    Dear Sir,

    This is with reference to our Paisa Pay ID 45431814941, On behalf of the company I purchased a Dell laptop for my Chandigarh location. We find that the charger was not working hence we asked for change of charger. It was told by seller to courier the charger for which we couriered the same and in return we received a new charger from the seller and that claim was closed. After some days I received a call from my Chandigarh office that laptop is a refurbished one and not working properly and want to cancel the order. I sent a mail for cancellation of my order and ebay person came for pickup and took the laptop for which we have a receipt attached herewith. The laptop was sent to the seller. I was under the impression that we must have received the refund till now. Now when my Accounts Dept did the reconciliation, they understood that the payment has not yet credited to our account.

    I asked for the refund from ebay they say that it is our sellers responsibility to refund, you chase with seller. I spoke to seller, he is straight way denying that he doesn’t have any records of extra laptop received. How one can runs a business without keeping any records of inward and outward transaction.

    I request you to kindly look into it and refund our amount of Rs. 48,499/- at the earliest otherwise I will take legal action against the company and the seller.

    I am attaching herewith all the details for your reference. Kindly look into it and refund our amount.

    Looking forward to your positive and immediate response.

    Your person from deleivery.com Pankaj came on Thursday 3/8/17 for collection of mobile. He gave me collection ID. 451724109012 and collected that dead phone. He himself told us that this dead we will get our refund within 1 week. And now after 1 week you are telling that you didn t receive that phone. Now again you are cheating to me. Because all courrier service can deliver material within 1 week. Do nt cheat your customers. Please do the needful. Now you received that phone and you are not updating me for my refund and status of that phone.
    INDIAN GOVERNMENT SHOULD TAKE SERIOUS ACTION AGAINST THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE CHEATING TO EVERYBODY.

    I have recieved a fake iphone 6 after spending 29K.     I recently purchased shoe insole from Ebay for INR 3050.00. Vendor supplied fake item. I requested Ebay and vendor to give invoice but they did not. I requested shipper (DTDC courier) and they provided the invoice which shows the value as US$ 8 only. Now, how come something costing US$ 8 can be sold to me for 3050.00 Sellor says it has customs duty. DTDC gave in writing that there was zero customs duty on this consignment.
    Ebay and sellor both are hand in glove and cheating not only Indian customers but cheating Indian government in a big way.

    I am Aditya Prakash. First time I purchased an item worth Rs 2999 from E-bay.My PaisaPay ID : 45137884550.

    I got the defective product from E-bay. The top of the trimmer and the base of blade does not fit properly. The blade slips after fitting on trimmer.

    While operating it produces very much sound and does not trim. Even the charger is damaged.

    E-bay team do not want to take any responsibility, they advice me to contact seller for any problem.

    The Seller response was very rude, they did not want to listen any complain regarding their product. They simply said, its not my problem. It is the problem of Phillips.

    The e-bay team and the seller do not agree to return it.

    They are compelling me to go service center.

    I replied that you delivered faulty products then exchange/Return it.

    Atleast deliver the product in 100 % working condition then in future if any problem occurs i will go to service center.

    Is it cool to send a damaged/faulty product and then advice customer to go service center. It is against the Consumer rights.

    E-bay does not have any clear return policy, e.g within 7 days anyone can return if not satisfied.
    The e-bay team is taking wrong advantage of their ambiguous return policy.

    They just harassed me from last week. They keep me waiting for their call. If I do not receive they closed my complain/claim without my concern. They take 4-5 days to raise re-claim. They do not call by their own, I have to call on toll-free number and arrange a call for myself. I am totally frustrated by their way of dealing.

    Please help me as I have exams next week, I can not focus on study from last 10 days due to E-bay irresponsible attitude.

    I received your e-mail. I was a complaint in the same day I received the Apple i phone 5 32 GB was “the touch screen not working properly” I registered the complaint also in this matter your customer care department asked the video of the same. I planned to send but in same time I saw in phone settings “Last Reset: 21 – Dec – 2016, 3.33 PM” that means the phone used (Second Hand). In the same day phone completely dead I cannot send the video. Then I went to Apple Iphone Service Centre in Pune. They said “ The phone is repaired and there is No Warranty the service centre report also I send in earlier messages. Kindly refund my money. Seller e-mailed me for sending back the product but who will pay the payment for sending back ( I asked Blue Dart they estimated for sending Rs. 1,200/-). Any way, if you are not doing the needful I will approach consumer court and cyber cell for cheating.

    I purchased LG G4 mobile on 23rd March and made payment by ICICI bank credit card. Seller in listing description mentioned that he will ship the mobile within 30 hours of payment. He never shipped and gave fabricated tracking number on which courier mentioned that booking information is not available. Item was never shipped. My refund is awaited from eBay india.

    I m very much unhappy with ebay and not only me my friends already switch to amazon and other online shooing option from ebay because service of ebay is going to down fall . for example once i have buy a item and i m not happy with it and want to return it than there in no clear cut option like amazon to just click and return the item and next day your boy collect the item and within a week i receive my money this kind of service i am getting from amazon. another issue is that i am facing problem to contact your customer care once i give call me back request i have to wait long time but still not receive any call by you and if i select call u option than i have wait 30 mint. on hold than how to resolve my problem in your side it was showing 100% original item and i have buy (Item ID:272600219102) on 24-Mar-17name MI power bank it but after opening the box it found to be local item it does not having any manufacturing seal packing and it on off switch not working and not able to put my mobile cable for charging now how u can say it is 100% original. this is ebay responsibility to sell only original item if you are saying it is original. you just see your pas history and you found that your profit profile not as much as past . this was my suggestion to improve your service else your company go fall as soon

    This is the second time i got cheating experience from ebay . first i have purchased redmi 3s prime mobile the item didnt deliverd after one month. i have got a mail from ebay that your refund is on process now it is two month completed i didnt get my money . the second experience happend yesterday that i have ordered cool pad note 5 and i got tracking number also it shows that the item returned to seller ………….all most i lost my Rs 17000. there is no response from customer care also they are just disconecting the call without saying anything . it is necessary to take action aganist this kind of fraud people .

