    I have purchased fiat punt top end car at Bellary in the year 2015
    now in bellary there is no service. now my car moved about 32,000km. now it need oil change and other services. but the show room people said they don’t have oil, oil filter and other spare parts . They said go to some other fiat service center. For this if i have go to Hubli i have spend two days and Rs 5,000/-
    why don’t you people stock the all specialties in Bellary service center

    Hi there, is there anyone in FIAL /Fiat India who is accountable to Fiat car customers? Customers love their Fiat cars but the company does not seem to value it. Could you please help me out in Delhi NCR to fix my car troubles? Kashyap Fiat is too far. Tuli Motors and Torque Fiat service stations only misguided and ruined my beautifully running car, with a fab engine. Disappointed I turned to local guys like Bosch and Pitcrew who turned out to be crooks of the first order and tampered with my engine. They broke the crank gear and seem to have damaged the crankshaft rod and told me the engine had seized. A local mechanic after pilfering the spark plugs, fresh engine oil, petrol, car accessories etc. and fleecing me, fixed it after replacing the crank gear and half bearings but my engine is not the same. And come to think that the trouble started with the clutch plate and ‘self-start’ only with maybe the fan belt acting up. The car suddenly started having ‘missing’ problem while driving and it became difficult to change the gears and then it halted gradually after losing power on an inclined highway road. The battery was fine as newly replaced in 2016. Despite jumpstarting / push starting, it did not start but kept showing low battery light. And the crooks at Bosch and Pitcrew in Gurgaon blew it into an engine problem. Please beware of them. And Fiat India could you please organize for a car inspection and servicing by a trustworthy, authorized Fiat service centre. In anticipation of genuine help n service from FIAL…God help us Fiat lovers

    WE HAVE PURCHASED A PUNTO CAR 6YRS BEFORE AND WE ARE GETTING REGULAR SERVICE FROM THERE.
    ON 7TH NOV 2016 CAR ALL OF SUDDEN NOT START AND THE SAME TIME WE CALL TO KASHYAP AUTOMOBILE NOIDA PHASE -2 BUT THEY DIDN’T SEND ANY SUPPORT US TO PICK THE VECHILE FROM THE MARKET AND WE ARRANGE THE ANOTHER VEHICLE BY OWN EXPENSES AND EFFORTS THEN SEND THE CAR TO WORK SHOP ON THE SAME DAY.
    FIRST THEY TOLD US CAR SELF OUT ORDER AND APPROVED TO CHANGE IT SOON AND GET THE SERVICE ON 10000 K.MTRS ONLY.AFTER THE CHAGE SELF STARTER AND SERVICE AGAIN THE SAME PROBLEM HAS COME IN THE CAR AND AGAIN THEY CHECKED THE CAR AND THEY TOLD ME TO ONE ELECTRONICS PARTS OUT ORDER BUT THEY DIDN’T ARRANGE THE PART TILL NOW OR NITHER PROVIDE US ALTERNATE CAR TO USE FOR OUR OFFICE WORK AND WE ARE HIRING THE ANOTHER CAR FROM OUT SIDE LOCAL VENDOR ON REGULAR BASIS.THE COST OF CAR HIRING CHARGE 2000/- PER DAY FOR PICK-UP AND DROP OUR OFFICE STAFF.
    SO WE REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE ARRANGE THE PART BY TODAY AND PROVIDE THE CAR OTHERWISE PROVIDE US ALTERNATE SERVICE VEHICLE OR REIMBURSEMENT OF CAR HIRING CHARGES IN THESE DAYS PLEASE.

    There is no use of complaining about fiat here or any where as they are not really interested in customers grievances. All they need is money on the grounds of europe made products. Undoubtedly i love this italian machine like no other. But service centres in india are the worst one can experience. I have fiat car but this would be my last car from this name. No more fiat when i plan to get next! 3rd grade services and customer satisfaction.
    You guys suck in the name of customer support!

