complaint in consumer court.
I also got call from Flipkart customer care to resolve issue till 7th Jan. Your services spoiled my whole day & I feel cheated by Flipkart.

I have purchased Hindware Sabina Chimney from Flipkart on October 15th and it was delivered on October 22nd. Then I got a message regarding installation that it will be done before 29th October 2017. On November 1st I received a message that my installation has been cancelled. Then when enquired with the customer care Flipkart about my installation and its cancellation they said that the request is reopened and the installation will be completed by 9th of November. And on 9th of November I received a call from customer care Flipkart stating that the installation will be done on 10th of November. The installation did not happen on 10th of November.
So I contacted the customer care again and inquired about the non installation of the product. Again they said that it will be done on 12th of November. Even on 12th the installation did not happen. Again on inquiring about this the customer care people reply that installation will be done on 14th November. Nothing happened on November 2017 14. Again and again on 14th November when inquired about this they simply said that the installation will be completed on 17th before 4 o’clock. Which again didn’t happen at all. On 17th November 2017 I contacted the customer care by 4:30 for which I got a reply that it will be done before 5 o’clock. Nothing ever happened. Again and again and again I contacted the customer care by 5:30 on the same day for which they replied that it will be happening by 7:30. as usual nothing happened.
Same day by 10 o’clock I contacted the customer care where the senior executive confirmed that the installation will be completed before 18th 4 o’clock November. If it is not done I got a confirmation about returning the product and getting my refund. On 18th November as usual nothing happened . I contacted the customer care Flipkart by 10:30 p.m on 18th November 2017.
Without giving any effective solution they have disconnected my call. I’m calling them again on the same day without giving solution the customer care people disconnected my call twice. Again the third time I contacted the customer care Flipkart for which I got a reply stating that the issue will be resolved before 21st 2017 and within 15 minutes I received a mail copy and it’ll be resolved by 23rd. But this time I have been refused to give any confirmation regarding installation returning the product And re funding the amount if it is not done on or before 23rd.
As a poor customer, even requesting your customer care people to give higher official mail I’d they refused to give .they gave only customer care mail I’d. This mail I’d we got from website. I would like to say that I’m working in a public sector concern.
If we are denying any service our customer can contact the ED OR CMD . Customer issue will be resolved with in 24 hrs. If this is happening in a public sector organisation then what is the problem in private sector organisation which they feel they can you better service than any other government organisation.
What is the problem in giving the mail ID of higher official .
As the customer will feel the only destination is the higher authority to give solution. With this I expect a good reply regarding my installation as per the information given by the customer care . If the installation is not completed on the stipulated time at least kindly refund the amount .
Please do not waste our time and energy by asking us to contact the customer care again and again where not even one single call has been efficiently or effectively handled regarding the issue or the installation or returning the product and refunding the amount.

I ordered (Order ID OD110325973770763000) Mitashi 1 ton split AC on September 26/9/2017.
And it was delivered on Monday 9th October.While checking package,we found a different one from what i ordered
The received item is VOLTAS 2 TON AC.The next day 10th October we filed a return request.
But installation service and uninstallation service activated at the same time.
when the installation service team called us we told that installation is not required because the item recevied was different from what i ordered.
So they cancelled the installation.At the same day they called for uninstallation and we told exact situation and they cancelled the uninstallation.

After many calls they approved our return request on 12th October.Then after many calls to customer care they agree to take the item before November first.
After November first also the item remains unpicked in our house.2nd November we called again customer care

