1. How to order a gift card from Woohoo ?

To order a gift card (e-Gift card) from Woohoo you must choose a brand (i.e Amazon, Lifestyle, BookMyShow etc.) and select card type (i.e. e-gift cards, physical gift cards etc.). After this, enter the denomination / amount (i.e. 250, 500, 1000 etc.) and quantity of the gift card. Now click on Buy Now and checkout from the page. It will redirect you to next page which will ask you for billing and shipping destination address and phone number. Just after making the payment, you have successfully purchased your gift card.

2. Where can you use these cards ?

A gift card / e-gift card can be used on the brand’s retail stores, website or platforms which are written in the Terms and Conditions section of every card. The limitations and special cases of any particular gift card is specified in the Terms and Conditions tab. We recommend you to read it properly before purchasing any gift card.

3. Are these gift cards rechargeable ?

Few brand allow recharging those gift cards, few don’t. It totally depends over the brand of the gift card. If it is possible to recharge your card, then it can be done through any retail outlet. For example, if Shoppers Stop allows you to recharge your Gift Card then it can recharged from any Shoppers Stop outlet in your city.

As far as e-Gift cards are concerned, they can’t recharged. They are for one time use only.

4. What is the expiry date of a gift card ?

Every gift card has an expiry date and it totally depends over the brand / retail outlets. Usually, it expires after 3 to 12 months from the date of purchase. You can use it anytime during the validity period. To check your desired card’s validity period you must check the Terms & Conditions before purchasing it.

5. How many Gift Card can be purchased in one order ?

There are various modes through which you can pay and purchase a gift card. It includes credit cards, debit cards, internet banking and cash on delivery as well.

2. Woohoo deliver’s outside India too ?

Not yet, they don’t take international orders. Woohoo can deliver anywhere in India. Keep checking, if they will accept outside India orders in future.

3. How much time does it take to deliver an order ?

It takes around 4-5 working days to deliver a gift card at it’s destination. Few locations can be covered early too.

4. What are the shipping charges of Woohoo ?

The delivery / shipping charges totally free. Still, you must take a look on the Terms and Conditions of the brand before purchasing it. As there are few brands who apply nominal delivery charges to customers.

1. How to cancel an order ?

If you have successfully made an order then it can’t be cancelled at all. So, no refunds will be issued against it.

2. What if you have got a wrong card, will you get refund ?

Woohoo promises to entertain your query if you have mistakenly got the wrong card. You have to contact the support team as soon as you have got the wrong card. So that your issue can be resolved as soon as possible. If the concern is really genuine then you have to return the exact package consisting Gift Card (which should be unused) within 7 days. The company will replace your wrong card with the right one.

Even if you card is tempered, you have to contact the company immediately and share your concern with them. So that, it can be replaced. As their isn’t any refund policy, you won’t be getting refunds against wrong card issue too.