    My son had purchased a jacket thru your website in early Jan’17. The same was supplied timely but has been supplied with he wrong size. We asked for a size correction but the
    same has not been done till date. All contact numbers given by eBay site for the vendor are either no reply or switched off. i am very sorry to say that i am unhappy with your vendors
    services service and the way you handle your customers , i had ordered a product in January for which i had claimed replacement and till date i have received no response (9/02/2017)
    either from ebay or from the seller (zafraa) .

    We had immediately complained and registered a claim id. However even after One Month neither the replacement NOR the refund is received.
    NOW IT APPEARS THAT THE CLAIM HAS BEEN CLOSED WITHOUT ANY RESOLUTION.

    You are requested to arrange for IMMEDIATE REFUND – since now even if they supply we will not be able to use the Jacket as winters have already passed by.

    I have purchased a Asus Zenfone Max ZC550KL (white) online on 18.12.2016 & delivered on 22.12.16. But after opening I found that the mobile is not working after switching it on. After raising complaints to customer care I came to know that the phone is preserviced one and for money refund I have to come through Asus service centre and they should certify that the mobile cant be repaired. It is quite unfortunate that customer is harased in this way. E bay should indicate clearly in the site that it is a preserviced phone and also indicate in the invoice .
    In view of above I would like that my money should be refund back otherwise I will think thrice to purchase any item from e bay in future.
    Your early action will be highly appreciated for early refund of my money.

Even some previous photo were seen on mobile. After that i complained to vendors contact no. but no one had replied. Later on i complaint to Ebay grievance for replacement or refund. they suggested me to visit the service centre. but in diwali i was unable to visit the service centre. After diwali vacation i visited to service centre, i filled there form and attached the bill copy. after one hour they called me checked the bill and box and told me that the IMEI mentioned in the form is not matched with the mobile. so they refuse me and return my mobile. I immediately called to vendors no. they agree that they will solve the problem. So i waited for few days, but this time also they can’t replied. Then i have against complain to ebay, this time ebay rejected my problem and tell me on phone that you have to contact vendor. i repeatedly told him that vendor doen’t replied. But he can’t hear.
    I have already sent all the details to ebay and vendor via email including the service centres reply.
    From last two months the mi4 phone is not working, its just kept for showpiece at my home.
    What is the use of such un-humanistic behavior from ebay and ur vendor. Are you trying to solve the problem or just cheating to ur customer. Two month is not small time, i don’t think you will solve the problem.

    Imagine I pay for a product and then return it back and you still dont want to pay back the money to me.

    I had purchased a Davidoff Cool water Perfume for Men 125 ml online on your website for Rs. 1038/- on 15-Sep-2016. vide Order No. 43627471314 and made the payment via my HDFC credit card.
    The shipment was made on 17-09-2016 by professional Courier. When I recd the product, I found it was a fake perfume and so I asked for a return pickup and refund.
    The vendor M/s Keshav Enterprise called me and I informed him that I have been using this particular scent for the last 3 years and the perfume he has given is not the same and it was fake. He of course refused to accept that it was fake, but accepted to collect it and he sent his person to collect the perfume.
    The perfume was picked up by your courier within a week, but till date I have not recd. the refund of Rs. 1,038/-
    I had made the payment via Hdfc bank Credit card the PaisaPay ID : 43627471314, Claim ID : 2339333, so I expected that the money will get credited in my credit card statement.

    When I saw that my HDFC bank credit card did not have any credit for the above amount, I called up your help desk and was informed that i needed to send the acknowledgement recpt which the courier person gave me when he took the perfume. When I told her that I did not keep the recpt. she told me to call the vendor and ask him for a recpt.

    I regularly shop with paytm, Amazon, Flipkart and Myantra. there are times that the product is returned, but it is immediately picked up and money is refunded back to me.
    I am shocked at the treatment being given to your customer. Imagine I pay for a product and then return it back and you still dont want to pay back the money to me.
    M/s Keshav Enterprise is no one to me that I can call him up and ask him for details. He is your vendor and you should be following up with him. Firstly you should be pulling him up for supplying fake scents on your website. You are the first company in the e-trade business who is asking the customer to call up your vendor and get a confirmation from him that he has recd. the product back. Not only are you dealing with vendor who supply fake products and are cheating the consumer, but you also are robbing the customer of his hard earned money by refusing to refund the money back to him even after collecting the product. So today you have the product and you have my money too. Is this the way you run your business. GOD knows how many innocent customers you have cheated like that in the past.

    I request you to kindly refund the amount to my credit card asap.

