In 2012, Bindra decided to start his own company and named it Global ACT (Academy of Consulting and Training) but later on changed its name to Bada Business Pvt. Ltd. in April 2019. Besides these achievements, Vivek has one more achievement in his bag as he holds the World Record for Training the largest Gathering of HR Professionals under one roof. His record has been documented in the Golden Book of World Record and The Limca Book of World Record.
