Delhi Land & Finance or popularly known as DLF Limited is known to be the largest commercial real estate developers in India. Kushal Pal Singh is the owner of the company. It was founded by Chaudhary Raghvendra Singh in the year 1946 in New Delhi. The company developed residential colonies in places like Shivaji Park, Rajouri Garden, Krishna Nagar, South Extension, HauzKhas, Kailash Colony. It also builds residential, retail properties, offices etc. After the passage of Delhi Development Act in 1957 which banned private real estate developers. The DLF began acquiring land outside Delhi i.e. in the district of Gurgaon. During mid 1970s, the company started developing their DLF City project at Gurgaon. The projects include hotels, infrastructures and special economies zones related projects. According to the Forbes 2009, Kushal Pal Singh was listed 98th richest man in the world and word's richest property developer. DLF became the title sponsor of Indian Premier League in 2008.     Sir, I am seeking the procedure to take the possession of a Plot in DLF II which was allotted in 1985. Person on No. 9999684905 says I am Channel Partner. 18001801065 - no reply. 180010330022 / 0124 221321 / 0124778000 dialled. These guys have no clue. What next. Your site is not at all user friendly.

    I had applied for allotment of IF unit in Sec-86, New Town Heights on 02 May 2017 and was promised acceptance of application and allotment within a month at the most. Even after a lapse of 6 moths there is no firm/convincing reply from DLF. This has put me in lot of inconvenience as I have retired on 31 Aug 2017 and my son,s marriage is around the corner. DLF has not looked after the interest of a senior Army Officer and that speaks poorly of ethos and culture which is contradictory to the vision of Chariman an ex army man himself. Please bring this to the notice of Chairman because we still regard DLF to be one of the most trusted names but then how long this belief will stand.
