The Amusement Department, under the KMC Act, 1980, has specified detailed charges for different types of shows, exhibitions, and social gatherings for the year 2024-2025.

A. Casual Show / Program / Event at Any Venue

Rates per Show:

• Non-AC:
  • Up to 1200 Seats: ₹2.00 per seat
  • 1201 to 1499 Seats: ₹3.00 per seat
  • 1500 Seats & Above: ₹7.00 per seat
• AC:
  • Up to 1200 Seats: ₹5.00 per seat
  • 1201 to 1499 Seats: ₹8.00 per seat
  • 1500 Seats & Above: ₹10.00 per seat

Special Rates:

• With Projector: Double the standard rate
• Late Night / Midnight: Double the standard rate
• Direct Transmission in Media: Triple the standard rate
• Reality Show: ₹50.00 per seat/show

B. Exhibition / Fair / Fete / Carnival / Corporate Seminar / Meeting

Rates:

• Area up to 1000 Sq. Ft.: ₹250 per day
• Area 1001 to 5000 Sq. Ft.: ₹600 per day
• Additional 5000 Sq. Ft. or part thereof: ₹600 per day

C. Outdoor Game Show

Rates:

• Cricket: ₹15 per seat
• Kabaddi / Football / Hockey: ₹5 per seat
• Car Rally / Race: ₹50,000 per event
• Giant Wheel: ₹1,000 per day

D. Open Air Show or under Temporary Structure

Rates:

• With Restricted Admission: ₹6,000 per show
• With Unrestricted Admission: ₹3,000 per show
• With Projection & Restricted Admission: ₹8,000 per show
• With Projection & Unrestricted Admission: ₹4,000 per show
• Reality Show: ₹30 per seat/show

E. Theatre / Circus / Yatra / Magic / Puppet Show

Rates:

• Film Show [Govt. Affiliated]: ₹500 per show
• Theatre / Group Theatre / Yatra / Mime / Magic / Puppet Show [Govt. Affiliated]: ₹50 per show
• Circus: ₹50 per show

F. Road Show

Rates:

• Road Show: ₹500 per day/kiosk

G. Shooting of Cinema / TV Serials / Advertisement

Rates:

• Indoor Shooting (Non-AC): ₹5,000 per day
• Indoor Shooting (AC): ₹8,000 per day
• Outdoor Shooting: ₹8,000 per day

H. Marriage Party / Social Party / Corporate Event

• 2 Star: ₹3,200
• 3 Star: ₹3,500
• 4 Star: ₹5,000
• 5 Star: ₹7,800
• Above 5 Star: ₹8,400

AC Hall:

• 2 Star: ₹5,200
• 3 Star: ₹5,500
