Even their management also not giving any response on the notice/complaint sent to them through speed post. I would like to inform you that one of your marketing personnel, visited my home on 16th May, 2015 and have collected 95,000 rs from my credit card and have assured that it will be converted into 18 months emi (interest free), 5000 rupees cheque and 30000 cash for 10 years membership of country club. (total 1,35,000) I called up the customer care, they told me that its for 5 years membership. I called up bank for emi conversion, they inform me that they dont have any such facility. I called up your marketing personnel for the cash receipt of rs 30000, which he told would be provided to me on Monday but he is not picking up my phone. I feel I am totally cheated by your marketing executive' Please let me know the legal steps. I have the entire conversation recorded between myself and the marketing executive.     Local sales representative has committed something on County holiday lifetime free package @ 100000/- for two families with unlimited clubbing facilities. I have already paid Rs.50000/- for one family on his verbal confirmation. Now I am asking to give it in writing what he has committed before final payment. But he is not responding now. Then I have called local customer care in Kolkata and got the confirmation that membership has been allotted for clubbing not for Holidays. Here I have lost the complete faith and started searching other facilities expel AMC, he tild for free but customer care confirmed it's Rs.6500/- per year. I want my full money back immediately.     On 19 June 2015, I got a call from Country club saying that you have been selected as lucky draw winner for dinner set and some additional prizes. For collection I need to come along with my wife at Country Club in Amanora, Hadapsar, Pune. So we went there for the collection of our price. After reaching there Mr. Kshitijsagar of Country Club attended us & told us to attend the session to know about country club after which we will give you the free gift. He specifically advised me that the entire conversation is getting recorded and cameras are on. If we ever needed this recording, all we had to do is ask and it will be sent to us within 1-2 weeks. So there is no chance of fake information being provided. Then, he call Mrs. Piya Turulay (Manager) to explain about Membership Charges. She offered 10 yrs Membership in Rs. 160000/- . I told her that this is very costly & I cannot afford this. Then she offered 40000/- for 2 years membership. I told her that even if I use my credit card, I will have to pay transaction fee and interest for the EMI which will go above 10000 by which I will end up paying 50k for the membership. She offered me the EMI facility that they had. She said that she will convert the amount in EMI’s instalments and will refund any interest or file charges by check which I will get it within 45 days. Against I ask him about service tax, interest or file charges for reconfirmation & again Piya told me that “No service tax, no. interest or file charges”. Also I was informed that the Annual Fee is of 8000/- and it not necessary to pay it upfront and that I can pay it after 2 years. She informed me again and again that all the conversation is getting recorded and I need not need to worry about anything. Based on this I gave them my credit card for payment of Rs.40,000/- from my CitiBank credit card & to covert it in 24 Months EMI. After payment they ask me to sign one paper but not provided me enough time to read the same. So I signed by going through some Terms & conditions. For confirmation call, they told me that you confirm over call that you have purchased the membership in 160000 & balance you will pay later on. Its been 7 months now and I have been following up with Piya Turulay and her manager Paras for my refund but all I get to hear is different dates when it will be resolved. Piya has blocked my calls. Paras however is at least kind enough to answere my calls but still not able to give me any resolution. I have retrieved last 6 months call history from my phone company (8806796056 vodafone) as this is the number updated with CC. Surprizingly only one call was received in the last 6 months from Paras to give me update. Rest all were made by me as I never got call back from them as promised. This clearly states that they are avoiding me. I will be waiting for 3 days more for my money and if not will be forced to file a fraud case against Kshitijsagar, Piya Turulay, Paras and CountryClub with the local police.     BEWARE OF COUNTRY CLUB, HYDERABAD/MUMBAI This club had offered two plots as a gift at the time of allotment of membership after making full payment of Rs 1.25 lakhs vide their letter dated 11/10/2007. Plots admeasuring 2000 sq. feet at Kolad village and 1089 sq. feet at Bombada village were offered. After prolonged correspondence with the club, they have refused to allot the plots. They have disowned the letter confirming allotment of these plots. On their demand I sent them the copies of the letters wherein allotment of such plots was mentioned as an obligation on their part. Still no action is being taken by the club. During correspondence they have been evading to furnish the name of the signatories of the letter and their telephone/mobile number, email address, etc. for the reason best known to them.