    I am Shravan Sanjay Bhosle from Mumbai. I have been a member of eBay since last year. I am a 19 years old guy a business management student. When I started selling on eBay at that time I was 18years old, at that time I wasn’t quite matured and dint know the policy of eBay’s properly. I had made a big mistake that is I mentioned the brand name of the product though it was unbranded or replica. For that my account was blocked. Later on I made an separate account and started selling other products and not violating any of the policies. I got a good sales In Fact positive reviews and not a single negative review from my customers. The reason for suspending my account was that is my account was linked with my previous suspended account. I always use to discuss all the stuffs with ebay customer service but I dint get proper solutions and also dint get proper guidance.

    Now I want to sell on eBay once again. I want an opportunity to sell. I think I should be given a chance. Every person deserves a chance in his/her life.
    Please give me chance. I want to explore my business and eBay is the one who will help me do so. I am not going to sell any branded product. I have read all the policies of eBay. I am also ready to pay the penalty if needed.

    I have purchased samsung evo plus 32gb sd card 2in1 combo offer for rs499 on 26th September, but received duplicate one, so I have sent a msg to ebay, they told to contact seller, but seller’s mobile switched off, no response to email, so I have sent that pack to seller with the same pack but the pack returned to my address without any change, seller didn’t receive the item. What to do further? Shall I put case in consumer court?

    I have purchased a Coolpad Mega 2.5D (Champagne Gold)4G LTE, 5.5 inch/16GB /3GB RAM/ Mobile Phone online from eBay India (eBay.in) for a consideration of Rs. 6999/- paid through my HDFC Credit Card EMI 04.10.2016 vide eBay PaisaPay ID 43818212323.

    I received the said phone on 10.10 2016 through Indian Speed Post vide VAT Invoice No. 4 dtd. 11.10.2016 of M/s MDR Group [Address : MDR, Katra market, Near jama masjid, Sagar – 470004, MP]. On opening of the box, I found my mobile phone & earphone was missing and only charger was there in the box. Immediately on the same day, the matter was reported to eBay.in and I lodged a claim/complaint with eBay.in vide eBay Claim ID 2378514 dtd. 10.10.2016 stating that part of the order missing; to arrange refund for my money back. Also, The seller; namely – dhamaka_deals[Contact Details – Name – M R
    Tel – 9691314884, email dhamak_ky6126qfz@members.ebay.in], called me and told to do FIR for the theft and send him the soft copy. At the same time I contacted eBay customer care and told him whole scenario and the resolution provided by seller. I also forwarded the mail from seller to ebay customer care. Ebay customer care told me not to do FIR unless or until I received direct call or mail from ebay claim resolution team or ebay gurantee team, you only upload the all images of the box and the product inside to eBay website for further solving of your claim. Following ebay customer care advice and full trust on ebay, I uploaded all images of the box and the product inside and have not done FIR till today.
    Many telephonic conversations were done between me and ebay guarantee team. I was told to keep patience and the ebay team is doing enquiry. Hoping for positive result, I patiently waited for last 21 days but on 31.10.2016 evening the ebay guarantee team has called me and told that they are rejecting my claim. When I opposed for the same then eBay guarantee team told me you have not provided the weight proof, courier company authorization letter and courier company (speed post) is showing delivery date 13.10.2016. I told I received item on 10.10.2016 evening and 11.10.2016 & 12.10.2016 are holidays of dussehra and muharram respectively. If the courier company (speed post) did not update their tracking details on time then what was my mistake.
    During course of time between 10.10.2016 to 30.10.2016, eBay guarantee team never asked for speed post documents but after 20 days they are simply saying that you have not provided the all documents so your claim is being rejected.
    I sent the soft copy of the speed post register in which I did signature on 10.10.2016 evening.

    Though I have provided all the details that asked by ebay guarantee team but still they have closed my claim without any refund. They told me that you can re-open your claim by giving courier company (speed post of India) receiving form. Today I have sent mail to ebay India care with the courier company document where I did signature while receiving the item. But still ebay India care has not re-opened my claim and at evening I got SMS on my mobile that “We are sorry to inform you that your claim is not eligible as per eBay Guarantee guideline.”
    It is very bad experience to do shopping at eBay.
    The eBay guarantee team is not working properly and without listen proper justification from buyer they are closing the claim after completion of 20 days.
    Thus, eBay is sorting illegal means of extorting money from consumer by selling / promoting spurious items & protecting such fake sellers, as they duped me by Rs. 6999/-.

    I have purchased a New “OnePlus 3” Mobile Phone online from eBay India (eBay.in) for a consideration of Rs. 25,668/- paid through my Credit Card on of ICICI Bank on 06.10.2016 vide eBay PaisaPay ID 43834185442.

    I received the said phone on 14.10 2016 thru’ DTDC courier vide VAT Invoice No. 2104 dtd. 08.10.2016 of M/s Patel Sales Corporation [Address : No. 11/11A, 1st Floor, 4th Cross, MS Lane, SP Road, Bangalore 560002, Karnataka]. On opening of the phone box, to my great dismay I have found that the phone was not getting charged with the charger provided. Immediately on the same day, the matter was reported to eBay.in and I lodged a claim/complaint with eBay.in vide eBay Claim ID 2395655 dtd. 14.10.2016 stating that as it was giving trouble from day one itself; to arrange refund for my money back. Also, I have tried to contact the seller on eBay; namely – bestbuy7 [Contact Details – Pradeep Desai, Tel 8453565163, email delta1infotech@gmail.com], but call remained unanswered. At the same time I contacted “OnePlus” Customer Care / Technical Support Team. As per their advise, a no. of times switch on/off done, but did not yield a result.

