DVVNL is real dictator who acts after disregarding laws and HC orders and is organised more than a "gang" whose every member acts only to protect the interest of his staff though they cause harm to the consumers.

No bill including all the regular bills and 04-05 bill revised bill deliverd since year 1995 is correct. Meter laid in year 1995 is not incorporated in the billing process till year 2012 and it is included in the billing process after the event when it is proved to be defective unreliable & check meter is reccom0nded to be billing meter. DVVNL starts recovery via Tahasil on the basis of provisional, fictitious and already protested bills. Revised bills are are not incorporated in the consumer's ledger even after payment of fill bill amount under protest and subsequent bill od based on the amount which was before the revised bill . DVVNL don't give credit to payment made by cheque and continue to bill for the bill amount which is before the delivery of cheque. DVVNL in 'on the spot bills adds the electricity duty at the rate which is far above the prescribed rate, 7.5% over the fixed charge. DVVNL don't restore interrupted supply for days/ months / full year though regular complaints are done

After disregarding law and infiltrating the the jurisdiction of Hon' UPERC and only raise the revenue, the DVVNL !) sanctions new connections with sanctioned load which in excess of true connected load/ sanctioned load !!) increases the sanctioned load of existing consumers but without following the procedure and against the true sanctioned load !!!) charges the ED @ which is more than the approved rate / 7.5% of fixed charge !v) don't discloses in the bill the last due of the electricity & charges the late payment surcharge which is much more than the approved rate.

only to raise revenue but against the law, DVVNL is involved in so many illegal acts like allocating the sanctioned load for new connection which is more than the true one, increses in the sanctioned load of existing consumer without the consent of & the notice to the consmer, charges the ED which is more than the approved rate and charges the late payment surcharge which is more than the approved rates.

s/c 1044/40498 eudd2 aligarh.my elec.bill does not get automatically uploaded on net after 24 hrs of bill presented/generated.i am a very senior citizen and face a lo of problem in depositing bill amount.can something be done about it?

DVVNL is very strong dictetor and a very organised ' gang' who continue to raise fictitious & malafied bills regularily since onset till the date on the basis of fictitious sanctioned load/ self imagined rate schedule & tariff and deny to revise bills despite to complaints to higher authorities & orders of HC -- Hike is that when the bill alleged bill amount is paid by the cheque, the check is withheld in the office and is returned to the consumer 7.5 month after.
