I have airtel mobile connection 8826150873 and services to this mobile disconnected on non payment. I shared online payment details confirmed in the axis bank statement but there is no response for the adjustment. Tried to reach Airtel Gurgaon office and mobile phone appearing in the web list, unfortunately those nos do not exists. I referred to Appellate Authority who however confirmed adjustment of payment for broad band land line but shown inability for Mobile.
Kindly confirm that adjustment of billing amount has been done and there is no pending dues.
2. Here are details of on line payment appearing in the axis bank statement (a copy again I sent to appellate authority)
• Dt 4/10 – Rs. 2264 /- Month Sept 17
• Dt 28/10 – Rs. 1770 /- Month Sept 17
3. I am getting regular messages, call on mobile and recorded messages while making mobile calls for payment of Rs. 6000/- pending against my mobile a/c followed by threat that the services will be disabled immediately. The services now stands disconnected without any relief on my communication. A shock to me.
Kindly check, close the issues and confirm that all adjustment has been done for the on line payment I already made from Axis Bank as confirmed in the statement shared.

I had raised a request to port my number from voda to airtel and an airtel executive visited me to collect my documents. He took Rs 250/- from me, named Deep Thakur : 8527601092. Later i got a call from the airtel head office, gurgaon that i should not have paid the money and porting is done free of cost. Now when i called him, to refund my money back, he gave me the number of her senior named Radhika who sits in Okhla branch, number : 9717888707 and when i spoke to her she disconnected my call. Airtel you people are hiring fraud executives. I paid Rs 250/- which was a waste for me. I’m regretting so much why i gave him the documents to port my number. Vodafone people are much more genuine and loyal than you frauders. I need my money back at any cost and i want you to take some actions against these 2 people, Radhika and Deep Thakur.

I really do not know whether to laugh or lament on Air Tel services. For the past one month my internet connectivity is less 25% functional.Yet Air Tel has withdrawn from my pre paid amount the rent. In developed nations this is really scandalous or blasphemy. Why India is lacking in business because traders here concentrate on money, money only not on business or customer satisfaction. Whereas in advanced nations they concentrate on business and customer satisfaction-where the money flows automatically.Our traders ultimately loose business and runaway with ill earned money declaring bankruptcy. I have change the SIM on 29th Oct. 2017 at 12:23 PM.
after that its now more then 72 hours, still my SMS service is not working. I am not able to send/receive sms.

I am using Airtel Sim(prepaid connection) card for lot of years and it is installed in my Samsung Mobile (GT19300) number 9910369979. It was going well till 2.8.17.

wef 3.8.2018 and till date I am deprived of using your mobile services for out going calls (whereas there is no interruption for incoming calls on my mobile.) inspite of having credit balance of Rs 422.28np.

On 4.8.17 I visited your outlet in Deepika Tower, Chander Nagar, Ghaziabad-201011 who refused to help me as they were not operating for another 20 days or so.
On 6.8.2017 I visited another of your outlet in Dayanand Vihar (near Karkardooma), Delhi-110092 wherein the lady cust. care told me that my phone is active with sufficient balance and she took out my simcard and fit it in another of my mobile provided to her but even then outward call could not be made so she gave me a new SIMCARD which I changed after 2 hours when old card stopped working. But even after replacing the sim I am not been able to dial any outward call from my mobile to any number whatsoever.

So many times I dialled your complaint no. 198 but did not find any option for my problem nor there was any option to talk to customer care executive. Today online I have tried to trace to make official written complaint but I was not able to locate any of your site to help consumer to make complaint. Accidently I found this FEEDBACK option to convey you my grievances.

I am a very old Ailing Senior Citizen (undergone two heart operations) request you to help me solve my problem immediately so that I could dial and connect outgoing calls in emergency to my Doctor, family and friends.

I have surprised his reply and your poor service in have lost my clients and i further ask your customer representative about tariff plan they say you get 5gb data and 499+ service tax total 575 rs monthly.
I feel your sim provider chit me for wrong tariff plan at the time of giving me sim they say you have charged 460 including service tax.