    Meanwhile, regarding my lodged claim, eBay Team has contacted me & elaborated that the said phone carries One Year Manufacturer Warranty (i.e. valid upto 07th Oct, 2017) and not seller’s warranty, thus responsibility lies with me & advised me to visit “OnePlus” Service Centre. Thus, the seller who sold me spurious phone thru’ eBay will be on safe hands & I have run pillar to post (who has spent Rs. 25,668/- hard earned money for a product which gives trouble from day one itself). I did not agree with the logic put by eBay & strongly protested & requested to escalate the issue.

    In the meantime, I have visited nearest “OnePlus” Service Centre at Jaipur (Rajasthan) on 24.10.2016 and I was clearly told by the service centre that “OnePlus 3” is marketed/distributed in India only thru’ online channels : Amazon.in or Flipkart.com; “OnePlus 3” phone purchased from any other source is either spurious & illegal or refurbished and does not carry any warranty from the manufacturer – “OnePlus”. They denied for a valid warranty to service the said phone; even after producing copy of VAT Invoice to them and as a result my phone still remained mum till today.

    On the same day, I am in receipt of email from eBay.in vide dtd. 24.10.2016 informing that my eBay Claim has been closed and that too without proper resolution and wiped-off responsibility from their shoulder.

    Thus, eBay is sorting illegal means of extorting money from consumer by selling / promoting spurious items & protecting such fake sellers, as they duped me by Rs. 25,663/-.

    I receive both products are 100% counterfeits products of this above-mentioned brand. I also share the counterfeits product image on Facebook, Twitter etc.
    I share my problem more than 10 times on the eBay customer care, but always I receive information about that please wait for 24,48 & 72 Hours. In this time range, We will successfully be refunding your order amount in your bank account. I receive only single product price [Rs 499] & the another product I didn’t receive.And I till now not receive any type of information regarding my problem.

    Please read my concern before sending the auto generated mail foolishly.
    I very well know that my claim got rejected ok,
    As per ebay Customer care’s reply mail that “only seller can help me on this matter.”
    So i contacted to seller regarding returning the Item(batter).
    Seller “friends_co” told me that send the Item to his Address and he will refund my money after Item got received, and i convinced by him.
    After 1 day i Courried the Item( Battery) on Seller’s provided address, and after receiving the Item he accepts that he found the Item.
    From that day i am following up by him and asked him to return my money, but seller not responding.
    Please look into this matter and don’t give me the autogenerated sitt message.
    Raise my concern to higher authority and give me Justice on this.
    This is not a rupees issue this is a Prestige issue of EBAY.

    Hi,

    I have made a purchase on Ebay on 28th Aug’16 and the product was not working since then i’ve been following up with ebay along with the seller and the manufacturer but no one is giving any response apart from waiting.
    On 5th Oct finally I’ve got a commitment from ebay guarantee team that if my product is not getting delivered to me by 8th Oct then I’ll be getting my refund but no one turned up on 8th oct. I contacted again on 10th Oct for the status and again got a conformation that i’ll be getting my refund and will get notified within 24-48 hrs again no one turned up.
    No one over ebay take any ownership that i can say for sure not as its been more that 40 days and i’ve not got a working product. Still the guys are telling me to wait as they are not having any TAT for resolving the issue that was the figure of speech.
    i am really frustrated and humiliated by the services provided by ebay and no one cares for the same. Don’t know what kind of service is provided by ebay i want my refund ASAP i dont need any other commitments now i am not going to wait anymore i am done waiting for more that 40 days now.

    As a seller on EBAY.IN — one of the worst experiences I have had. Harrowing. Most un-professional. On 21st July 2016 they downgraded my ebay PREMIUM shop from a TOP SELLER to BELOW Standard. Reason: DASHBOARD problems – Out of nearly 1000 items sold from Sept 2015 upto July 2016 3 items I supplied had problems as per EBAY INDIA. 1st problem I have admitted my mistake. The 2nd & 3rd problem was addressed by me & resolved for which I have all the requisite communications. Irrespective the executive has down graded me to BELOW STANDARD. I have now proved to EBAY that this is not my mistake but a mistake of the BUYER. The Customer Care have admitted & confirmed orally that yes it is their mistake but they do not have the GUTS to accept & rectify the mistake. My EBAY Premium shop is now totally closed by EBAY as I refused to make the payment for the PREMIUM SHOP as they have downgraded me for no fault of mine. It is more than 80 days till date they are not rectifying the mistake. I have made more than a 100 calls to the call center & I have more than 10/15 complaint # which they have auto closed it. I have sent more than 50 emails to around 15 email ID’s of EBAY – no one responds. They all give false promises / assurances that we will revert back to u in 48 / 72 hours. There it ends. There is supposed to be a office called GRIEVANCES CELL headed by one Mr. Arun Unni. His land line # is never reachable except a voice activated message that all the executives are busy attending calls call back later. IN EBAY INDIA – all seller’s are treated like ROT – no respect to sellers. Only BUYER is the king in EBAY INDIA. They do not have the basic human courtesy that EBAY INDIA runs only because of SELLER’s. I have to recover more than Rs.25000/= from EBAY.INDIA/ PAISE PAY. They are not ready to settle my account after giving me the requisite credit note I have been asking for. I have no option but to pull them to the consumer court & if necessary file a legal case against them now. I have given them enough of opportunity to resolve my problem but in vain.

