I am trying to reach Citibank phone banking 24X7 since last 2 days but both number given on website is not working. this is really alarming situation & pathetic customer service of Citibank.. I will close my account in this bank as their service is unreliable & pathetic.
I have to pay the bill of about 36,000 Rs which i wont be able to pay it, nice for me after this i will close the card, since i m not interested now to go with this bank’s credit card, and in future if someone claims, i will except it as fraud calls. And in future i wont even pay any penalty as well.
i applied for credit card around 20 days back, and all the documents also given to the guy sent by citibank. but after that no response from citi bank side, even not able to know the status of the application. seriously not expecting this kind of response from citibank.

I have a problem. I took a loan from Delhi Reliable Consulting Services and before they could give me a loan of Rs. 10 Lakhs, they kept on asking money for Agreement, Affidavit, etc. to the tune of Rs. 9.70 Lakhs.
