    May I draw your kind attention towards the handling of BSES customers at Tagore Garden, New Delhi-110027 office. Myself, Niranjan Kumar Sharma and my brother Madan Mohan Sharma have applied for new electriciy meter for domestic purpose at D-113 Tagore Garden Extn., New Delhi-110027. First of all , after visiting 3-4 times to Customer Care office at Tagore Garden, we were able to submit all the required documents on 30.06.15. The customer care lady officer has verified all the documents. When she found all the required documents in order she issued the Acknowledgement of DSS Request order bearing application No.8001948059 & 8001948061 respectively. After two days, I received a call regarding incomplete documents. I personally visited the office and submitted all documents again. On 08.07.15, one officer/inspector has visited our premises. After inspection he finalised a suitable location to install the meters. He informed us to deposit an amount of Rs.9600/- for the both the meters after 7 working days so that the new meters may be installed accordingly. On 21.07.15, on enquiring from Enquiry counter for depositing the money they directed me to go to cash window to deposit the amount there. I lined up in a queue at the counter and waited for my turn. When my turn came they directed me to go to Room No.202. I rushed to room No.202 but there was long lunch time. I handed over all the documents and cash to my wife as I have to go to my office. After lunch time, the concerned lady officer in Room No.202 informed to my wife that the documents submitted were incomplete, very surprised. On 22.07.15, my wife went to Room No.202 but the concerned lady officer was on leave. My wife approached to the next officer and requested him to please accept the documents. First of all he refused to accept the documents. On several requests, he told my wife to call both the applicants to appear personally, if not possible today then come to this office on 28.07.15. However, he has taken all the documents. You may be surprised to know the documents till date submitted, listed below, with your Tagore Garden office :- 1. Application formats duly filled in and signed with passport size photograph. 2. Photocopies of Aadhar Card. 3. Photocopies of Election Card. 4. Photocopies of driving licence. 5. Photocopies of property paper (allotment letter issued by DDA) 6. Photocopies of Mutation certificate (issued by MCD) 7. NOC from brother to each other 8. Affidavit (original and copies) 9. Declaration certificates The above set of documents were submitted with your office 3-4 times everytime on demand. You are requested with folded hands to please let us know how many more times and what else documents you required to install the domestic electricity meter. And kindly let us know why you require the applicant in person again and again whenever all the documents were verified time and again. You can understand the problem that it is very difficult to take leave from the office again and again.     This is inform you that our organization running Night Shelter under Delhi Govt department of Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board situated at Cement Siding, Shakur Basti Delhi. Last few Months we are facing fault in electricity cable. Due to over distance between Meter and your power connection point. The distance is nearly 500 mtr. No 93 no body takes complain on nos for no light in toal area DB Block Har Nagar, New Delhi- on nos. 08467987522 BSES MAYAPUR & central complaint on 399999707 she has not noted the complaint but giving the status only that 5.30 -6.00 PM tak theek ho jaye gi but no complaint number its really surprised why this begaviour?
