Ans. Under the railway lounge programme, Customer will get complimentary railway lounge on credit card and access will be applicable only for primary cardholders.
Q.2. How do I avail the Railway Lounge access on my IRCTC SBI Platinum Card on Rupay Platform?
Ans. • Eligible cardholders must present their valid, unexpired eligible cards and Valid train travel ticket at the entrance to the participating lounges to avail the benefit.
• Rs 2/- will be charged from the customer’s account to validate the card for complimentary lounge access.
Q3. Is the Railway Lounge access available for supplementary card holder?
Ans. No. Railway Lounge access is available only to primary cardholders.
