I booked one parcel at Duliajan , Assam to LICI , Jorhat Divisional Office on 28/11/2017. The consignment number was K07420350 . But till date the same has not been delivered to the addressee. While going for tracking status , it shows 29-11-2017 Guwahati . I have mailed to your customersupport on 02-12-2017 and got an automailed reply that your support team would search for the parcel and reply me soon. Since then I sent 4 mails and got no reply. I have had several telephonic conversation with your Guwahati Office but all are in vain .
The distance between the booking place and the destination is about 200 km only and if I had started walking 20 km a day , the parcel would have been delivered by now.
Can I expect anything whereabout my parcel is.

This is in with reference to Consignment No. D37731362 delivered on December 01,2017. Please find attachment for the same. The price charged for my consignment weighing 32 kgs (for 2 cartons) was RS.2000 out of which only 1 carton of 20 kgs has been delivered. I have called hundreds of time in the head office. Only once my call was picked and on asking the status of the other carton, they told me that it has been delivered via bike. The person could not carry the other carton of 12 kgs so it would be delivered by Dec 02 and IT HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED TO ME TILL DATE. On asking my guard about the mode of delivery (as he was the receiver) he told me that it has been delivered via loader.
SUCH IRRESPONSIBILITY AND SUCH A BIG LIE…!!!
Secondly, the quantity mentioned in the consignment was 1 when in reality it was 2. WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY QUANTITY?? On asking the agent of DTDC, Arcaedia branch,Gurgaon, he told that if the consignment is of the same address we mention the quantity 1.

Docket No.: V40953627 dated 11.10.2017. DTDC Blue By Air.
While booking DTDC staff told us that this Docket will be delivered 11 Am on 12.10.2017 at Chennai.
When I reached DTDC HUB Guindy Regional Office, they said the Docket has not been booked from Mumbai. In Chennai Hub they said the docket has been scheduled to 3 pm flight on 12.10.2017 and it will reach Guindy hub to 7.30 pm so you can come and collect the material. I came to Guindy Hub at 7.30 pm waited till 9pm. They said the Docket has not been booked in 3pm flight and it’s been again re-scheduled to 6pm flight. So you can come and collect the docket at 9.00am on 13.10.2017.
Due do this issue our production got stopped whole day and who will bear the loss of one day production…? IS DTDC will bear my loss…? We are not fool to book the material by Air on high priority bases and spend lots of money to courier.

With utmost grief it is to mention here with for your immediate necessary action at your end.
(1) One Consignment was booked vide Consignment No. D30968316 (from Bhubaneswar to Bangalore dispatched on 01/11/2016). It has been mentioned in your Tracking site that the Parcel is delivered. But, in fact till evening of 11/11/2016, the packet has not been received by the addressee. Such falls updation is not expected from DTDC.
(2) Another Parcel was booked on 01/11/2016 through DTDC to Hyderabad vide Consignment No. D30968317 (from Bhubaneswar to Hyderabad). This Parcel is also delayed abnormally and received by the Consignee on 08/11/2016 evening after lapse of Eight days. The contents of the Parcel was spoiled totally and absolutely not in edible condition.
As a regular Customer of DTDC, please clarify me the following:-
· At the same date, a Speed Post was sent to Bangalore which has been received by the Addressee on 3/11/2016 AN at a very cheaper price. Then what is the need of sending Parcels through DTDC by paying very higher Price?
· Why false statement has been recorded in the Tracking system for Bangalore parcel that the material is delivered successfully? Is DTDC always furnishes such false statement in the web? Since 11 days what DTDC is doing with this packet without delivery to the consignee?
· In the meantime, the contents of the packet must have been spoiled. Who will replace me the value of the contents (For Bangalore – ? 480.00 & for Hyderabad ? 1160.00)?
· The Courier sent to Hyderabad is received on 08/11/2016 evening. The edible things sent is spoiled as message received telepathically. Who will be responsible for such irresponsible work? Action should be taken against the person who is responsible for such work which defamed DTDC.
· Why Customer care E-mail ID is not replying although I have mailed my difficulties several time?
· Why the DTDC Customer Care at Bhubaneswar (0674-3043517), the Manager (7894427496) at Bhubaneswar do not lift phone till the last ring. Are they actually so much busy with work and even do not get time to talk with Customer? If so, why the phones are provided?
· Is it the tradition of DTDC that the Consignment moves at the speed of Snail?
· Why should not the Customer knock the door of Court of Law for such irresponsible work conducted by DTDC Courier service?
Will you please look in to the matter? If such happens with an esteemed organization like DTDC, then nothing to say. Simply we lost the faith on DTDC. The contents of the Parcel must have been spoiled and must not be in edible condition. Who will be responsible for this?

