Its not a enquiry but a complaint. Carlton Store Address - No. 145, MISSION STREET, PONDY -1, Contact : 0413-2227921, +91-9786627471 I gave them by Carlton Hampton II Black color bag on 25/10/16 for repair of its outside chain and for bit of stitching inside the bag (its within warranty), and the person managing the store told me that it will take one month for repair the reason being, it will go to Chennai for repair. Its been two months from now my bag is still not repaired and the store manager is still saying that it will take one more week. I was patiently waiting for more than a month, but now I think its high time can't tolerate this anymore. And the store mobile number provided on Just Dial website is a wrong number. (Please update it) Carlton being such a huge and reputed brand and after sales services like this is such a turn down, which is not good for your reputation. Who so ever is reading this please I request you to look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible and return by bag within one week.
