My order id is OD40811192032.. I bought moto E last month 13th and now I am facing many problems so I called flipkart for replacement. For the past 1 week I was waiting after registered for replacement. I have called them morethan 20 times.. They are telling ur replacement is rejected because of some technical problems. How come a giant online website have technical probs. still now I couldn't get cal from anyone. I am sure flipkart will lose its market because of the worst response giving to the customer.

Respected sir, As i am M.Ganesh from chennai.I placed a order on 18thAugust of (SKULL CANDY HEADPHONE).Then till nowi didn't got thecorrect information from your customer support team & seller teamalso.The seller is Extending the date and its was going on upto 8thseptember then 8th september also went there is nothing reply from thecustomer support team.I dont know why ur taking this much of time andone more thing from ur customer support team they are all not workingthey are thinking that how to escape from the customer call and wantto cut the call.They Didn't interact with the seller people.If theyinteracted means i will not go upto like this.As i am interacted withsenior officer also they are also not given the proper solution.Sokindly take as my request make a complaint on the customer supportteam who r all interacted with me.Thankingyou.
