Salary Structure The tenure of a CEO at BHEL is 3 years. The basic salary offered ranges from Rs 75,000 to Rs 1,00,000. Dearness allowance and an annual increment of 3% also applies. Along with that House rent allowance or accommodation by the company is also offered. Conveyance allowance and other perks offered can reach up to 46% of the basic salary. There are other benefits like Superannuation benefits, Medical benefits, Performance related payment etc. If we compare the salary offered to the CEO of BHEL, it is comparably low than companies of similar size.
