1. Open the official website of Firstcry that is firstcry.com and you are redirected to the start page of the website. It will tell you about all the latest offers and also the ongoing sales.
2. Click on my account option from the top header.
3. Scroll down and choose the change password option.
4. Scroll down and then click on the Click Here button.
5. Enter your current password, new password, and then re-enter new password in their respective columns.
6. Click on Save button.

From Mobile App:-

1. Open the official mobile app of the Firstcry. This will take you directly to the start page and will notify about latest offers.
2. Click on the three-dot menu from top right and from the drop-down menu, select my account option.
3. Click on my profile and then change password option.
4. Enter the current password, new password, and then re-enter new password in their respective columns.
5. Click on save button.
