    1.i booked a hotel reservation at Grand hyatt Mumbai from 18.12.2017 to 20.12.2017 and the same was confirmed by you vide confirmation no 1674501014, communication sent to my email id dt 4 /12/2017 under the category of no cancellation charges
    2.subsequently i cancelled my reservation and the same was acknowledged by you with the legend ” Your booing has been cancelled free of charge” vide communication sent to my email id dt 8/12/2017
    3.However to my surprise an amount of Rs.25,856/ was debited from my credit card on 7/12/2017 and the same has not so far been credited back to me. i have checked with the hotel and the same has not been sent to them and is with you only
    4. kindly arrange to refund and credit the amount of Rs.25,856 / to my credit card as early as possible

    I had reserved 1 single occupancy room in Madrid hotel Air Rooms Madrid Airport By Premium Traveller for 2018 CPHI with confirmation ID 1548762078. At the time of booking it shown no advance payment, payment will be done at the time of check out but total amount Rs 23542+971 foreign currency charges debited from my credit card.

    I had hold this booking for our company guest and payment done at the time of check out direct by the guest.

    Kindly reverse my total amount against this booking.

    Very bad & pathetic service from Booking.com. I will never book a hotel from this site now . Reservation number 2091178026 at Mövenpick Siam Hotel Na Jomtien Pattaya, check-in date 2017-09-09, and check-out date 2017-09-12. I CANCELLED my booking under free cancellation policy but hotel has deducted THB 19302.80 from my credit card though booking was already cancelled through app . I need my money to be refunded asap .     I had as planned arrived at treebo Morgen suites on 11th April with my family and to my disappointment found no parking facility though this was mentioned as available during the booking. None of my calls to Booking.com or Treebo helped and I had to cancel my booking for which I have prepaid 4441 Rs.

    Please refund the prepayment as the information provided in the booking.com is false

    Myself and my wife are planning to visit Mahableshwar on 26 March for five nights and will check out on 31st March 2017. Kindly provide me the few names of good family type 3 star hotels in the main market of Mahableshwar for both of us for 5 nights including breakfast.

    Hotel should be in the main market of Mahableshwar only. The tariffs should be between Rs. 2,000/- to Rs. 2,500/- per day including breakfast.

    The facts that taxes were not included in the 3-day package of Rs 22000/- was declared nowhere at rhe time of booking! You guys are cheats!
    I was getting a much better deal from MakeMyTrip at the time when I somehow got convinced by your ad that BOOKING.com’s was the best deal! MakeMyTrip was charging me Rs 23,500 for the same three days package for which I have ended up paying Rs 26,620/- via your dubious website!!
    I feel so cheated right now!!!

    Dear all,
    We had been with our family to the above place (Silvercloud Home stay) (mentioned in mail) booking confirmation no 1625296873 PIN code: 3474 on 31st December 2016. from Bangalore (almost 280KM one side with 3 cars spending fuel, money, energy, time) & booking.com made our family to stay on roads!!

    After reaching to destination with Kids,elderly parents & ladies, they are telling -that Silverclouds Homestay is closed & we don’t know, they are clearly saying, we have already intimated booking .com,
    They are saying you have booked through booking.com, so please contact them, don’t step in.
    They don’t have curtsy to offer at-least a glass of drinking water for aged parents.

    I have not received any mail or phone call from either from booking.com or silvercloud home stay. saying the booking is cancelled or its closed.
    We have tried calling to the given contact no from the booking confirmation mail,
    We tried from different phones numbers more than 100times & he took call on 29th & said, he will check the details & call us by 5pm & We called him again same day at late evening, he said its confirmed.
    After we reached chickmangaloor, again we tried with different numbers then is saying that the silver cloud home stay is closed 15days back itself, so causally

    Since earlier also we have booked some stay through booking.com & we haven’t faced any problem, based on that we just started to enjoy new year.

    When i tried calling customer care its connecting to London & i waited in line for almost 7min (International call), but the executive was not available.

