This is second time I register my complaint. I got replay for the first but not action from the dealer side. My vehicle no. KL04 Z 7473. Three times I sent my car in the nettur service centre for repearing the AC. They informed me parts wated to come from Pune. Before two weeks they conveyd me parts arrived and send the car Today morning I send the car their and now 5pm they infromed parts is not there, it replaced another car. Sir it is crucial. This is the third time I go there from Ambalappuzha to Nettur. There is 70 KM. Sir please take necessary action and give me compensation for that. Because I spend 2 days and 5000 rupees for that.

I own a Chevrolet UVa. The services provided by chevrolet Dealer to us in Jammu is worst than any other brands.
Recently, it hat met with an accident. So it went for repairs at Chevrolet Service at K.C. Motors, Jammu. But the work done by them is unsatisfied. They charged aprrox. 2 lac including insurance. Then after few days i went again over there. But again the work done by them is unsatisfied. The truth is Jammu chevrolet management is doing nothing instead of making money. Every week from the starting there is an issue regarding the accessories
Sometime the cental locking fails , sometimes power window stop working

I have received a letter from chevrolet that certain batch of cars of Chevrloet Spark, it was found that the central locking had some defect and had asked the car to be sent to the showroom for free checking and replacement of part if found defective. I have misplaced that letter. Please guide me what to do?

It is out of sheer despair my woes & horrid experience with your BEAT dealer that I am writing this complaint .I am suffered by your staff and customer care department incurring losses of time, peace of mind, money .I regreat to inform your good self that till date I had not received my my payment receipt/cash memo/bill yet even after 3 months of my payment from your esteemed organization. This is really irritating and the worst part was big company with wrong commitment and attitude.I feel cheated TAKING MORE PRICE FROM me by the Chevrolet Company’s breach of trust by not delivering the same till date.I request you to look into the above and release my vehicle purchase bill cash receipt at the earliest.
During purchased I was assured to get the money receipt/bill I paid. I demanded the bill at the time of payment which they promise me to deliver very next day. In spite of my repeated follow up with his office person regarding bill since i have purchased this a car, every time marketing people commit wrongly told me different stories, Very silly reasoning. But still no way out reason unknown to them. Till today I have not received the bill I paid to — and the same has been infirmed to your customer care several times -. Each time I had been informed that it will deliver soon but the problem remains as it is till today. I visited the office so many times, taking out time from my busy schedule. So harassment was thrust upon me. Now I fully doubt their intention. I hereby request your intervention in this matter for the early settlement of the problem.
Who is representing your company and how is your company image in Bhubaneswar in booming automobile industry in the competitive market , what is the level of customer satisfaction , goodwill you can see from this instance.
So being a reputed company in the sector you should inquire into this and stop this from happening again because it may seriously harm the image of your company….
Hope you take care of all my issues and get my problem fixed up soon also make sure to reimburse my entire losses suffered till date due this as mentioned above. i would not like to escalate this issue to higher authorities if not resolved soon i have compelled to knock consumer court/forums and media etc

My Fiancée (Mr Vijay Kumar) who stays in Jaipur delivered Car to the service station and met Yogesh on 19.12.2014 (Friday) and Saturday he called him as the surveyor from the insurance company was scheduled to come. After submitting forms given by them on the same day (i.e. 20.12.2014), Mr Yogesh assured us to deliver our car before X Mas (On 24.12.2014 by evening) as we both (Me and my Fiancée ) told him that we need to go to Delhi to visit my family on Wednesday night i.e. 24.12.2014 for our wedding shopping and for X Mas. On 22.12.2014, I called him around 12.00 Noon and he told that approval has come and he has started work on it and will deliver the same on 24.12.2014 evening.
When today (on 24.12.2014) I have called him at 10.30 AM, he said that I cannot deliver your car by 24.12.2014 as the work has not started on it yet and will deliver it by 25.12.2014 evening. I narrated him my story that my wedding is there and I need to visit my family for wedding shopping so try to deliver it my X Mas morning atleast and told him about his commitment to deliver the same by 24.12.2014 evening.
The callous and indifferent attitude of Mr Yougesh further gave me a rude shock when he told that he will not be able to deliver the same even on 25.12.2014 and will try for 26.12.2014 evening.
I was very upset when I was informed this by Mr yogesh. He further stated that approval needs to come again and then only he will start work on it. I asked politely please give me the number from where the approval would come. On this, he said (JAA JAA, JAAKE APPROACH LAGA LE, GAADI TUJHE NAHI MILEGAI JAB TAK MEIN NAHI CHAHUNGA). He all of a sudden started saying that don’t call me again otherwise I will not give the same to you even in this month. Let me work and he disconnected my call. I called him again to say that you can not be rude to a customer to which he again shouted and used harsh words with me (as if he wants to abuse further and has not reached his limits). He kept on shouting and finally he disconnected my call afterwards. I have never seen a guy like this ( almost a goon) and this has been a rude shock to me to expect this kind of conversation from Chevrolet People.
If in this way Chevrolet service centre people will behave nothing much will happen in the short term but this will lead to severe consequences in long term. I am terribly disappointed and I am made to think that WHY HAVE I PURCHASED CHEVROLET BEAT AND WHY I CHOSE THIS SERVICE STATION. HOW WILL A CUSTOMER HAVE THE CONFIDENCE IF YOUR PEOPLE WILL REVERT/RESPOND IN THIS MANNER.
I am very disappointed with this conversation and with the fact that he will not deliver my car today. He has not only spoiled the plan which we have made but the way he has spoken on telephone has given me a very bad image of people working at CHEVROLET.