i had sent a courier from Dehradun from dtdc on 18th october. it has not reached the destination yet. i am not able to track my courier as i have lost my tracking id. i called the office several times but the responce is not good. i several times asked them to help me out but there is no reponce from their side. very irresponsible. didn’t expected this while sending courier from dtdc. disgusting.
I had done a parcel containing books on 13th october from fast track courier services from mumbai to allahabad whose consignment no is 402000. This in turn was forwarded through DTDC as mentioned on the fast track website(www.fastcu.in) . The DTDC reference number that is generated is D30622063. This parcel was not delivered at the destination because of some address issue.
I wanted to know was there any contact done on the mentioned phone numbers on the parcel??. If not why so??
Secondly if the parcel is undelivered how many days does it take it deliver it back to the sender?? The DTDC website shows it has reached mira road office of 24th october but still it is not delivered to my address.
Thirdly ,I went to the DTDC branch office at mira road near golden nest(Sunil enterprises) to enquire for the same but they couldnt help me and Mr. Sunil i suppose the owner spoke to me in a very abrupt and rude and rowdy manner and said he will not be able to give me any information regarding the same and told me to go to goregaon office.

I booked a parcel to IIM Ranchi vide Z05434137 on 28Oct. to be delivered on 1 Nov.(Bhaiyadooj Day). The promised delivery has not reached even today I.e. 3 Nov. by 7pm. There is no update of status since 30 Oct.The parcel seems to have been lost in the midway or seems to be languishing in an unknown go down. See for yourself the company which boasts itself of VALUING DELIVERY in time.

We are a vendor at Amazon. Amazon marks the orders under self-shipment many times. We usually book these order through DTDC. We are getting problem for the last some time. Either your courier boy do not go to the destination to deliver the product or send back. We are facing problems like this, because the orders under self-shipment are always prepaid. Now, Amazon is not marking these self-shipment orders and they cancel such orders where there is not their service. We are facing loss.

Extremely bad service. Packet sent to Ludhiana on August 16, 2016 thru Z97969758. Still no word on its traceability from DTDC. First they confirmed me it has been found then they said no. As per statement they showed video to the delivery person who was responsible for delivery. It seems purposely your staff is hiding it because they know about three mobiles inside it. Till date no outcome from your side about its delivery to the client. It seems that sending items thru DTDC is not safe at all.

The DTDC courier Noida branch Phase 2 from where the consignment was to be delivered the undermentioned person has not yet received as 16 days have elapsed.
Consignment number V30875117 was sent from Bangalore on 6 Aug 2016 by Mr. Sandeep Joshi which has to be delivered to Mr Mahesh Chandra at his residence (E 260 Delta 1 Greater Noida UP 201308).
As per your tracking system result, this consignment has already been delivered on 8 Aug 2016 . But actually it has not been received by Mr Mahesh Chandra (receiver) or any of his relative and also there is no information regarding to whom it was delivered in the dtdc tracking result. Neither the phone number nor the relation is mentioned in the tracking result by dtdc.
As per the telephonic conversation with Manoj (Mobile Number 9599387579 at Noida Phase 2 office DTDC) , this consignment was received at Noida phase 2 DTDC office but the same has not yet been delivered to me.
This is matter of serious concern i.e after sending repeated mail to DTDC Noida office, all the officials are silent. The sender and receiver have not yet received any satisfactory reply. Such type of delinquency in rendering service and silence for providing reply to the customer lead to raise this issue to the respective police stations/consumer courts/media.
Before doing so immediate action in this regard is required/requested.
Immediate action is required from the DTDC concern Courier Office on the matter and inform accordingly to the customer. I hope you will reply within a day or two.

In case you ever want your courier to be reached to the address, Please opt for any gemeral post also but never ever use DTDC. the worst ever service. they charge you extra on express service committing to deliver within 3 days, But 8th day also it is not delivered and nobody is bothered to address this inspite of mails, calls etc.

DTDC Courier service seems to be a professional careless service provider. My parcel No.K78419735 which was supposed to be delivered on 7th April 2016 is still missing till today, the 13th April 2016. When i call DTDC offices they never pick up the phone. This company is a third class company & do not provide valid contact numbers in their website to avoid being called. Please never use DTDC Courier. They never deliver to the addressee & instead call the addressee to pick up from their office but charged for providing excellent service (as promised by them)!
