    Hello, This is regarding my recent bill# 555791424495 (bill dated- 19-08-2017), amounted to Rs 11439.00 for Unit consumed 1456. Average unit consumed in last one year is approx 400 units/bill. Since we do not have any reason for this surprise bill of Rs. 11439.00, please get it investigated and rectify the bill amount as soon as possible.

    Dear sir,
    I am fmr D.G.P, now staying at shimla. My house DX -92 kendriya Vihar sector 56gurgaon mostly remains locked. I am consumer with account no. 0350270000.
    Until Jan 2016, my billing was for average 70-100 units, whereas after that my electricity bills have. Been inflated showing consumption as average 1000 units as against 100 units earlier. I have paid my bills under protest to avoid disconnection .
    I am resident of this flat since 2003, and it can be verified from your record that my average consumption for the last 10 years has been less than 100 units, per billing cycle whereas I have been charged for avg 1000 units per billing cycle since January 2016.
    May I request you to amend your bills and credit amount paid in excess by me to my account.

    My latest duplicate bill has come of 1st oct and that has come of 99075 rs and units consumed are shown as 13232. this is wrong and i strongly recommend you to send your guy to recheck it and this is blunder and if i will not be served than i have to go to consumer court and will file police FIR. also i will go to social media that is twitter, instagram and facebook and will ruin your image. i will approach media and news also. action on it is urgently required.
    i am at second floor and people at first floor and second floor has got bill of 2 years and 1 year together and got a credit of 87000 and 35000 rs so does their bill have been adjusted in my bill
    also ground floor reading unit is 13232 and my reading is shown as 1323 so there is just a typing error of last one digit that is 2 (13232). so means your executives wanted to show both bill same and was giving average and by mistake placed one more 2 against units.
    ground floor account number is 8377963302
    1st floor account number is 4283759853
    my 2nd floor account number is 1662175212 which needs to be rectified.

    send your guy to do the exact and correct meter reading or rectify my bill right way.
    take this as utmost important else i will take legal action.

    Respect Sir,

    This is regarding our electricity bill, it has not been generated since May’2017. We have visited electricity department regarding it and have raised the ticket (No. 163139) for the same through your internal department person. Also, a complaint was registered for the same issue with the complaint number (REQ140720171458389648360000.)

    Note: – We have also called DHBVN call center for this issue but as per call center executive, bills are not being generated due to some system issues.

    You are requested to send us pending bills so that payment can be made.

    Dear Sir,
    Two Transformers installed at our A Block (near Plot No.2229 and Saheed Bhagat Singh Park, Green Field Colony, Faridabad had burnt one within 3 days and another one within 7 days. Despite our repeated requests the transformers have not been replaced. In the evening the voltage become too low the coolers and fans are not working forget about AC.

    I want to bring issue regarding electricity supply in our village nearby Hodal. Issue is that we are not getting enough power supply as per the rules set by DHBVN. Whenever we go to complain for same the electricity board person say that there is the theft of electricity in your village due to which we can’t give the electricity supply more.

    I want to ask a simple question that do we have to suffer due to theft being done by someone else . It’s the task of vigilance team to expose user responsible for that.

    Request you to please take appropriate action on same so that we can get the sufficient amount of electricity as per DHBVN set the rules for villages supply.

    Hoping some quick and appropriate action .

    Sir /Madam, mai Greater Faridabad Sec -76 me rahta hun. Yahan pichhle 20 din se light ki bahut kharab sathiti hai. Kabhi Kabhi to 24-24 ghante light nahi aati hai. Kal Sunday ko subah se raat tak light nahi thi. Raat ko aayee light to subah chali gayee aur abhi raat ke 9 baje tak light nahi aayee h. Lineman se lakar SDO tak tele nahi uthate hai. Lineman to apne aap ko chief Minister se bhi bada samjhta hai. Ye sab pahli baat to ye ki tele hi nahi uthate hai galti se utha liya to kahte hai kar do shikayat jaha karni hai bula lo Chief Minister ko. Ab aap hi batao hame chief Minister ko bulana hai ki light bulani hai. Chhote chhote bache, budhe even brain hamrage ke marij sab bahut preshan hai par yahan sunwayee koi kar nahi rha hai. Ab aap hi bataye ham kya kare.

    Sir i am living in nangla enclave part 2nd n.i.t faridabad .sir we are facing voltage drop problem since 1 month .we are getting only max. Valtage 170 volt appxi.
    Nangla encalve part 2nd is big area and only single transformer is providing us electricity. Please arrange one more transformer so that we will get 220 valtage .

    There is nothing like customer care in DHBVN. Such a poor response. Website link for complaint is not working. None of the toll free number is working. No email id provided for registration of complaints. Such a poor service. No reading taken from meter, charging for units 3 times than consumed. Really pathetic. Staff behavior at office also not good.

    I had paid my bill for the billing cycle 25/05/16 to 25/07/16 through net banking, Instrument no. GHDF4691732141 and transaction no. 46508802 through my account in HDFC Bank, Sector 16 Branch, Faridabad for amount Rs. 26256/- dated 20/08/16. To my utter surprise some lines man came and disconnected my electricity connection and were walking away with my Meter. There was no prior notice nor and warrant to carry out this exercise. I was fortunate that someone in the neighborhood saw this and informed me that they have removed my meter. It was just in time that I caught them and confronted them. I spoke to the JE Mr. Sukhpal who was rather rude on phone and said he has orders from above to disconnect all connections for which payments have not been made. When I said that how do I know that these people are from your department and if so where is the disconnection warrant/notice? He said nothing of this kind is required and if I can show them the proof that the money has been paid only then the line can be restored. This was at 5.30 PM on 09/09/16. I told him the money was paid online and they should check up at their end as to why it has not been updated on their records. The person was rude and said it is not their job and I should porduce the proof which i did and then the line was restored. I am really surprised and hurt by such callous behaviors and wish to strongly register my protest and seek action against the erring officer for his rudeness and demand an apology so that such callous behavior does not repeat in future. There should be a system of sending notice and a chance to present the documents before resorting to such drastic action. This is the minimum decency that is expected from any service provider. Kindly look into the matter and inform cation taken to avoid such harassment to the consumer in future. Thank you.
