    I bought Daikin split A.C. in 9th June 2016 on the behalf of previous using product’s good satisfaction, but this product after completion of warranty period or 1 year is not working & problem is leackage by indoor unit coils as said by your service engineer (service ref. no-DEL3107201711401182 / Unique Customer ID-10818363), and now i am feeling very much stressed and unhappy only because of my decision of buying this Daikin split A.C.
    I think now Daikin goal is selling number of quantities of product not to sell quality product to customers.

    I have already done a long communication to your customer care team yesterday and today also.

    look matter and resolve problem as soon as possible.

    I bought Daikin split A.C. for comfort of my family but this has not been completed 1 year yet and i am feeling very much stressed and unhappy only because of my decision of buying this Daikin split A.C.

    Following are my 3 complain details out of which only 1 is attended and balance 2 are awaited??????????????????????????????

    I booked a complain of not cooling for my Daikin split A.C. on 16-05-2017 and after attending by service engineer my problem was not resolved and again i booked same ” NOT COOLING” problem on 4-06-2017 which was not attended by any one whether i had received a call from Faizabad service center and he was asking to arrange generator as i live in rural area where electricity supply is less than urban areas.

    When any one not attended complain of 4-06-2017, i again booked a complain on 15-07-2017 but from customer care i came to know that this will be a paid service because my A.C. is more than 1 year old( Purchase Date- 1-07-2017)

    My concerns are-

    * If only people living in urban area have the right to use the A.C., that should be mention on the day of purchase………….
    * If complain is not attended by service center then what should be punishable act for customer……………….
    * If complain is not attending within a schedule and guarantee or warranty is about to be finish then who will be responsible and why……………………….
    * If an individual buy an A.C. for him and his family happiness then is he making a crime

    Kindly do needful to repair or replace my this Daikin A.C.

    very bad experience the technician are not providing the desired service. My Unit was installed on 28 th May 2017, immediate after running of two /three hours abnormal noise has come , accordingly we have lodge complain (through toll free no and mail) but till date no body attended the machine, surprising we are getting SMS (Service Engineer will attend within a day).
    We never expect such bad service, Requesting all of my friends and neighbour to to not to go for DAIKIN product.

    your service center at ambala is doing on his own they are looting customer like anynthing i installed ac and charges given rs 3500/ this was brought into the knowledge of mr. vikas gupta and your asm at chandigarh it took 15 days to install properly This what you says no, one company in india you must enquire about this my phone no, is 9416258609 This is very serious matter that authorised service center is not able to install the ac in 15 days of time with 3500/ rs charges where as it is not more than 1500/

    My Brother Amrit Kumar Wadhwa r/o House No.162B Sector 31 Faridabad has purchased three spilt Air Conditoners from your authorised Dealers in year of 2014. Now one of three Air Condtioner is not working properly we had lodged a complaint 20 times and discussed over phone but no attention is being given, We are looking you with this hope that you are the right person who can resolve our problem. Customer care says that you have purchased three A.Cs against one payment receiapt but a.c. no. is not there. Usually when a person purchased more than one a.c. he do not care whether a.c. No. has mentioned in Cash receipt. They have mentioned three 3 a.c. Daikin made amount whiich was paid by us. You are humble submission to instruct the customer care to take our complaint seriously and send the mechanic to do the needful. Every time your Mechanic visted our Brother premises at House No. 162B Sector 31 and charged the amount of Rs. 400/ but could not repaired the a.c.. The A.C. is not cooling. My brother who is suffering from cancer unable to talk over phone frequently hence I am sending this mail to you. Please help us in this regard.

    I purchased last year two ACs. One unit starting giving trouble and local dealer agreed to replace the indoor unit but 2 months are over till now no action inspite of repeated reminder by ph call/ sms/mail/whattsapp to dealer, Hyderabed Daikin office, Customer care. Very bad service.

    VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
    I have purchased one DAIKIN FTKH50RRV16 1.5 Ton ECO Inverter Split AC. On 14/08/2016 it was stopped functioning and I complained at customer care via call and e-mail. Engineer deputed by the company visited our house but he failed to understand the fault. He again visited 7 or 8 times but he always failed to put the said A/C into working condition. A/C did not fuction for a single day from 14/11/2016 onwards/ till date.
    So i am going to file a case in consumer court.

    We got four inverter ACs from Daikin for home at B-100, Defence Colony, New Delhi-110024 and more than a score of Daikin ACs at AITD campus, Asia Bhawan, Dwarka. One 2t inverter at home developed a snag. To get someone from Daikin to take a look and set it right has been a nightmare. We have number of tele calls. After follow up by us, two mechanics from K.P. Aircon (Begumpur) showed up on 19 April. They took visiting fee of Rs 450 and said indoor and outdoor PCBs needed to be changed, for which an estimate would be provided that day itself. Till now nothing is heard from Daikin. Also why should such costly machine, used very little, become defective in less than two years. Daikin here is behaving like a bad Indian entity. I hope senior management will try to stem the rot.

    I am told the new Daikin ACs are of poor quality. So had split AC from Mitsubishi heavy industries installed. Consumes only 2.5 Amp at 240 volts. Half of Daikin AC. I am also told their service has become very poor and so has the quality.

