I booked the hotel via cleartrip in month of Oct-19 (191023906738). After booking confirmation, i got call from cleartrip that hotel was full so they have to cancel the booking. For this inconvenience, it was promised that i will get the refund is 5 working days and 20% additional amount will be added in my cleartrip wallet.
Now its December-19 and i have not received 100% return yet. Still Rs. 3071 has been charged against cancellation. I send 2 emails and and one call to get the issue sorted but nothing is happened yet. I am leaving this feedback on site as last option. After this i am going to file case in consumer court for the loss of money and time for this fraud. IT was advised to me to complete these formalities of highlighting the concern so that case become stronger. After filing the case, this will be also shared on social network so that people shall be aware how cleartrip is treating the customers.

I received the following message from SBI Cards – Rs.9,208.00 was spent on your SBI Card no. ending XXXXXX at CLEARTRIP PRIVATE LTD on 21 Oct 17. But to my surprised I have not received any ticket confirmation from either CLEARTRIP PRIVATE LTD or INDIGO AIRLINES.
When I raised the issue with SBI Cards, they advised me wait for a week or two, to get back the amount, if ticket not received. Immediately I contacted INDIGO Airlines to check my ticket booking and they confirmed that there is no booking in my name on the above flights on the said dates. Today again I contacted SBI Cards regarding non receipt of my amount Rs.9,208.00 back, they advised me to write to CLEARTRIP PVT. LTD and hence this letter.
Please look into the above case and arrange to return the amount to SBI Card at an earliest.

Yesterday I booked an Airticket through Ixigo on Cleartrip site and Trip ID 170928293592 was given. After making payment I contacted Cleartrip executive on phone around 9.15 pm. The executive? replied it may take hour to confirm the same.
At 9.22pm I got email from Cleartrip that my booking is confirmed. Ticket? will follow.
Thereafter I went to sleep.
Today in morning I saw a message that my booked ticket stands? cancelled and refund process has been initiated. I was shocked and taken back at their thoroughly? irresponsible and unwarranted steps.
I immediately went to book another ticket which cost me Rs 2414 more.
I rang to Cleartrip to know as to how they can cancel a confirmed ticket without my knowledge and consent but except for sorry for inconvenience no plausible explanation could be tendered.
Please look into this and come forward to compensate for my losses and unwarranted harassments?.

I booked a ticket on cleartrip website on Mon 5th June. It was a medical emergency and I need to travel to Bhopal. I booked ticket from Mumbai to Bhopal from Yatra scheduled at 7:00 PM evening. Then I tried to book another flight from Bnagalore to Mumbai and a flight was available at 4:16 PM .
I selected that flight for booking and when I am done with payment, I got a summary stating that my flight timing is 22:45. How could that be, my collegues were also sitting with me and they also noticed that we have selected correct time(4:16 PM).
As I have travel at any cost then I retired my booking for 4:16 PM flight and this time to my surprise, I received a popup from website that this flight is already booked by you, you want to book another ticket, I tried this 2-3 times and at last clicked Yes to proceed with my booking. Later on I called cleartrip and they provided my screenshots of my flight selection. Either screenshots were wrong or software popup was wrong. I lost my 3000+ rupees for this booking cancellation. I am one of the old customer of cleartrip but I cannot continue with such service providers who never tested their software before deployment.
I am also a software engineer and understand all these consequences and loopholes of software. This is just a cheating with customers, if it is not resolved and refunded by you then I have to opt other ways to get my hard earned money back.

This is regarding a booking I made last night on your website. I booked 5 tickets from Bombay to Bagdogra. After I entered my card details, my account had been debited , however I have not received my tickets.
