Sir. With a proper respect , i myself Mr.Shrewastava Himansu Kumar Retd. District Education Officer ,father of a student of your university has to say some legal problems to you to solve, thats are as follows— (1) My daughter had passed the PreePh.D exam of the year 2011.She had allready completed all the course and still after about six years is waitting for registration for the same . Her session has been legally expired .She has now selected for B.Ed. course at your university.C.L.C. is required while her C.L.C. is deposited to your Ph.D.department.The university can never break the further educational development of a candidate in this manner and so the university should issue a no objection certificate for those candidates whose C.L.C is deposited at university. Legally the session should be completed in within the limit. After limitation period the all liability will go to the university (2) Next the university has not announced the different sets of fees structure for B.Ed. colleges for admission.But at college level private college demands about 1.6 lac.It hits our constitutional right.A candidate after passing the university competitive exam should pay the only one type of fees fixed by university. If the university allows the private colleges for more fees then the candidates must have been asked for his/her option submitted before to change.