    I own a fiat liena model 2011 couple of month back i had send my car to kashyap fiat noida for repair & maintance bt instead of repair they had broken combo switch of my car from where wiper & indicators light operate. When asked they put alegation tht it was broken earlier at the time car handover to workshop and denied for the repair/ change of switch, made a complaint lot of times to custmer care. one and half month had passed away but still things are same fiat servies were always in question from last so many years plz dont buy Fiat cars dont visit kashyap motors Noida/Delhi
    As only service centre in delhi NCR tht y harassing fiat car owners

    Sir,I have purchased fiat punto active in September 17 in 2012 from pareena motors from gaya, biharand lock of the car is damaged after 1 day .we make complaint in showrooms as well as in head office through customers care but they did not take any steps towards this complaint.sir I also did not get any free service from dealers because his showroom was closed.sir I have two more problems in my car.we will discuss further on phone.sir plz get my problem clear as quickly as possible.thanks

    Marvel fiat in erode is a authorised distributor and service centre for Fiat cars. I never expected such a bad service from the brand “Fiat”. Every time when I give my car for service. After I take the delivery there will be some or the other new problem. I have experienced this thrice in a year. Last time when I gave my car as there was some sound, they told me to replace the shock ups. I did that. But after I took the delivery there is a new issue of hand brake which has arised immediately. I went again and told them Abt this. They said ok there is some issue with the small spare called adjuster. They rectified the problem and gave me the car. But it was not rectified 100%. Now again after 20 to 30 days there is the same issue again. Hand brakes are not working. What kind of spare they have changed that it could not hold for atleast a month. Is this the kind of quality and service we expect from fiat.

    My name is Mr.Aasaithambi I have booked a Fiat Punto Evo 1.2 fire dynamic model at Manakular Automobiles,Pondicherry on 8/4/2015 and the estimated date of delivery commitment given by the dealer is 30/04/15.And I wanted this to be given to my sister’s marriage so I asked them to deliver the vehicle on or before 29/04/15 or it should be given by 30/04/15 but they did not delivered the
    Vehicle after talking the full payment and also till date they did not delivered my vehicle I trusted the brand fiat but this incident totally betrayed my trust on fiat, The brand value will be worse than the other brand if this happens on regular basis the brand will have no value at all.I have come across the same complaint some time back still sales executive is a trust worthy and a well known person to me so I booked the vehicle and trusted him but the company no more wants to retain it’s customer’s . If I would have made the same payment to some other brand I would have got some respect and kept their promises and the vehicle would be delivered on time.
    Pelase make sure that my is delivered on or before 20/05/15 else I should be logging a legal complaint in consumer court on fiat india pvt ltd.

    Sub- cheating Complaint against TORQUE Fiat (Torque motor cars Pvt Ltd.)93, IDC Building. OLD MG ROAD SEC-14 Gurgaon , Haryana phone- 0124 4381212.

    Dear Sir,

    I had booked a car- Fiat Grande Active Red Color delhi registration on on 24-12-2014 (Cash Receipt No.- 486). I was promised to deliver the car within 2 days of booking. We visited the showroom and the Sales Executive Mr Rakesh (8588814613) informed that they can not deliver the car as it is not available ,they bluntly denied to deliver us the car and they have received the full loan amount from Axis Bank plus 25000 rs advance cash as booking amount .
    I have PI and cash receipt and ro copy from bank.
    After constantly requesting on visits and telephonic conversation that are not ready to deliver the said car I just want to know that after paying the amount and completing all the formalities , why did they denied the delivery? It is clearly cheating and fraud with customers .

    All this clearly shows that Torque Fiat is encouraging black marketing along with the dealers and taking undue advantage of the reliability of the Torque Fiat by creating market monopoly and cheating the customers .

    There has been an increase of excise duty from January 2015 and there are news of further increment of the cars prices also.
    I request you to kindly answer me on the following points:-

    1) I request you to kindly clarify whether Torque Fiat dealer refund the cash booking amount 25000 rs. Which I have already paid or arrange the same car I have booked or give me very good discount to buy new Diesel model and should accommodate on the same price given by the dealer.
    2) Why Fiat is involving dealers to take booking which encourages black marketing (which is maximum during year end and festival season). Why there is no centralized system of booking from Fiat to have a transparency.
    3) Why should the costumers suffer the delay period or denial of delivery after paying amount by either the dealers or by the company or by the combined strategy of both?

    Sir, please sort out my problem regarding said complaint immediately. Otherwise i will go to consumer court. Thank you.
    I was having a faith which is now all shattered as I feel that Fiat is fluttering on its sales figures and are now least concern on costumer relationship and satisfaction.
    Expecting an explanation and a spontaneous & strict action against the defaulters.
