Binnu Dhillon is an Indian actor who is well known for his comic and other roles in Punjabi Cinema. He took birth in Dhuri, Punjab, India on 29 August 1975. His full name is Berinder Singh Dhillon. He did his schooling from Guru Teg Bahadur Public School. He received a post graduate degree in Theatre and Television from Punjab University, Patiala.
He began his career as a Bhangra performer. He had an opportunity to perform at the Indian Festivals in UK and Germany. Before entering the acting field, he worked in television and serials. When he was in university as a student, he participated in different plays and television department’s repertory too. He made his television debut in 1998 with the Gurbir Singh Grewal's series Paddu. He worked in several popular television series like Lori, Sarhad, Sirnaave, Gaoundi Dharti, Channo Chan Vargi, Man Jeetey Jag Jeet, Kankaal, Pagdandian, Padam Paria, Professor Money Plant, Jugnu Mast Mast and Aaste. He performed in Teke Films: Khich Ghuggi Khich and Khara Dudh.
He also appeared in several hit Hindi films like Dev D. and Shaheed-E-Azam. He has also appeared with comedian Bhagwant Maan in few films. In the year 2010, he directed a play named Naughty Baba in Town which performed in US and Canada. Now, Binnu Dhillon is one of the most popular comedian actors of Punjabi movies. He came into limelight on the Punjabi comedy scene with films such as Sirphire, Carry On Jatta, Tu Mera 22 Main Tera 22, Raula Pai Gaya, Rangeelay and Lucky Di Unlucky Story.
