    I would like to complaint against one of your Executive Mr. Krishna Morthy for behaving unprofessional manner to his customer, unsolvable customer queries, escapism by telling call tomorrow when my supervior comes and for pathetic service.

    Please make sure that he should be terminated or depromoted by giving good training how to speak to customers mannerly and behave like a professional Executive not like typical rowdy vendor, who argue the customer for bargaining (weird experienced).     YR marketing officer of Canara rebeco Mayur Vihar Phase 2 Delhi SUDHA RASTOGIis very arrogant ill behaved and hot temper has behaved with me in the branch in frontof operation head
    such arrogant persons are unfit in marketing ,job security of PSU bank is traeted as certificate for bad manners and arrogancy .just because their job is safe they need not to behave properly and render proper services
    My association with he branch is 25 years i have not found such arrogant and ill mannered person in canarabnk

    this is the high time that bank take suitable disciplinary action against the staff

    Sir my name is dinesh kaul sharma and i visited canara bank branch Amb distt. Una himachal pradesh and had a conversation with your branch manager whatever his name is and i asked him for opening a limit account as i shifted my shop from sundernagar himachal pradesh to Amb but he insulted me there and he didn’t even asked for any document and talked rubbish out of matter and refused for the limit account and behaved like I am a begger and begging for money to him and I want to ask one thing that he is giving money from his pocket and there are no banking procedures for opening cc limit accounts and no documentations are required? And one more thing in front of me he passed a loan of a person who was known to him and was behaving very nice to him and ignoring me as I am a begger who is begging in front of me and insulted so badly that I want you to take some action regarding this on him and I want apologisation from him.

    In that branch staff are not There properly, only one person is handling the full branch which i saw these days(May 1st and 2nd ) .

    I applied bc muncipal loan for developing my father small shop.
    I gave my id proofs and passport size photos also, but they are still postponding the no due form which i have to take from them.

    These is not faith, i seen lot of problems in that branch, they were not treating well to the customers.

    Dear Sir,
    You have to requested that`s We are very much worried to your service at Railway Road Tohana Branch Distt. Fatehabad(Haryana). Your Employee ask me for money when we ask them to increase our bank limit and also not provide me good service. We are totally unsatisfied your service at Tohana Branch Distt. Fatehabad (Haryana) and also do misbehavior with me.We can given you evidence to prove that your service at Railway road Tohana Branch Haryana is totally unsatisfied and worried at your branch.     Respected sir. Good morning my name is Muntaz begum . I applied for moinarity loan for rs 100000/-(which was allotted by AP govt) for this MPDO and higher authorities asked us to open zero a/c in your bank for this manager of your bank refuse to open a/c and saying you deposits rs 50.000/- first then only we give u chance to open a/c please think we are poor to deposite such huge amount. If we are having such amount why should we approach the bank (as per govt order 10000/-candidate. 40,000/- bank loan and 50,000/- as a subsidy) hence I request you to convey ur brc manager to sanction the loan and open zero balance a/c.     I am working as a Teacher in Govt. High school, Vanjipalayam, Tirupur district, Tamilnadu. My nearest bank branch is Canara bank, Thekkalur, Avinashi TK, TIRUPPUR District. To avail scholarship for our school students we are in need to open SB accounts.
    I gave 70 application of our students in Thekkalur Canara bank in October 2016 onwards. After several time i requested the BM (Branch Manager) to open Accounts. But he spoke rudely. As a responsible person he did not hear my request. Avoiding me. He is not willing to open zero balance accounts. After several requests he opened accounts. For that he will take four months time. From the last month i visited bank to collect pass books of that accounts many times. But he refused to give pass books saying very simple reasons like shortage of men and shortage of pass books.
    On 1.3.2017 evening 3 P.M I went to Thekkalur canara bank to collect passbooks of the remaining students. I told him that scholarship applications Will be send within two days. Or otherwise all applications will be invalid. After my polite request the BM refused to accept my request. More students are affected by his irresponsible behaviour. They are not able to apply for scholarship. BM simply neglect our requests. And spoke rudely.His words hurts me.
    He is working in a service sector. But he has no service mind. He is spoiling the good name of Canara bank. His approach to customer is very rude. Please do necessary action to save poor students. Please guide him to cooperate with government schemes. Please ensure customers respect from this kind of rude officers. Thank you.

    Iam the account holder of canara bank of Kodandaramapura branch from past 20 years located at malleswaram. My S.B A/C nO : 07870101027812.

    Sir/Madam, The day I visit for making transactions either to deposit the cash or to w.d the cash.Iam experiencing bad service from your branch staff. The bank is running with only one counter for both receipts & payments. To deposit or to w.d we have to wait for a long time & for Sr citizens its to horrible to wait. Day by Day the service is becoming worst. When I inquired with the branch manager, it was told that ” we have less staff”. If this continuous then I have to stop the transaction with your bank & think of closing my bank account .

