Chandigarh Transport Undertaking (CTU) which is popularly and shortly known as CTU was founded in the year 1966 on 1ST November. Founders started it with 30 buses only but in today’s date there are many CTU buses running in Chandigarh. The main function of CTU is to provide bus services to the general public within the city.
CTU buses are running in states i.e Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan etc.

- City Services = 45000kms.
- Sub Urban Services = 15000kms.
- Long Route Services = 35000kms.

Hii sir I’m daily traveling from dhanas to manimajra , Sir i want to attract your mind at the timing of 2A bus because no bus arrive at time.. some time the bus did not come for hours.. If the bus arrives, the driver and conductor take it before time …something against this.. I’m working person and we face many difficulties..please do something….please

very poor service… i daily go from 34 market to 37 market… no bus arrive at time.. some time the bus did not come for hours.. i went to ctu office for complaint.. but the officer shows no interest in the matter… sir this is the local route so driver and conductor do as like that want.. sometimes 2 buses arrive at one time.. and sometime no bus came.. and this is not for one day. or two days.. they regularly do like this.. please do something against this.. we are students.. because of this we face many difficulties.. so plz sir do something

Misbehavior of bus conductor
Poor bus service
And passengers are very harsed by the ctu conductors as they drop the passengers not at the stop but at any places rather than bus stops.
When we don’t get pass rather than pass they give us pass slip and said that pass slips are working against ctu bus pass but ctu conductors said they are not working and get the ticket fare other wise they can drop them anywhere as there choice.
Thank you please so something for this issue this is a humble request.
And think about passengers which travel daily in ctu buses and harsed.

Dear sir, as I am daily travelling from Mohali to Ludhiana, I catch my bus from Sohana to kharar. But unfortunately I never facing proper bus timings, approximately I have to wate for 40 min in evening after 6.15 to catch the 20-Kharar bus. Please resolve this problem so that common man should not suffer.

I am to point out that there is no direct bus services to Railway station. The public can be at ease if one of the buses gong to Mohali and Panchkula are diverted via Housing Board /MODERN COMPLEX & Vice versa.These will especially beneficial to senior citizen amongst others.