    No doubt, e bay is the worst ecom site operating in India.writing from my personal experience when I got cheated twice.
    I can guarantee you that once the product is delivered to you no matter what happens you would not be refunded or replaced even if the product is totally different from what you have ordered.

    It is hectic deal with customer care personnel, every time need to give lercture on case history.I bought One le tv mobile modal no-lex507 from One seller on your website paying Rs.8099.10/- . It mobile isout to be a fake which was just a Dabba!!!. Cheat. I put in a claim. As I could not upload images on Ebay Guarantee website, which showed ‘NO RECORDS FOUND’ when I entered my Paisapay ID the claim was rejected even though I had bought this to the notice of eBay executives.

    I opened ebay a/c. on 06-Oct-2014 and ebay suspended it on 08-Oct-2014. Ebay did not give at least a warning email prior to suspension of account for indefinite time. Any beginner seller has been imposed with so oppressor punishment for committed mistake unknowingly.

    Before rising; ebay finished me without giving an opportunity to rectify the mistake. The most % of people has inadequate skill, knowledge & awareness about IT or ecommerce in India. I am one of them, who have dream but was not getting right direction to come true my dreams. That is the reason; I tried @ Ebay but unintentionally committed mistake. Writing comments shows my level of interest in ebay seller program. I was planning to leave INR 1 lac/pm job. I really want to work hard, actively & consistently but banning for lifetime; broken all my future dreams; it is not justified. How much I have the trust on Ebay, your policies can not understand real scenario. You all are also stuck with guidelines of Policies only; such policies should be renamed as “Do Not Care People” Policy. You know? Everyone is a buyer prior to an ebay Seller, firstly every seller purchases from ebay then he attracts with your “Sell: Start selling, learn to sell, Business sellers” Programs. I hope, you can imagine my frustration level & feel of guiltiness. I am not only complaining simultaneously; I would like to deliver my suggestions on activities prior to account suspension for full time.
    Suggestions are:
    1) Prior to banning anyone’s account; please serve an advisory email communication and let him sufficient time rectify the mistake and commitment no further occurrence.
    2) If mistake(s) occurs in future after advisory communication, can be restricted approach for some of marketing tools & products for some days; may be 30-90 days or as deemed fit on the basis of logic and unanimous.
    3) Although, there is no improvement in discipline then please ask him to go and suspend seller’s account with No Dues Certificate from both the side (Ebay & Seller).

    If, you think suggestions are win-win situation for ebay & seller; With trust, I wrote heartily, people helping Ebay and it is also an obligation of Ebay to help peoples.

Again the same problem was happening no one was answering the call at last someone picked up the call and ask me to call after 10 min I did the same,then another person pic up the call and he mentioned to me that he can not help me I need to call again at 18008332333. I spoiled my 107 rs just to call the number I don’t think so the person is not able to attend a call. I was trying from 9.30 in the morning to 12 in the afternoon.i am calling continually but I am not getting the results.     I bought Auxus Stunner on 10th July after paying from my credit card full payment, i tried to communicate with digital store on 8608380402 from 13th of July because according to the ebay website by 24 to 48 hrs i will get delivery of my order placement, and the product was not deliver on time i want to cancel the order but ebay executives told me that i can not cancel the order until i received the product from the seller only, the seller can cancel the order that’s the reason i called on your given no. 8608380402. After no response the phone was ringing but nobody picked the call i again communicate with ebay customer care this time my concern was if seller is not responding before delivery & the product will not up to the mark then who will take responsibility, the ebay guy replied don’t worry your product is under ebay guarantee if seller will not responding we will take care of your problems you wait until you receive the product & you will get your product in maximum 2 days, i said ok, on 16th the product delivered to my home i was on my official tour i came back on 19th I open the box found some scratches over the screengaurd & top corner edges of the Auxus Stunner phone, i take the phone to recharge the battery i was stunned when it took 5 hours to get recharge, that time also i was thinking that due to new battery might be for that reason it took 5 hours to get recharge, after inserting my sims i find network issues after that i make calls from the device i found on few calls the another person whom i called is not able to listen me, i again called to ebay customer care they took my complaint and said that i will receive call from ebay concern department, on 22nd July i received an email regarding my complaint that ebay team called me but my phone was engaged so they asked me to upload the pictures of the device and mention the problems on email itself, i uploaded 3-4 pictures on them due to reflections scraches were not visible, due to that the ebay team clossed my claim, i argued i mailed them but no response from ebay, meanwhile i called on this no. also 8608380402 but asusual no response, yesterday i borrow an high defination camera & clicked the pictures which were clearly showing the scratch marks over the screengaurd & the top corner edges, after sending the pictures i spoke to a ebay executive he gave me assurance that ebay will again reopen my claim, but after few minutes again i received an email from ebay mentioning that the product is under manufacturing warrenty we can not refund you kindly visit service or contact to the seller from 13nd July to 31st July i called 4-5 times from my 9051644544 no. to sellers this no.8608380402 no respose,
    now what to do ebay is not responsible seller is not picking calls where does the customer go???
    First time ever on online shopping this type of harrasement happeining with me, i have done online shopping so many times from SNAPDEAL & FLIPKART deffective prodcuts by fault i received from this online sites but they very smoothly replace or refund my belongings with no hassel, but ebay is pathetic & the customer care guys of EBAY were unprofessional & illiterates as wel…

