The DMC Smart App is an innovative mobile application designed exclusively for MCD employees. This app simplifies the attendance marking process, making it more efficient by eliminating the need for manual attendance logs. With features like GPS-based location tracking, real-time data capture, and easy access to attendance history, the app streamlines the management and maintenance of employee attendance records. Managing employee information and attendance using traditional methods is often tedious and error-prone. The DMC Smart App addresses these challenges by offering a smartphone-based solution that ensures accuracy and efficiency. The app captures real-time data, reduces manual errors, and provides a centralized system for attendance management, making it easier for both employees and senior officers to track and manage attendance records.

Who Can Login?
All employees of the Delhi Municipal Corporation (DMC), from ground-level workers to top-level management, can log in to the DMC Smart App using their Biometric ID (BM ID) provided by the organization. The app allows employees to register on a single mobile device. If an employee wishes to switch to a different mobile device, they must first deregister from the previous device.

What Do You Need?
To use the DMC Smart App, MCD employees need:

  • A mobile device (smartphone or tablet).
  • Their Employee ID/BM ID provided by the organization.

How to Download and Install the App on Your Phone:

  1. Visit the Download Page:
  2. Select Your Department:
    • Depending on your department (SDMC/NDMC/EDMC), click on the corresponding link.
  3. Download the APK File:
    • The file will be downloaded onto your phone.
  4. Install the App:
    • Once the download is complete, click on the APK file to install the app.
    • The app will be installed on your phone. Tap on the app icon to open it.
  5. Register Your Account:
    • The Employee Register page will appear.
    • Enter your Employee ID/BM ID and click on "Search."
    • Verify your details on the Employee Detail page, then click on the "Register" button.
    • An OTP page will open. Enter the OTP received on your phone.
    • A confirmation message will appear, indicating successful registration.
    • Note: The department admin will receive your registration request. Once approved, you can log in to the app.

How to Use the App:

Login:

  • Once your mobile phone is registered, log in to the app using your Employee ID/BM ID.
