    1. Regarding Fed Express Clearance Procedures, please be informed that Fed Express is in violation of their very own procedures by making FALSE declarations on behalf of consignee to customs under the garb of “Speedy Clearance” without obtaining authorization from consignee.
    2. As Fed Express has not obtained ANY authorization from the consignee, Fed Express is obligated to pay the customs duty per their FALSE declarations to customs as quoted below;
    I, We hereby declare that I, We have obtained the authorization from each of the consignees mentioned above to act as an agent for the clearance of the goods described above.

    Since we have are continuously re sending the emails from last 10 days, and till now there is no respond received from the Customer service FED EX and Account manager, even they read the email, also no reply received. Very very bad and pooooooooor service provider.

    put customer on hold for approx. 30 minutes, after that no confirmation about delivery of packet. from last one and half month i am tracking and no one is able to give me status. every time ask a new paper, which is of no use………………….

    Sir a wrong parcel of suit worth Rs 1699/ was delivered on 31-03-2017 in my absence , which I have not ordered. My husband has received it and signed on no 17 with name of Praveen mob no 9818085059 and paid Rs 1700/ kindly investigate the matter how can a parcel can be delivered without ordering it and arrange to return this parcel and refund my money back.

    One parcel of suit Rs 1699 / was wrongly delivered on 31-03-2017,which I have not ordered. My husband has received it in my absence and signed on number 17 with name Praveen mob no 9818085059 and paid a amount of Rs 1700/ . Kindly look into the matter and arrange to refund my money and return the wrong parcel.

    Complaint regarding fraudulent supply of unwanted sun glass by your supplier and extracting Money from us in my absence from my residence.

    I have to inform you that on 5.2.2017 one of your supplier has duped me to the extent of Rs.499 by supplying a pair of unwanted sun glass by your supplier and extracting Money from us in my absence from my residence without any order from my side by way. Of a courier delivered by you as per attached documents.
    You are requested to identify the said supplier and arrange to refund my money and getting return of courier at the earliest.

    FedEx service is very poor, I have a courier which is dispached on the last 1 week before but the courier has been hold for last 4 days in one region & it is not forwarding to the final distination.I never seen this type of service in any where.

    Very sorry to inform that customer care service is worst informer of the real status of parcel. Any computer layman can check & know the status on fedex tracking page. To know this calling fedex toll free nos. is waste, bcoz they also do not have any information & only rely on fedex tracking page.

    Requested them Bangalore nos., could not provide saying confidential. By keeping confidential, Fedex is taking customers for ride & escaping from their bounded duty from faster service.

    See below how the cargo has travelled so many countires from china to new delhi to dubai to bangalore to mumbai back to bangalore without any progress in the report.

I have paid duty on 30 October to FedEx account.ahmedabad FedEx office need confirmation from Bombay account office that I have paid duty.but Bombay account office is saying that I have not paid duty.i have attached my bank statement as a proof.i wanted shipment very urgent yesterday.but due to your mistakes I didn’t get was very urgent.plz solve this otherwise I would go to consumer court.i am very disappointed with your service.worse customer service ever I feel.i feels dhl is so much better than u guys.n

    Pathetic service Fedex Air and surface movement. Poor respose from Regional manager ground in Bangalore. Never seen this kind of service in my experience. Shipments are returned after 8 days due to documents lost by fedex staff.