I have purchased card body cover for accent Hyundai.And I received a defect materials,So I called the seller and asked for refund and then launch a complaint on eBay for refund.So after that eBay official told me that you have to upload images for such defect material and I did that.And again they called me for the same.3To 4 times I uploaded the images but these bastard could not able to find that.Then they got and told me that U have to Reship the product and we will refund You the reshipment charges in the form of DD.But these stupid people…….I told them this is not my duty.You people have to give this service.how can I? Then they told me we are not having such facilities right Now.They bcoz of noway,I or shipped the product for 480 Courier Charges. And on 23 June my case was closed and I was promised to give 2 DDs of amount one for product cost 799rs and another for reshipment rs480. And I again asked them that I want 2DDs no coupon nothing,then they promised me that as u have paid Cash On Delivery u will get DD only.Then on 5 days after I got mail for coupon for 480.I was shocked??? Then again I called them and asked they told now it could not be canceled.U have to take we can’t do anything. So these bastard without asking me they took their decision and they sent the coupon on different user I’d.Now I am not able to Redeem that.And my Demand Draft has not been received yet almost its 2 months. And they tell me that You can go anywhere u like.So this time I will thrash all these bastards to consumer court.Already I have spent extra money for cyber Cafe and all that.

I had to go USA and wanted the watch before July 2, but look at your service and management. The way you are cheating people is not tolerated. You gave me a defective mobile and I RETURNED THE SHIPMENT TWICE time IPHONE 5S 32GB TO SELLER DUE TO FAULTY MOBILE AND YOU APPROVED MY CLAIM on below trail mail to refund me my money of Rs 23500 along with courier charges 1600/-.

    After confirmation of seller he received the the mobile, so many follows with you from last 2 months and so many time talk with your customer team but not resolutions and you people not refunded my money of Rs 23500/-. 
    Every time your Ebay customer care told me, your payment will refund with in 6 days than next time told me sorry we will refund the money in 72 hrs.

    You harassed me and mentally tortured a lot from April 2016 to till date 11 July 2016.You people force me to go Consumer Form for the my refund money of Rs 23500/-.

    I have ordered Iphone 4s PaisaPay ID : 42864531091 from eBay for which Wifi was not working. I have submitted the Claim ID : 2087517. Ebay has asked me to return the product to Seller, I have insisted so many times to arrange a pick up from my address but you representatives denied saying that pick up service is not available. So I had to return the product to the seller through the same service DTDC which he sent to me spending my own money. to the address seller provided to me. However, now the seller is saying that its not received by him even the status in DTDC shows that its delivered. I have provided the bill proof, screenshot of delivery from DTDC tracking but still Ebay is asking me for a DRS copy. When I reached out DTDC for the same they are delaying it today or tomorrow. What if there is no DRS copy or something??? its not my problem, I have delivered it to the correct address and I need my money back.

    Now, Just because I bought a Product from eBay, I have to face all these difficulties? i want my money back as soon as possible.

    ebay has cheated me and pathetic response. I bought a Moto G phone through ebay. The phone is not working. ebay asked me to approach the seller . The seller is from Bangalore India and selling in the name of amazinggadgets and his name is Vishal Khatwani. He asked me to approach Motorla Service center for repair as it is within warranty. I approached Motorola Service center and they told me that the phone is having a local made touch screen and it is out of warranty. They gave me in writing. I approached seller and ebay both but no one is responding. seller is not taking my calls and ebay team is non responsive. this is shocking. I am planning to approach Consumer court if it is not resolved.

Phone number mentioned on ebay official site never has been picked up by anyone. i have tried 10-15 times for about 2-2 hours in waiting. Chat support function mentioned on site is not responsing. No executive is there on chat support. further no response for email sent.
    I dont know why company like yours mention these details just to befool customer. Further the stupid felolow who has called me in reponse for Claim raised has closed the claim despite I kept saying that confirm me the bank details with you as he mentioned some ICICI details but I have paid from Kotak Card. but he just dont want to lsiten to me and closed the claim.

    My enquiry was not the payment received by you or the product delivered to me.

    The product had a one year warranty when I bought from eBay either the seller or the concern authority should take the responsibility for warranty.
    The product HP 28 normal colour cartridge was defective one not recognized by the printer when took the cartridge to HP service center the found the cartridge is a expaired one manipulated to the original box.
    A have asked the bill several time not the seller response neither you.
    Please send me the original bill of of cartridge so that I get the replacement for the cartridge from HP or let the seller replace the cartridge as it delivered to me on January 2016 with 1 year warranty.

    I ordered a phone and I received camera phone, I raised claim and after 20 days I got reply that seller sent the correct product. When I cross checked with tracking ID it shows invalid on India post website because seller never sent the phone this ID, he sent camera phone with different logistic tracking ID. When I called eBay to raise claim on same day eBay’s executive did not guide me proper. He did not mention that I have to keep the packaging of item. After 20 days executive asked me for packaging slip, how could I provide the same. He told me if I would ask to return the product then I won’t be able to do so because I did not keep the packaging. I am asking to eBay that this is my first claim so I did not know this, but your executive did then why did he not guide me that you would ask packaging slip, but you have the seller address then why are you deny to share the address fromIndia post tracking ID so I can return the wrong product. If you serious about customer service then ask complete details of both tracking ID one is related to order and second one is created by seller. And don’t waist time of customer by asking claim ID.

