It is been almost a year ,since I am requesting to start parking facility for vehicles at Kalindi Kung Meter Station. We the Noida and Madapur Khadar commuters are facing lot of trouble to catch local transport like e-rikshaws and autos. There is sufficient amount of space at KKung metro station, however the authorities are not interesting to facilitate this despite several follow-ups. Please look into this matter and do the needful done.

I’m writing my dissatisfaction with the service i received in the behavior of one of your executive person for changing unnecessarily amount . I’m working in Noida Sec- 16 and my residence is in Jahangirpuri delhi-33 . I have to travel in the distance every 5 working days . By yesterday 28-09-2017 i was returning back to Jahangirpuri and depart in Adarsh Nagar metro station for some personal work after finishing it i traveled Adarsh Naga to Jahangirpuri and did exit there comfortably .
Today morning 29-09-2017 i wasn’t get entered in the metro due to error in my metro card and then i visit nearest window which resolve queries of customer they explained i wasn’t exit properly yesterday evening and i have been tried to make them understand i didn’t face such issue at the time of exit . But they won’t understand me and just passed very painful words to me and lots of arguments with few repeated lines go and make RTI against us. I’m a very sensitive for my emotions and hurts . I have paid that unnecessarily amount because i have to be in my office with in time .I don’t have that much time to make calls to customer support or other queries handler .
if my amount wasn’t detected when i traveled Adarsh Nagar to Jahangirpuri they should to charge that amount from me which may be 10 rupees . why they detected max amount from me ?
This issue caused corruption matter of charging unnecessary amount or dominate customer and make them guilty why the using metro for traveling . I’m love my county and i am one of them who don’t accept any kind of corruptions and domination on Indian peoples rights .
This incident hurt me deeply and made my day pain-full and can not able to get out of it till now which making me to write this .
Thus i demand strict action on the matter and against the team which really do not support at with customer.
