    I made booking from UAE site for 8th Jan 2018 for Chennai with my credit card. The bank credit card SMS status amount is debited. However next page of Cleartrip says Error has occurred while processing request.
    I am trying to contact Dubai contact number 04 3898888 which is dead.
    The toll free numbers 8000184598 voice mail message says insert complete booking ID.!!
    How can input ID when my booking not effected saying error occured while processing request.
    It is really disgusting as can’t proceed further. My credit card is debited without getting booking . Please assist or provide any alternative contacts to enable me, speak to the concerned authority.

    Sir,
    I had booked airticket vide id no. 17111432650 for to and from flight from GAU-CCU-GAU on 14.11.2017. Journey date was 24/11/2017 GAU- CCU and 29/11/2017 top CCU-GAU. At the time of booking the said ticket showed Refundable. Due to some medical emergency, I have cancelled the booking on 15.11.2017. Out of Rs.11030.00 paid against the booking only Rs. 421.00 refund is initiated. May I know why this sort of deduction is been made. I will never opt for cleartrip for any booking and also be assure that I will also not advice any of my knowing person to opt your site for any kind of travell booking. More over being and advocate I will take up the matter in a legal way. Hope that you will look into the matter seriously.

    I bought a ticket for a flight from Delhi to Varanasi for Thursday 23 Nov on Spice Jet flight number 2195 and another flight from Varanasi to Dehradun for Sunday 26 Nov on Spice Jet flight number 2196 for 3 persons: Mr Hemant Goolab,Ms Netra Devi Ramdenee and Mrs Priya Heeramun. Trip ID : 17101429424.However, due to unforeseen professional reasons, I will have to reschedule and amend the flight as follows:morning flight from Delhi to Varanasi on Friday 8 Dec for the same passengers and an afternoon flight back to Delhi on Monday 11 Dec.     At 7pm today I booked two return air-tickets from Hyderabad to Mumbai on 23.05.17 and return on 26.0517 and paid Rs 16642/- through my SBI-VISA card. My SBI Card has informed me that they had paid the amount to your office but I did not get any acknowledgement from your office nor intimation of having booked tickets.     We had booked 1 Delux room in hotel Shri Ram Heritage, Bikaner for 2 days (25th December and 26th December, 2016) However, due to the worst room condition and the worst service given by them, we had to cancel the booking for second day and had to leave the hotel on 26th December, 2016 at 7:00 am.

    I have tried many times to contact you for refund of one day booking charges. Please do the needful.

    I have booked hotel Shree Ram Heritage at Bikaner with trip id 16122089364 for two days. But the service of the hotel was worst, room was very unpleasant and the staff the least cooperative. So I had to leave it one day earlier and cancel the booking. Please arrange to refund my charges.

    Worst service by clear trip. Not my mistakes. However single trip you collected two times fare 11180/- extra. But your staff told me within 5 working days will refund. 21-11-16 up today not refunded. I already submitted your entire require documents including bank statement. Again you asked same documents. So that I have one balance is to approach the consumer forum against clear trip. Clear trip staff gave me lot of trouble.

    I had booked a hotel in Delhi for 7 days. At the time of booking the hotel there was no mention of hotel booking being non refundable. Also the voucher and cancellation policy send did not mention anything about booking being non refundable. Later on for some reason i had to cut short my trip and when i called up their customer care no then they said that they will check with the hotel and revert. As per them the hotel refused to refund the money so they started saying that the hotel booking was non refundable and sent me some copy n paste terms n conditions which mentioned this booking is non refundable. They are cheating the customer and tweaking and twisting the facts. Never book any hotel with them.

    My Flight Tickets bearing your ID nos. 16050921890 and 16050921512 were canceled due to the cancellation of air Pegasus flight 106 dtd. 12/05/2016 was canceled .But regret to inform you that the amount is noted refunded to my account till date, please arrange to credit the amount to my account at the earliest. Air Pegasus has informed that they have already credited the amount to your account. Please inform what is the reason for the delay for crediting the amount to me.

    I booked a ticket for journey from Madurai to Chennai through you. Date of journey was 25th June 2016. Cleartrip ID: 16062240264 Due to some personal reasons I could not reach the airport in time and missed the flight. Yesterday I tried to cancel it through online. But not succeeded. Then contacted customercare number and asked the person attended the call to cancel it. After doing the same I asked the person to tell me the exact refund amount. He told me it will be informed through sms or e-mail to me. But I was shocked after saw the e-mail from you dt.27/06/2016 at 8.10 pm which states NIL refund. How is it possible? Indian Govt controlled airport authority does allow you to take back all the flight charges whenever a person apply for refund? Don’t you have any cancellation policies with clear transparency to customers? Now I spoke to Mr Vijay of customercare he told that no amount refunded to me. Very bad and poor service from cleartrip. It is a lesson to me not to book ticket here after through you. because you will swallow my money fully.

    Dear Sir.

    This is to inform you that reference to your Booking ID-15090222642 and subsequent mail, we all the members of two families along with our little Children went to visit Mount Abu on 25/12/2015 and for stay asked to Manager of Hotel Kasiva Lake Residency for providing the rooms as per your booking reference.

    But the Manger denied for any booking reference to the given ID and also said that all the rooms are already filled, even he was not interested to arrange the rooms in any Hotel.

    After telephonic information with your person concern and conference over telephone inbetween the Manager of KASIVA and undersigned, after anxious waiting of more than One and half hour we arranged after rigorous searching two poor quality rooms with higher charges and compelled to stay at that Peak time as a result our children was seek.

    As a gentle customer considering the above circumstances we request you to pay back our booking amount only.
