Steps to get a duplicate PAN Card

  1. Click on the reprint of PAN card.
  2. Choose online application for PAN card or corrections in PAN data.
  3. You will need to mention which type of PAN it was.
  4. Fill up the form for lost PAN card.
  5. Upload the supporting documents.
  6. Pay the fee online and submit the form.
  7. The reference number generated should be kept safe.
  8. You will receive duplicate PAN card delivered to your address.