Hello Flip Cart Team,
I am Deepak Kumar Rawat, an existing customer of Flip cart bought multiple products in last few years .
Out of all the purchases, there is one product “Lenovo K5 note” was purchased on 10th July 2017 under an existing offer.
Under this scheme, I exchanged my Lenovo K4 note phone and remaining difference amount I have paid using my debit card. Deliver was on time as usual but the day I have got this mobile it was not working well and has some following technical malfunctions:
• Latency issue
• Hanging frequently
• Auto shut off
I immediate rushed this issue to the Lenovo customer care where I got to know that this has some problem and if this is available in replacement guarantee then return to flip cart and claim for the new one which technical specification should be ok.
I then raised alarm with in replacement period to Flipchart to change either phone or return back the amount in my account from which it has been debited. I got some technical guy call and he advised to follow some instructions in to mobile and if this will not correct we will take further action and meanwhile he convinced me that I am closing this request despite of saying ‘no’ to him but he then close this request.
Now I did all the practice which he advised me to do so but still problem persists with this handset and I am continuously succeeding up with many peoples over the telephone but no concrete answer has given to me so far. Which is why I am force to forward this mail to the customer care deptt. for this scheme developments to my favor soon possible.
Being as a loyal customer of the company, could I request you to address this concern and arrange this amount on priority?
Your early response would be highly appreciated.

The service of Flipkart is worsening day by day.in 2 consecutive months, i had to cancel my order just because of Ekart (A flipkart venture).Flipkart is accepting orders, and Ekart is not delivering goods. what an irony, A seller wants to sell goods,a buyer wants to buy and the Logistics say “Area not serviceable”. Very Very poor customer service from Flipkart. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy J2 from flipkart and received a faulty product. The touch screen is faulty, it does not work, phone hangs and is frozen, phone does things by itself even when i am not doing anything. When i called flip kart customer service they asked me questions like what % of it is faulty?? Does it matter, if it is 10% faulty or 100% faulty a fault is fault. Flipkart grow up and accept things you do. Instead of asking you customers if what % is faulty make proper checks on items being delivered. I strongly doubt on products being genuine on Flipkart. Not even a floor manager in Flip kart has the power to resolve customer problems. They just talk blah .. blah.. balhh… process… blahh.. blahh… Sorry i paid you an sum of money not to listed to you processes but for some action , which is missing. It’s been really a frustrating situation and shame to tell that FLIPKART is doing such mistakes AGAIN AND AGAIN and making customers life miserable.
Initial Order which I have placed on NOV 17 for Racold Pronto 6 L Instant Water Geyser (OD404462764033943000), instead of delivering the product that I have ordered, FLIPKART Seller has delivered different product which is Racold Pronto neo. I have requested for REPLACEMENT /refund. Instead of solving the issue, one of the FLIPKART escalation team executive ANKUR MANI Kalitha has misbehaved with me. I have raised a complaint for this and nothing has been done about his misbehave.
I have raised a request for refund but I do not have any news and it is really taking long time for Flipkart to refund.
A person by name PRAVEEN was following it up but no news till now.
Second time I have placed the order for the same item which is Racold Pronto 6L-3KW on NOV 22nd 2015 for Cash on Delivery (OD404504379982567000 ). But again they have sent me the incorrect product which is Racold Pronto Neo.
At the end what I would like to say is, any ways FLIPKART is not fulfilling the customer requirement, instead they just argue without any resolution and what I think is, it’s absolutely waste of time dealing with the flipkart.
FLIPKART is least bothered about the customer concerns. I have ordered the Water geyser because of unavailability at home, and there are aged people @ home who are 90+ and 3 older aged about 87, 70 & 65 respectively.
I have been wasting my time with flipkart from past 15 days with out any resolution’s. They really don’t bother about customers time.
Any ways these things FLIPKART cannot understand and they know only business and irresponsible way of behaving with the customers and not solving the issue.
Finally I would like to say, they are behaving irresponsibly with the customers and not solving the queries and concerns timely and just WASTING THE TIME.
I have been talking to the FLIPKART executives but none of them are ready to agree to solve the problem apart from eating my time.
Consecutively THEY HAVE DONE THE SAME MISTAKE WITH THE SAME CUSTOMER BY DELIVERING THE WRONG PRODUCT WITH THE 2 CONSECUTIVE ORDERS.
I Would really request you to forward or send to the team or person who can help in this case to solve the problem and ensure such mistakes doesn’t happened with any customer in the future.
