Honourable CM sir, i want to come directly to the point, after the verdict of honourable Supreme court a wine shop namely Brahmaputra wine shop was shifted to my native village kharjara, palla road at Nalbari from National highway 32 of the same district, our honourable MLA Ashok Sarma knows very well, after the shifting and opening on July 2016 the Owner of the wine shop running the wine shop as Bar cum restaurant without taking any N.O.C from the local people,as the Bar is situated in between two School and Shiv mandir as well as a complete residential area for which the entire area s people is suffering. We are worried about the coming youth generation of the area, we have approach our then deputy commissioner as well as police administration several times to ensure the peacefulness of the area but they denied to do so, they said that its a duty of excise department, now my request is to close the Bar and restaurant or wine shop whatever it is permanently as early as it posible to save the children of the said area. With regards
