I am really very upset with your services, my plan is Rs 750 for 75 gb with 10mbps and I paid Rs 863 with tax for the service. I recharged my account on 16th of dec as 16 was my due date. Even after I recharged my account, the net was very slow so I called up and talked to representative and he told me that since there was a cyclone in Chennai, their services, got hit and he ask for few hours to rectify it which I gave time to you people. And I keep checking the speed but it always give me 1.+ mbps or 0. + mbps so I called to technician on 12/20/2016 and he promised to dispatch someone within 15 minutes but no one turn up so I call up again to customer care service on 12/21/2016 and I had a word with them and what they said was, that I have consumed all my datas. I am really shocked and surprised with their report. Hows that possible, that I consumed my datas within 2/3 days????? I didn’t even get 2mbps of speed. So with my surprise, I would like to inform you that I will not use your den boomband after 16 of january 2017 because your service is the worst services I have ever came accross. This is my second month of using den services and you guys have shown your true color within 60 days. Please note that I will not entertain any retaintion or bill after 16th of jan 2017. Thank you

Den Boomband is the worst company and internet provider ever I hve seen….Can’t tell my frustration these guys just screw up my happiness gave me loss of business and this illiterate customer service guys don’t even know hoe to speak and empathize. I feel like I should file a case against like this providers. They just know how to earn and take money that is hard earned and do not have etiquette to serve the customer, keep sending the people around to check the modem. . I have called around 10 times to these bullshit people but they are not solving the issue paying 6000 is worthless. its around 10 days the net is not working the person on other end says it will take 5 days more…. Shit!!!!

10 days before I have applied for new internet connection,only modem provided ,for router so many times demand is given always promise to resolve the issue within 24 he’s whereas greeting the fake SMS that your issue is resolved. If not able to do so surrender don’t do fake promise.