Membership CNS 160. First, I received a call from Mr. Vivek (AMC Dept.) regarding my case of Due AMC and membership transfer, where with telephonic conversation and confirmation, I was promised 55% discount on AMC , and small fees of 1000RS the membership will be active again and will be transferred from my name to my sons name, Ankush Agarwal, and from Chennai to New Delhi Respectively. I agreed upon things and paid Due AMC of 17351/- Then Later on, I was informed by Ms Rajitha that the AMC has been updated but the transfer will not be done in 1000Rs but will require 3000 Rs as transfer from Chennai to New Delhi and name as well. After 2-3 weeks of this conversation, I finally agreed to pay amount of Rs 3000 for the transfer and as a telephonic conversation, I was informed that Ms Rajitha will send an email to me and delhi customer care for same update where the transfer will be done. Then couple of days later, I receive a call from East of kailash Office, where a lady tells me she has received a query for my transfer, and when can she expect me in the office, we had a conversation where I informed her its far from my place and need sometime, but she promised me that she will send me an express courier of documents required, a form and I should reply her with form filled, ID and cheque for 3000 Rs for the transfer of membership from Chennai to New delhi and from MR SN Agarwal to Mr. Ankush Agarwal. Now, on 23rd july 2016, I receive another call from East of Kailash office, where I am asked to pay 75000Rs for the transfer from Chennai to New Delhi. This is completely unacceptable. Reason was given that AMC Department doesn’t have correct information.

I m a lucky customer nd they give me free holyday voucher fir one week free.. when I will meet them with my wife .. they told me about their sceam nd plans nd said that they give me free voucher either. I take plan or not... after when I not take their plan .. They told they email me voucher... But it not done till. Date.... They call. Nd make people fool.. Nd waste their time.. Such radicules..     I joined Country Club in Oct/Nov 2015. Since then whenever I asked for any reservation or services these were not given and a regret message came. I have record of all regret emails. I was lucky that only one time two night stay was provided in Country Club Dubai and my daughter used the Gym for one and half month. Other than this i was not even given a chance to avail the food coupons forget about one week vacation which was promised as token being new member. In these circumstances especially when I booked Holidays in Singapore and they failed to provide any Hotel my family really got upset and they start asking me why i made such huge investment without any benefit. Out of frustration starting Early 2016 i asked the local Abu Dhabi office Official Syed Khaja and Som Sunder to cancel my membership and return my money. I was told this is non refundable. I asked them did you told me upfront before taking membership money from me (AED 33,000 Dirham) and did you also informed me that your membership has an annual membership fee. They accepted it was done after taking money. I have recorded conversations of these facts. Both Som Sunder and Syed Khaja assured me that by end of 2016, Jan 2017 we will Transfer your membership to someone for the same money and you will get your money back. With this understanding I returned Samsung TV to Syed Khaja which was given to me when i took the membership. This TV was unused and unopened in original packing. When this dint happened I went to Abu Dhabi Air Port road office to meet Som Sunder and Syed Khaja and asked, what is happening and when membership is going to be transferred. I was referred to Mr. Subhan. The gentleman promised that he will comeback but so far nothing happened. I have recorded evidence of all these in terms of emails and also recorded conversation. If nothing is done in terms of my money back since for past one year it has given me or my family nothing and rather i was cheated (no terms and conditions explained upfront and money was taken without this information). I am seriously thinking of start going to Country Club Office every day and start reminding Syed Khaja and Som Sunder of their promise. Worst come worst they will call the Police and let it happen and let the case go to court. I am confident i will win the case.

    I was cheated on one of the similar basis from country club office in Pune. They had given us a membership and told that we wont be paying any annual charges. But when we got a confirmation call from Hyderabad. They said exactly opposite to what the executive told us. When I did not accept the same on call my membership was not confirmed. After that the very next day we got back to the Pune office and told them we need to cancel our membership and need our Rs.10000 back. Its been over a year now we are following up and the person in this office Mr.Paras is being cheating and just pushing up things ahead. Can the main office get in touch with us and give us back our refund.

Subject - Fraudulent commitment by country club agent to become member My membership no is - CCMU69TCLUB54899 and I belong to Mumbai . Salesmen of country club made false claim to become me a member. He claimed that Thane Branch of Country Club has many Indoor games & all festivals are celebrated at their convention hall in Thane. Post I paid membership fees & visited Thane Branch, I found that it was only gymnasium & there was no indoor games facility & convention hall for arranging parties for festivals etc. Only a gymnasium is of no use to me & immediately I mailed to Country Club for refund, but since past 6 months I have not got any response from them. Country Club is a fraudulent company who do not want to serve anything to its members, once they are able to fool them & collect membership fees. When I contacted salesman, he spoke with me very rudely & told me they won’t refund my fees. With the lower membership fees than what they collected from me, they also gave 5 years holidays to my friend. While I have sent various e mails to Country Club, they are not accepting the fraud done by their agents & not refunding my money. I am awaiting for refund of my membership fees for the past 6 months. Thanks & regards

