I PURCHASED ON MOBILE UNDER EXCHANGE. THE COST OF REPLACEBLE MOBILE WAS RS. 500 WITH BUMPUP DISCOUNT OF RS. 3000. THE EKART TEAM DID NOT ACCEPT THE MOBILE AND REQUESTED TO PAY THE ADDITIONAL AMOUNT OF RS 3400 FOR DELIVERY OF THE MOBILE. THIS WAS INFORMED TO FLIPKART CUSTOMER CARE. THEY REQUESTED TO SEND THE PHOTO OF THE MOBILE WHICH WAS DULY SENT. THEY RETURNED MAIL THAT IN THE MOBILE THERE IS GAP BETWEEN BODY AND THE SCREEN HENCE CANNOT BE REPLACED. THE EKART TEAM HAD SAID THAT THERE IS METAL LOSS HENCE CAN NOT BE REPLACED. THE FACT IS THAT THE MOBILE HAS PLASTIC BODY AND THE PHONE IS COMPLETELY ALRIGHT. THE EKART TEAM SAYS THAT THEY DONOT ACCEPT ANY PHONE AS THEY (FLIPKART ) DEDUCT MONEY FROM THEIR SALARY. THE WAY THINGS HAS BEEN HANDLED IS QUITE FRUSTRATING. KINDLY SEE TO IT. I am very sorry that I am dealing with an organisation known to be good, but my bad experience as under.
1. purchased safe locker was delivered with no Keys and no battery inside so that we can open with password given in instruction shame.
2.I immediately called and brought the issue in 15 minutes of my receipt of the product. I was asked do you need refund or replacement.
3.I opted for refund so that I can place order again with other company product.
4.I was asked that by 8th October the product will be picked and refund will be credited to my bank.
5.I was shocked to receive a msg. that seller has not accepted for refund, who is the seller for the customer is flipkart , and customer is not aware of from where the product is purchased, and for the customer flipkart is the seller.
6.I called and I informed, that the product be replaced and see to it that such mistakes does not raise again.
7 I spoke to senior officer Name Sharuk, on 7/10/2019, who promised and assured that my issue will be solved by 8/10/2019 on priority bases, which was totally a false promise and nothing took place and no action was taken place.
8. what do you feel and understand that are you doing good towards the customer and understanding the concern or doing as you want to do is the question put to you. This takes minus towards your sales and you are trying to lose the customer for the mistakes are taking place.
9. It is very clear back office and senior personals are not active, and false promises are given and the organisation is not looking and taking any action of such employees who are spoiling the name of the company.
10 All the above is true and need immediate action is now to your table , hope there will be action on this.

Dear sir, I don’t know what is your internal matter, if you continue delay to refunding amount then , you will be pay refund amount with interest it’s totally worst and harassment process of refunding amount. Please refund my 12900 Amount asap. Since Last 15 Days followup and Speaking of which the Flipcart customer care But no any signal saport for my issue clear my 12900 Rs cash amount