    I had spent almost INR.30000/- because of your negligence, i am the sufferer. Which your booking .com is responsibility for that.
    When you are your company CEO goes to remote location, where their is no network, majority of hotels booked for celebration & regular rooms are charged three times more. No food available for 3 year kid, Pitch dark at forest. just imagine, how you would have faced when in that situation.

    I am taking this issue very serious & i am planing to going through media & complaint about your website.
    Even i want to compliant through online forum, Facebook & whatsapp etc.

    Your company has to re embrace money which i spent.
    Request you to take strict action on this.

    HI i wanna complain about the booking made through BOOKING . COM portal at “soma palace kerala” on the 27th of november for 2 executive double rooms for 2 nights. even after booking 18 days prior , soma palace kerala failed to provide us with rooms and services we reserved .

    Infact we (family of total 6 people ) had to leave the place and look for accomodation and had to spend twice the money than our budget for the 2 nights we had to spend at kochi. Soma charged 27500 on my credit card and I want my refund because i feel cheated by the false and rosy picture they showed us and failed to deliver it. . The chain of events that occured on the day of arrival is explained in details ahead in the mail. Please take time to read the e mail to fully understand what happened.

    Hello Swapna ,

    I am writing this e mail following our talk on the night of the 11th
    Dec , 2016 . My family had a very unpleasant experience at the Soma
    Palace and so had to abruptly leave the hotel within a few moments of
    our arrival . I would like to point out why we decided to leave as
    follows :

    1. I had booked 2 EXECUTIVE DOUBLE ROOMS on the 27th of November
    but on arriving on the 11 th of December 2016, ( after 18days of
    reservation) ,the rooms we booked were not available. The check in
    staff were conversing in Malayalam when we arrived , discussing
    unavailability of rooms and were wondering where they would put us.
    The staff were unaware of the fact that my brother in law could
    understand and speak Malayalam.

    2. The check in personnel informed us that there was no
    availability of rooms and would give us rooms 2 rooms but not
    together. He lead us to the first floor of one of your buildings .At
    one end he showed us 2 small rooms which both were occupied by double
    beds. Then he lead us to the other corner of that floor and the room
    layout was different than the first one but even smaller.

    3. We could see the rooms we booked were occupied which was on the
    adjacent building. We asked to have a look at the Executive Double
    rooms but he declined that guests are there.

    4. The check in staff was very irritant and pushy in his
    behaviour trying to convince us to take the rooms.

    5. Both the rooms he showed us were tottaly different from the
    pictures I saw on your website for EXECUTIVE DOUBLE room plus it was
    smelly and dirty .

    6. Since it was late and and we had come a long way travelling
    from Munnar we were very exhausted and hungry . We were total 6 guests
    including a kid and two ladies.

    7. Then soon after electricity started fluctuating . it was not
    once but was continually happening. We saw that your staff was
    supplying table fans to couple of rooms since Air conditioning was not
    running due to frequent power surges.

    8. The entire place was dark many times and when there was power in
    between , it was very dimly lit. Instead of relaxing , we were feeling
    eerie and scared.We saw a big lizard in one of the rooms and the whole
    place is swarmed by mosquitos.

    9. We then decided to leave at once As my mother who is a heart
    patient started to get sick .

    10. We asked for the boat at once which your staff was very hesitant
    in the beginning and tried to show other small rooms to accommodate us
    somehow.

    11. After leaving from there we had a difficult time finding us an
    accommodation since it was a weekend night plus there was some world
    doctor s conference in the city. We had to shell about Rs.60,000 plus
    therafter for the 2 nights we were in Kochi since we had no other
    reservation. (bill copy will be produced if yourequire)

    12. The staff is not organised and having a impression the guest are
    non keralite and what ever they converse will not be understood by
    them.

    We had to spend triple than our budget for the experience we had at
    soma .We would like to have our money refunded for the not informing
    us of unavailability of rooms (which we booked booked well ahead in
    advance) and for the poor customer service we received at your
    property.