    +971504642849 Dear Sir, I was called by your team at Dubai and finally I purchased Plot no 3 for Dhs27000/ Area 153.23sq.yard ( 1379sq.ft ) at Pilani Domicile on 31/12/2016. After this Yr another representative called me and offered same plot at Dhs16200/. For this discrepency I had been sending mails & talking to Mr Akbar and Bashir but no resolution so far.I paid on 31/12/2016 and till today No document i.e MOU,GPA and registery given to me. Is it the way a Developer deals with the customers and dealings are not clear.I am already a member of country club and Mr Bashir assured me to refund Dhs3000 with AMC's Free for my holidays ( To compensate for higher amount charged from me ) and Mr Bashir told me that they have taken approval from the CMD who visited Dubai recently.     I was called at your amritsar office and they tempted us with so many commotments for taking membership. They committed for cards for all family members. But only one card is issued. They have committed for discount to be given if booking will be done in HK 52 resort. But now at amritsar office. No body gives any response. This is a big fraud with us. We want to get refund.

    Alakesh roy chaudhury Aug 3 (8 days ago) to rakeshsaha I have applied for country club membership on dt. and made a payment of 1st installment of Rs.25,000/- As part of celebration of 25years there was an offer of free stay in some selected resort with a fee of Rs,5000/-as tax.We opted to visit any resort near Kolkata since I had some urgent thing to attend in Kokata during the period 26.05.2017 to 2.06.2017.Though there is one resort in Kasba under some pretext they convinced the resort in Baruipur, Canning would be ideal for stay with required facility available.On 26th May, 2017 when we arrived at kolkata it took almost one hour to reach one of the managerial staff to receive a proper direction to reach Baruipur. On his direction when we finally reached at Baruipur at 8 p.m.by Ola there we got stuck up with my wife and daughter for one hour because there was no transportation available to Canning where the resort is located. At last with the help of one kind hearted man we could manage to book one auto to reach canning at 8.45 p.m. when we finally entered the resort we realized we have left one suitcase in Baruipur where we were waiting anxiously for auto. We were so exhausted after arriving in Kolkata that to make an effort to retrieve that baggage was not possible from an inaccessible place like canning. The room which was alloted not even of any star grade little better than ordinary room and the food which was available quite ordinary. Thus our stay for two night, (because ill equipped to be called as resort) was nothing memorable though we had to pay Rs.5,600/- as tax which not worth of. while the presentation as committed at the time of booking were Also it was learnt from interaction with some of the members that different amount was charged from different customer and the promises made at the time of plan presentation remains unattended. Therefore the experience I had with country club was not worth it to carry forward to full fledged membership and I wish to surrender my provisional membership with a request to the concern authority to refund the advance I paid for the membership.     sir i bhaskarreddy i am new registration on ur country club as a (cv)member on 4/5/17 at amruth hotal i( paid Rs 10000 (ten thousand,s rupees) by cash and i got agreement &cash recpt from ur country club sales manager Gulam rasool &jyosna team member but still date 20/9/2017 i not recived any mebership cord from ur club i went to ur begampet club on 20/9/2017 11 am i asked ur customer care staff mr Anand but no data in ur system again i give the my data & cash recpt &Agreement copy i requst to u sir take n/a & send my cuntry club membership cord

    I sent 4 mails regarding revoking of my slot expired on 2/10/17.I took the membership on 2013 and paid membership maintenance for the year 30. I utilized only 2 slots due to my work emergencies. The 2 slots not utilized up to 2/10/17 and informed by you it was expired.my request with you that as a spl case kindly revoke the period upto MAY 2018. I hope you may consider as a spl case and inform me accordingly. HAPPY DEEPAVALI.

    I have taken 30 years membership of country club in Oct 2016. I requested you goodself to extend the booking period or reissue the coupons for flights so that we could enjoy any of country club property in India and get one side air tickets.(Note: The mail sent to me contains validity period which is not easy to see as it is printed in small letters at one corner. Moreover all these things were not provided in black & white at the time of taking membership) )You denied that. When I was planning to book for Dubai this year no person picked up my call. So I was unable to book the rooms for my stay. Only once, a person picked up the phone and informed that only one room can be provided.How can four person adjust in one room? Although the call was made more than one month in advance. I was informed that I can book rooms for Dubai , Srilanka and Singapore as complementary gift but was not informed that I have to book that in only one year from the date of taking membership.Moreover it was never informed that the complementary stay is for only two nights, at the time of taking membership.So all of them now stand lapsed. I visited Malaysia, Singapore , Dubai and Abu Dhabi at my own expenses and the payment for stay was borne by me. What is the benefit of joining country club. Club Mahindera bear the expense of stay at any hotel if they are not been able to provide rooms. We have received only one call for birthday of my wife and that too last year. We have not received any call for birthday of any other member. I have been promised me to look into the matter.But sorry to say no reply received from your end.