    I have a very distressing experience in my visit to your Turbhe Branch at Navi Mumbai to-day,Dec.20,2016 as being a very Sr.Ctz. having some physical problem went to the Chamber of the Manager,in her absence, after seeking permission from the Customer-care officer sitting near the entry point, to fill the form for remittance of money to Anishabad,Patna Branch of Canara Bank. As soon as I finished filling the form and as The Economic Times lying on the table,just looking at the head-lines,the Security Guard came to ask very rudely to go out of the Chamber.I pleaded in vain that my entry into the Chamber is with the permission of the CC officer,soon thereafter a Lady Officer came and asked me very roughly to go out of the Chamber.Being disgusted,I came out and found some other customer complaining that the rude and discourteous conduct is almost the normal feature in this Branch. On my request to the next Sr. lady officer to provide me the E-mail ID of the corporate office,she wrote in her own writing as (cb7775@canarabank.com) and when I sent my grievances on that E-mail ID it was bounced back.The hand written e-mail ID is still with me,which I can produce as and when asked for.Now,it is up to the people to judge as to how the officer of the Bank behave with the customers.Thanks.     Subject: Request for reversal of amount occurred during double swiping of debit card.

    Dear Officer-In-Charge,
    I have a Saving Account (No.: 5247101000290) maintained at your bank. On 19.11.2016 at Planet Fashion, 3/443, Marris Road, Aligarh – 202001, I had swiped my debit card twice issued by your bank secured by PIN to pay Rs. 4,999.00. At both the instances the charged slip did not came out from swiping machine and the machine highlighted that the fund reversed. However, at both the instance I got SMS alerting that the transaction had happened.

    Further, when the cashier restarted the machine and I swiped the card third time it generated the charge slip and simultaneously I received the SMS alerting the transaction. The cashier at the store assured me that the money will come back to my account within 4 days. This is to bring to your kind attention that the above incident had happened on 19.11.2016 and to-date (05.12.2016) I have not received the amount.

    I am writing this to request you to please credit the reversal amount (Rs. 9998.000) into my account. I shall be grateful to you for the same.

    I have a savings bank A/C in your Vasant Kunj branch.I had gone to draw cash in the morning but I was told that no cash is available. I do not understand why the cash is not sent to the branches as soon as the bank opens and why the staff personnel can not tell the customers when cash will arrive .Is it such a classified secret.Also the branch appeared to be understaffed with the manager being on leave though it is the begging of the month.

    Dear All,

    I am Sudarshan V having my SB Account in Canara Bank Vijayanagar Branch, Bangalore from past 14+ years.

    I withdraw Rs.2000 cash in Vijaya bank ATM, Vijayabank Headoffice, Bangalore on November 17th 2016 early morning 3:45 AM. When I am back from Office(Working in Night Shifts).

    However I was not able to get the cash from ATM and after sometime when I enquired Security person, he informed that ATM is not working properly and some couple of people faced the same issue. But my S.B A/C balance got DEBITED from my account( received the mobile SMS with Sequence# 632203160194) and didn’t get CREDITED back SMS.

    I have also given written Complaint to Canara Bank – Vijayanagar Branch on the same morning at 10:30 AM and was told by Manger that it will get Credited back within today. But still my balance is not reflected. I called so many times to customer care – and there not ready to take up the complaint and asked me to write an email.

    I would sincerely request the concern people to look into this and do the needful at the earliest.

    I still Trust that my hard earned money of Rs.2000 will get credited back to my account and now 2000 is very important at this situation.

    Hi,
    I am not receiving the OTP for doing the internet banking transaction from 27th Oct, 2016. Initially, I had informed the issue to the local branch bank manager, and he forwarded this issue to Canara bank head office. I had also mailed to the concerned authorities to solve the issue, and I contact to contact to customer supporting desk, they try to check registered mobile no. and send me some test messages.
    But till date they have not been able to solve the problem, they just forwarded the complaint from one section to another section. Based on individual customer complaint the concerned authorities have not taken the issue seriously.
    I am so panic and anxious of their inability to provide the solution. So that concerned authorities has to take the matter seriously and solve the matter seriously it on high priority.

    Myself vignesh and thursday i was deposited (canara bank bangalore madiwala) INR 13000 to Mr.Anil kumar’s account(A/c No: 2529118002979) but he has cheated us.His branch is located at basweshwara nagar and i was went to meet canara bank manager and explained all things then has checked his account then we came to know that account was created with by providing a fake proofs

    Branch manager has taken action immediately and he has blocked Mr .Anil kumar’s Bank account.

I want to withdraw amount Rs. 5500/- but I got only Rs. 3000/- and rest amount did not come out from cash dispence machine but Amount deducted from my account Rs. 5500/-. I had already lodged the said complain to my home bank and branch on date- 26.10.2015 and 06.11.2015 but INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK says claim has been rejected twice by CANARA BANK.