    It is to inform & bring to your notice that I have had a very bad experience with DAIKIN after sales services that in future not only I will buy any DAIKIN product but will also advise others not to do so.

    I purchased 1 no. GTC60SRV162 from auth Daikin Plaza. In the billing, it was mentioned FTC60SPV162 where as the box label mentioned FTC60SRV162. Unit was installed on 1st April17 & same time I called up the seller who has said technically both models are same so I shouldn’t worry. I called up toll free customer care nos where after few call drops & a waiting of more than 30 minutes, I got connected to an executive who took another 15 minutes to resolve this but couldn’t. Instead i was given an assurance that some senior will call me back soon but till date, I’m yet to hear from anyone. On my persistence I was given landline nos. 011-43834400/4500 but till date these nos only ring but no one picks up.

    On April 3rd, I gave a missed call on 92101 88999 as per co.’s official website but no response. On April 5th, I submitted an enquiry form mentioning my issues but till date no response. Today, I gave abt 3 missed calls on 92101 88999, sent a SMS on 9210188999, called more than 10 times on 0124-4555444 but no one picked & even left a voice message on same no. but so far no response.

    I even don’t know whether I hv bought the right unit or not or whether I paid for the correct product or inferior product….

    This is DAIKIN. Shame on your customer care management.

    I have used LG, Samsung, LLoyd, Carrier, Voltas & Blue Star AC’s but never faced any problem with support services or customer care but with DAIKIN, realised one thing that reaching on TOP is not only the criteria, sustaining their is the biggest challenge where DAIKIN has failed completely.

    My house is getting constructed where my builder has proposed 31 nos DAIKIN units but now, NO CHANCE.

    This cheating & poor service will cost you heavily.

    I m raja and I have purchased a Daikin air condition on 4th April 2017 and its been 6days over but no one has visited to install the ac and when I tried to call 6 times to your customer care number every time they used to say that by today eod or within 24 hours it will get done , more over from last 3days onwards I m calling to you customer care number and as per options I have selected telugu language for my comfortability but every time one of other those who know Hindi were lifting calls and saying will call back with Telugu guy by next 5 to 10mins but till now I didn’t get any call as per they said and yesterday I had called 3times and finally they have provided Vijayawada area branch office engineer or manager number I don’t know his name is Arun as per notification by Truecaller and he is simply rejecting my calls even don’t have common sense to him, and finally I have tried again to your customer care number and asked to transfer call to senior executive but he said that he will check and will call back by today at 10am I said ok but till now I didn’t got any call…

    On all above of worst experience situation should I continue with your ac , my mother father saying that to tell them to take back the ac

    Here we have 10days baby in our home I clearly explained to every executive and I requested them to install the ac on priority basis but till now no one has called me or reverted back to me , now I send my baby to my father in laws home especially for this issue only ..

    Please take back the ac and provide my money back and tomorrow I going legally on this..

    I have purchased Daikin Ac on 24th October, 2016, from vijay sales, once it got delivered called the customer service executive for free installation and extended comprehensive maintenance as Current diwali offer as per Daikin advertise on 23th October news paper Mumbai Mirror till 31st October, 2016. We called for installation request and comprehensive warranty on 25th October, and we received a reply that customers executive will get back to us in 24 hours for both request, after continously callin Daikin installation guy turned up after 96 hours with no intimation from diakin, Secondly the Comprehensive maintenance request is yet not been taken, just because of irresponsible behaviour from Daikin we might miss the offer before 31st October. After more then 10 times calling thw branch office Ms renu yadav agreed to take the request but such slow process is I believe purposely done so that customers cant avail the offer. Ms renu yadav gave us a number for confirmation of extended services which is a wrong number. Customer service of Daikin knows well how to cheat the customers. Never expected such bad behaviour from you guys.

    A last request for us to avail the offer. Hence I think will have to talk to Mumbai Mirror against ur advertisement

    I AM RESIDENT OF BILASPUR, CHHATTISGARH IN 2013 I HAVE PURCHASED 6 DAIKIN A/C FROM YOUR”S AUTHORISED DISTRUBUTOR, ALL THE MONEY I HAD GIVEN IN ADVANCE BUT THE MODEL WHICH I BOOKED I DIDN”T GOT .YOUR DEALER TOLD THAT MODEL IS BEING DISCONTINUED BY THE COMPANY. THE ANOTHER MODEL WHICH WAS PROVIDED BY DEALER HAVING PROBLEM FROM THE BEGINNING .THERE WAS BLOWER BLADE PROBLEM WHICH WAS NOT MOVING . IHAD LAUNCHED SEVERAL COMPLAINS TO OUR DEALER LUTHRA SALES CORPORATION BUT TILL DATE MY PROBLEM REMAIN UNSLOVED NOT YET OVER NOW ,LAST MONTH I HAVE MADE COMPLAINT AGAIN FOR NOT COOLING MY COMPLAIN NO, BNW 160835031 BUT NOT ATTENDED TILL NOW. T AM HAVING THE FEELING THAT I HAD MISTAKEN BY PURCHASING DAIKIN A/C. IF THIS IS THE SERVICE OF YOUR COMPANY IN FUTURE I AM NOT GOING TO RECOMMEND ANYONE TO PURCHASE DAIKIN A/C.
