    Purchased 1 ton AC on 24.4.2016 and installed by company man after 3 days, the AC was not working and I registered a compliment on ur toll free no, your engg visited and say the compressor of the unit is not working, I insist for replacement of unit but they r asking me to send the unit to our workshop for replacement of comprossor, why I will replace the comprossor instead of replacing the unit which I have not used so for .... Kindly help ...otherwise I have no option to go for any other alternative solution...

    I purchased 2 tone blue star ac . after the installation it did not work after two days. i placed a complaint in the customer care and there was no response from their part. and after three four complaints they send some service people but nobody could rectify the problem. they told that the gas has leaked , but they could not rectify it. and today is is the 15th day and nobody has turned back. so my suggestion is that if you cannot provide service don't sell the ac in that city.

    I had service issue problem during installation of new AC.my indoor ac unit was not working and till now I am only taking follow up from distributer and call centre. Kindly provide me new AC on urgent basis otherwise I will take strict action after 24 hours. AC purchase from Radhika pimple saudagar on 28 March and installation work done on 3 April.

    I SUSHILKUMAR and my contact no.9841453623 we bought an AC 1.0 TON 3 STAR from NEW SARAVANA STORES at padi in this month but we did not get cooling it is too slow and my room size is 10.5*10.5=110 Sq.Feet which should be cooled quickly and your service person said to buy 1.5 ton so it will cool quickly so we are not happy from your product and already we spoke to your staff to change to 1.5 TON and also to Distributor but no call has came yet we observed very bad from BLUE STAR no guidance from sales team but friends are using OG its chilled in 10 minutes we paid 32000 total for your product but we are not satisfied as it takes huge time to cool and my EB meter got increased rapidly from your product because of huge time taking to cool so please do the needful immediately as we wait a positive and quick response from you as your staffs tooks so many days but not response from them.

    Please Don't buy Blue Star AC... I had a good repo of the Blue star AC company thats why I and My friend Dr Nafis Ahmad bought a new 5 star Window AC 9 months back. it was used for 2 months at that time. When I started it this season its cooling was very low and within no time it stopped cooling. While the AC of my friend is working nicely. I complained for it and the company men came and told that gas is leaked. How it is possible that gas is leaked in 9 months. while previously I used a LG window AC which continuously worked for more than 8 years without any complain. there are 2 possibilities of gas leakage- 1. There was a very very fine failed seal (joint was not proper) at the joint through which the gas is leaked in long duration. 2. The Low quality material was used at the joint which corroded within few months and gas is leaked. In both of the conditions there is a fault of the company, means manufacturing defect. Now I am asking company to replace my AC as it is under warranty and they are insisting to repair it. Now I am preparing for legal proceedings....

    I have purchased two 5* split ACs Model Nos. {25434} 5HW18ZAW in the year 2011. While one is perfectly working even now, the second one gave constant problems within a few months (less than a year) and we had to call the service personnel about 3 times. The gas had had to be filled up twice. However, taking the reputation of Blue Star, we have decided to buy another AC last month. The Croma dealer of another repute Tata Enterprise, suggested to go for the new Inverter Model which is more efficient than the earlier Model that we bought and convinced us that it would reduce our power bills drastically. Accordingly we bought Model No.BI-3CNHW18TAFU on 09/04/2017. Shockingly, the cooling was very bad even @ 17 degrees. We have called the Service and he said it was OK. But we are the users and we are having a tough time as far as the cooling effect. Not at all satisfied, not at all comfortable with an AC that costed us Rs.44000/-. Further, before purchase, we contemplated buying the same earlier model but were told that it was dispensed with. So we requested for an equal model with the same or added features. But we were talked into buying the said Inverter model. Now I request Blue Star to replace the Inverter model with a new 5* model that is nearer to the earlier model in features as we have lost faith in the inverter model and apprehend that it might lead to various other set-backs as Blue Star is no more the reliable one and they are too busy introducing several models frequently with an eye on business sans any quality control measures. Please replace the new model AC that was bought on 09/04/2017 at the earliest. We want no more, no less.

    Poor Service. I have recently purchased a Blue Start Inverter A/c from Vijay Sales – Ahmedabad. Since last couple of days I had been facing an issue where on a/c it display no “36” & it keeps blinking. Moreover, it does not give cooling. I called up your helpline to register a complaint on 10th July & I was commited by a CC agent that engineer will visit my place to investigate the problem. On 11th July I got a call from your local engineer that he will visit my place to resolve my complaint. However, he did not turn up. I tried calling him multiple time & also left message to call back but there was no revert from his side. Next day (12th July) again I called up your engineer & he confirmed that he will visit in the evening . He visited my place for investigation. He tried to find out the fault but could not succeed. He spoke with his Manger & confirmed that this needs further investigation where outer A/c unit needs to be checked. He said he will visit my place at 4pm on 13th with his manager. I called up at 3.45pm today to confirm his visit. However, your engineer said his manager is busy in some meeting so he will not be able to visit today. I am surprised that the company like you does not have any turnaround time to resolve customers complaint. This is the fourth day since I have logged a complaint & I am behind your team to resolve. They are not bothered about my complaint. This is very sad. I have Lloyd & LG A/c’s at my place.

    I am Raj kumar Gola, I am using Blue star Spilt AC 1.5 Ton Model No. 3HW18FATX from your dealer Shirohi traders. but now i am not satisfied with your AC because its not working properly, it is working like a cooler, event at a temperature of 18 Degree with hole night on. i have also complaint about this more than 10 times but the issue remains the same. so kindly do the needful for this i am very unhappy with your product and services provided by you. so its my humble request to kindly replace your product or take it back and refund my money. thanks & regards Raj Kumar 9811702874