    Dear all public, We Indians have to ensure that this cheating company has to be out of India as soon as possible. I have placed an order for Iphone 5S digitizer and they dont have cash on delivery. So I had to make the payment first. The delivery they mentioned as 30June – 1st July. I had to leave my place after leave so I was under the impression that I will get it on 1st July latest. But now they are saying the delivery will be after 15 July. This is cheating and I am going to drag this company to consumer court and impose heavy penalty so that they stop messing with Indians. Giving false promises and cheating the customer.

    instead of that I received Samsung core 2 duos.I have returned that

    have not received my refund yet. Each time I call ebay, they tell me
    to wait for 5 working days. I waited for that timeline everytime
    but no progress at all from your side.I don’t know what to do now. On
    19.5.16,I had talked to Vipul chowdhary, he told me to wait for 5
    working days.he told me that I will definitely get a call regarding my
    demand draft.After that,on 27.5.16,I had talked to Vinay singh
    (service request number 1-75618542502) ,again I got the same reply
    that I have to wait for 5 working days and there was the same result
    as I have not got any call or mail.I talked to Vinay singh yesterday
    (3.6.16)and again he told me to wait for 10-15 working days.

    I ordered Intex mobile with ebay and the delivered mobile is having the technical problem, it’s not able to connect to the service providers network and when I raised the concern to ebay then claim officer intimated me to get it touch with manufacturer.
    My question to ebay is: If someone purchases a commodity from a retail store (Online / physical) and the commodity faulty then buyer should connect with retailer or manufacturer?
    Even surprise to see that ebay helpdesk is on gmail, fail to understand that organization is not having the domain registration as well. Not sure whether it is really a genuine organization or someone is faking the innocent citizens of India?

    Ebay is such an unprofessional e-commerce site. Their customare care service is pathetic and they make people wait for minimum 15 minutes. I have personally waited for 25 minutes. My claim id is 2040119. Ebay delivered wrong mobile ( 16gb instead of 32gb) . The seller is ready to replace but ebay is taking so long to process the claim. N ebay suggest not to directly deliver the product to seller for replacement or dey wont take responsibility. So how will a customer replace the product. Ebay should learn from flipkart how to handle the customers. Or shut down their business

    I had ordered two components from eBay , both of them came out to be damaged. So the eBay customer care gave two new refund coupons one of Rs225 and other of Rs 775. But both had the same name/code, so I was able to use only the first one. I complained about this issue to customer care, and evertime they say that within one week you receive a new coupon. But they they never send, I called them about ten times and I still hear the same thing. I request everyone to please do not buy anything from this site because it’s completely fake.

    Yesterday I received email from Ebay that the product has been delivered to me but the fact is that till yet I have not received my purchased product for which I have already paid.

    Secondly I have already mailed to you with my voter card, which has been suspended for no reason & that is also in case were I have not received my product till yet.

    For your information please check the attachment. And till yet I have not received any call or replay mail from your side yet.
    Even I received a call from ebay to parcel to the duplicate product and also I have did accordingly also forwarded the the attachment copy via email & on Ebay Claim status & was told that will get the money back within 1 day of email but crossed 4 days no response from your side.

    I purchased emporio Armani watch on 10th may, and it was not working, so I raised a claim through your eBay guarantee on 12th may, after that from your side asking a photo proof. I provide the photo proof also, then two times I received a call from customer service center,they were asking maximum 5 days time to refund my amount. But Still today there is no use, so many times I mailed your customer service there was no response, your customer service phone number is always busy, busy. This was my first and last dealing with your stupid eBay company, very worst customer service from your eBay. After purchasing you changed it to 5 the June and in cause you showed policies and rules. I tried to call seller but his mobile no and email id came invalid. On contacting customer care I got wrong and false information every time . They even don’t share the no of grievance department or of any senior official. They receive the call after minimum 15 minutes.grievance department is also of no use as they are also providing false information. I think you people don’t deserve civilized behavior and love to hear abuse. I think eBay is not capable of doing e-commerce business and should try directly to loot people instead of cheating through website. I hope for an early solution otherwise I would be forced to abuse you publicly as you love it.i am also planning to buy products in cash on delivery mode and refuse to take them, just to teach you the lesson in response of your cheating.now it’s up to you to decide what should I do. I will just wait till 22 May.

    Hello Ebay,

    1. I ordered the product from your website on 6th of April.
    2. Ebay canceled the order on 12th of April as the seller was not able to ship the product.
    3. On 13th April Ebay initiated my refund. But the refund was put on hold as the seller appealed against the refund.
    4. After waiting for 5 days to get the appeal resolved I finally raised a Claim on 18th of April to get refund as I did not receive the product.
    5. The time line for a claim to get resolved is 20 days and today is the 22nd Day.

    Is there any claim department in the company????????? Please be honest with me. I have been very patient and understanding till now. But I need some resolution today itself. If not I shall resort to legal route and would make it a point to make a viral post on social media. At least get me in touch with claim department thats the least you could do.

    Hope you guys take this on priority for real now.

    Please find the attached copy of documents which indicated the proof of payment from my end. I am now literally begging for my refund. Please initiate the refund process immediately. I am angry and dissatisfied at the highest level now. Please understand the matter of urgency here. I have already paid an installment for the product without the product. The purchase was made on 6th of April and with no intimation it got canceled as seller wasn’t able to ship in specified time, again the seller appealed against the refund without any intimation to me. I had to raise a claim on 18th for the same. It has been now 6 days since the claim was raised and 10 days since the buyer appealed against the refund but I have seen no progress from your end. I don’t understand the dilemma here. The seller haven’t shipped the product so just give me back my refund. Whats so hard to investigate in this.
    I hope my refund would be initiated in next 12 hrs or else I would have to resort to other means to get your attention.

