    Sir, I have been running Saving account No. 5223101000414 with Canara Bank, Branch Janipur Jammu-180007 since 02.03.2015. Today I approached the Branch Manager for availing Loan Facility for upgrading my business, under MUDRA or else scheme as in vogue, but the Manager outrightly denial entertaining any loan case under Mudra Scheme and asked me to furnish Mortgage of property which I possess. I even offered Guarantee of a Govt. employee, but even then I was refused. I am petty businessman and want to run my business smoothly, for the same purpose I need loan facility of Rs.4.50 Lacs immediately, but such an attitude of the bank authorities is demoralising me and stopped me from progressing. I request for issuance of directions to the concerned Branch Manager for immediate redressal of my request for availing the said loan.

    Kind attention : The Senior Manager,Canara Bank,Barasat Branch,Barasat,Kolkata : 700125 Dear Sir, This is to inform you that on 02.05.2016 at about 9-15 pm I tried to make my Vodafone postpaid (for phone no 9051786377) bill payment through on line transaction using Debit card from my SB a/c no 2689101001283 being maintained at your Barasat Branch,Kolkata : 700125,West Bengal. But though the said transaction (Transaction Id.FHMP4457261064 ) failed as confirmed by VODAFONE through their message alert on the same night and again on 03.05.2016 at about 01-55 pm but it was found that an amount (Rs. 315.22 ) has already been deducted from my aforesaid SB a/c. As a matter of fact I had to pay again on 03.05.2016 at about 8-55 pm for the amount of Rs.315.22 to Vodafone through on line transaction ,which has been a successful transaction and this time also the said amount (Rs.315.22) got debited from the said SB a/c. In view of the above please take urgent necessary action towards crediting my said SB account with the wrongly debited amount of Rs.315.22 for the failed transaction. The whole and soul of this Email is “Complaint against your Marketing and Insurance team” I want to clear this point that I don’t have any issue from Local Banking (Management and Staff of Branch) Issues to be solve: Dhan Varsha : - I opened an RD Account at 8-12-14 , monthly installment of 25, 000 Rs, I deposit 150,000 Rs. In my RD as advance installments, because I was told that I will get interest on Daily Balance Basis. Which is clearly mentioned, in your Memo about in Dhan Varsha Memo Scheme. But at the time of Maturity I was shocked, when I saw the Gained Amount which was nothing according to the investment. Deposited Amount = 25000 x 11 = 275000 Advance Amount = 150000 Rs. Interest Rate of RD = 9.05 % Maturity Amount = 289080 Gained Amount = 14080 Account No = 2199101013569 If you will calculate only on my Advance amount ( 150000 x 9.0 % = 13500 ) it will be 13500 Rs. And what about the other installments, it is only 580 Rs. Could you please Clear It ????? And I have a same issue about my Mom RD. Her account No. is 13571. I talked to insurance officer and give him an application and he assured me that I will receive an amended bond with photo change along with acknowledgement letter. But until now nothing happened … “is it not a irresponsibility” to change a photo of the policy holder , and didn’t solve the issue after months. I am humbly requesting you to please consider these issues and please take necessary action to solve it. And please try to Maintain your customer satisfaction, if I am suffering so I am sure that many others are suffering too… try to solve the issues of the customers as soon as policy.     NEFT transfer system is totally garbled up . I have attempted at least 25 times and succeeded only once on my own . Before that ,even the clerk / officer at the branch struggled for 45 minutes to demonstrate to me how it was to be done . Beneficiary MMID does not take 8 digit Number ( stops after 7). One is led to search for IFSC , even if one knows , and feeds it at the relevant point . A very frustrating experience when one is in a hurry. As compared to that , SBI system is much faster.     POOR SERVICES AT Bah branch. After 05 & 03 successfull efforts and directions ( Rs 4000 per day and 20000 per week), I could get only Rs 12000 from my two Ac. ATM is closed for last 1.5 months.     Very recently I am in receipt of credit card (renewed) along with add on card thereon. Details are mentioned in my mail sent on 10.01.2017 @5.45pm. Today I tried to make on line payment of my telephone bill. The payment could not be effected for the reason it was not validated by you. I infer that I have to necessarily withdraw by using the card thro your ATM. Quite unfortunately none of the ATM is working at Chennai. Of course at times, which is far and few with a serpentine queue there in . At this age it is highly impossible for me to move from pillar to post for a cash withdrawal ,which I do not require. Hence I request you to waive the condition for withdrawal from ATM for the limited purpose of activating the carad. Hope and trust that you will do this for me who served the bank for around 30 years.

Actually my buisness is vegetables wholesale and retail sale. But the manager of kotagiri branch treat as a beggar. The manager does not like promote the people like us to come forward . But I am very disappointed to tell u.     Canara Bank depository cell is the worst cell in India. They have debited my daughters account for collecting dp charges from 2008 inspite of having another account already attached to my other dp account along with interest from 2008 for non of my mistake. They should have debited the charges as and when the bills were raised from the account they already have attached to my other dp account. I want thembto refund the interest collected from my accounts wich I am noe liable to pay otherwise I will lodge the complaint against them with consumer court and banking ombudsman immediately.