    I have ordered IPHONE 5 S GOLD, 64 GB from ebay.in on 23/04/2016 for Rs.23,799 My order confirmation : Paisa Pay ID is 42427087832, I have received courier on 27/04/2016 i.e yesterday at 16:00 hrs.

    When I have opened ebay cover I got a shock of my life to see a small packet which is packed haphazardly, inside that I found IPHONE box, I have opened it and found the charging cords and the earphones are used already. Subsequently I noticed few pics inside the phone (these pics are 28days back pics which are found in deleted history) The IPHONE 5 S GOLD what I received is a used phone and old phone. I have received a piece of A4 sheet invoice copy for Rs.5000/- inside the packet.

    When I booked my IPhone online in http://www.ebay.in the advertisement as well as the order also mentions that it is Brand new phone. I am attaching the invoice, phone and the pictures which are found in IPHONE.

    With regard to this I called your customer care today morning at around 10:15hrs and spoke to your executive Mr.Santan and with your Team Manager Mr.Lokesh. I am not happy with the answers what your customer care people have given to me.

    I have opted ebay instead of Flipkart or Amazon as it is decade old company, now I feel cheated and it is a great insult to me in front of my family members and my friends as I have got used phone. I request you to kindly look into this matter and take stern action against the person who has done this. I appreciate if you can arrange to take this used I Phone as soon as possible and make immediate refund to me.

    I have purchased from ebay (seller was onlinemegastore06). As per their listing they were supposed to include carry bags. When we contacted the seller, they kept on saying they would dispatch the same. But when the the eBay guarantee time period is over, they say that they cannot send the carry bags.
    We have been in constant touch with eBay customer care. Every time we contact them, some new person comes online and we painfully explain the case to them. They ask for 2-3 days time to resolve the problem. But nothing happened.
    We have been left in the lurch both by eBay customer care and the seller, without resolving our problem till the eBay guarantee timeline is over.
    This is not the way eBay is supposed to work. We have no option left but to approach you because we are not able to lodge any of the complaints in any of your websites now.
    We hope that you take to this matter and see to it that the shortfall of “2 carry bags” are sent to us by this seller OR ensure that the consignment is returned to the seller and we get our refund.

    Looking forward to your speedy resolution to this matter and prove that you are still a professional organization.

    my claim id is 1784500 I ordered a mobile from ebay. I also received it. On 12 of march 2016, the mobile was not working it is a dead piece when I received . From the day I received the dead peice I am calling to the customer care no that is 18002093229 till today that is 9th april 2016 there is no response from ebay, daily they tell that they will call back . But there is no single response from their side. Only I am calling them. They told is to go to The service centre in Dadar, but when we reached there, they told us that there was no service for the particular mobile, then we had to return back home. Please help/suggest me what should I do further..
    It was a really bad experience from ebay.

      Hi, it seems that your claim is approved, ask ebay not to send replacement and give refund for the item. You will get a notification via SMS and email that your claim has been approved. Once you get notification, it will take about 3-7 to get refund credited in your account. If you dont get refund even after 7 days of approval, contact ebay customer support. Make sure you have file your claim properly with clear pictures and precise information.

    Ebay Pvt Ltd is cheater company working in India and cheating the people of India. The product has not yet delivered to me since 6.02.2016. not refunding also. When inquired, the fucking Ebay replied that, after 30 days no refund will be initiated. They are not making any proper communication over mail or phone regarding the delivery status. If you ask about the same they will not reply you properly. The courier company associated with Ebay are also the fucking ass hole. It ha clearly mentioned in tracking no that, it has not delivered at destination and they are just blocking your products to knowingly delayed and finally money also gone and product also gone.

I would have agreed if it was working fine and later after a few months if istn working at all ( no sound),.. I have decided to escalate this to the highest level. bcoz customer care will only read policies from their books.. spent so much time with customer care and also with supervisor by name Raman ( who claim to be supervisor) and he was also reading just policies and said tey cant do anything.. he kept me on hold forr a very long time and never transfered call to manager..he kept interrupted me when I tried saying something.. He is not worth to be a supervisor… will never buy anything from ebay again.. such a pathetic customer service.

    Well I must say it now that EBAY is a fraud & cheat company. It’s been more than 2 months but my refund is not initiated. I have updated all my friends not to purchase any thing from now on wards from EBAY & teach EBAY a lesson. They cheat people. I have called in 15-20 times for a concern & they do not seem to have any resolution apart from giving fake promises. Even the customer support executives are pathetic. They have no idea what they are talking & will give fake assurances saying that we will get back to you in 48 hours. I have been waiting for more than2 months now & their 48 hours are yet to expire. Not sure which world they live in. Of course that is expected from a cheat & fraud company.

    I had purchased Emporio Armani watch AR1410 (FAKE PRODUCT of ebay) from ebay on 4th of JAN. I could not believe it just broke down within few days.     i recently purchased a product from ebay.in and the seller- zafraa. the product is very different from what is shown on the website. also i registered my claim the very that day when i received the product. then, when i get a call the executive tells me that the claim does not come under the policies as it is that size which i ordered whereas the size does not fit me. and also the colour shown in the website is different from what i receive. a drastic difference. it is also described in some other language but how do we get to know it? its the image that needs to be posted correctly not showing golden as silver in colour. i have also mailed the images but did not get any replies. have also raised the claim now with the images.