I have changed my number from postpaid to prepaid on 24th May’17.I had visited the Airtel store in Sahara Mall . I paid Rs.347 on that day on prorata basis for the un-billed amount. It is brought to your notice that our Drop Box was broken by some one about 3 months ago. Even after numerous complaints to 121, New Drop Box has not yet been provided. We are all finding it highly inconvenient to pay our cheques. We have been taking the help of your Airtel Re-charge Agent ( who re-charges our pre-paid Sim Cards ) to drop our cheques. He has been kind to help us and drops our cheques somewhere in Rajouri Garden Drop Box, thus resulting in delay in payments.
Few times when you Service /Accts Dept officials called me on tele, I have reminded every one to have New Drop Box placed but my efforts have been futile and no action has been taken to place a New Drop Box. It appears that your officials are absolutely not worried about it or they ar incompetent or irresponsible to take any action to do the needful. It is a matter of shame that a Big Coy of your stature do not have responsible officials who can take quick action attend to Customers Complaints.

In view of the fact that in this colony most of the residents are Retired Govt civilians or defence officers and are quite aged Senior Citizens ( I myself am 81 yrs old ), they are not able to go on their own to far off places to Drop their cheques in Drop Boxes at distant places.

Therefore, it is requested that immediate action be taken to place a new Drop Box in our colony.

Horrible Services from Airtel. The worst ever experience in Telecom Service Sector. Airtel is not at all bothered about the Customers and in resolving their complaints. Airtel wants only money to be extracted from the Customers, be it be the case of two or three days delay in payment of Bills once in a while or anything else. The customer is supposed to pay to Airetel from his nose. But on Service part and uninterrupted services, it is Airtel’s wish and will & mercy.
Please change the approach. Stop harassment of the Customers. Especially mine.

1. Ref Customer Application dated October 12, 2016 received by Airtel company-owned office, Gujranwala Town Part-I, (Model Town) Delhi-110009. (written proof available). The connection was terminated by the customer in writing. There is no communication thereafter from Airtel since Oct 12, 2016 and the cheque No. 000131 for Rs. 2126 is not traceable. Kindly intimate in writing the location and status of this instrument.
2. Visited the same Airtel company-owned outlet today (written proof available) for payment of final dues and submission of application of date (enclosure to this communication by Fax & online). Your said office refused to accept application and give a receipt for the cheque No. 000133 for Rs. 2127. Hence the cheque was not handed over by me. Your current claim for Rs. 4352.13 is strongly disputed.
3. There is absolutely no transparency or clarity in the way Airtel operates in India both in terms of usage of services as well as financial issues. Quality of Airtel services is third class both in terms of mobile call drops and broadband services. Your staff refuses to acknowledge any action by the customer in writing to avoid recordable proof and governance seems to be at its lowest level. Literally customers are held to ransom! You need to introspect why loyal customers are running away. I will now terminate all my GSM Nos. with Airtel as also cancel my policy with Bharti AXA.
4. Kindly revert immediately with details sought vide my application of date as also the final reconciliation of case including security amount deposited by the undersigned. Airtel Bharti – Airteltower in village dablain Site ID Dablain 38 owner of land is not being paid monthly rentals by company since last many months. Company told that they will pay Rs. 70,000/- in lump-sum, this facts of Rs. 70,000/- also informed to Narwana Sadar Police Station by the Airtel company and remove their tower after paying said amount but company has paid only Rs. 30,000/- , this act of company is mischieves for land owner who is illiterate, simple and poor.
It is therefore, requested that Rs. 70,000/- which was agreed by company of monthly rentals of many months may please be paid to individual land owner of Site ID Dablain 38 Distt Jind Haryana at the earliest/immediately to avoid financial harrasement and litigation to land owner.

we have ore that 150 corporate connection and internet services of Air tel and every day there is some or the other problem faces and your representatives are note able to give a permanent solution, neither the call connections are proper nor the internet connection kindly resolve it or provide a permanent solution for the same or we might shift to other network by Monday if permanent solution no attained.

It is very sorry to say that the Customer Care No. which you have provided in your website all are not properly working, and I think in India these days Airtel Network is one of the worst service provider, especially in Northeastern parts of India mainly in Arunachal Pradesh. Frequent call drops and 2G and 3G Internet facility is also not working properly. My dear please do something for the people of the Northeast.

I am living in chandigarh. On my request to install 4G Dongle at my home , your representative Mr. Rakesh Mehra ( Mobile No – 9855000199 ) visited my house in chandigarh and completed installation formalities . While installing the dongle , i noticed that the dongle was old and has some problem in it. This was immediately told to Mr. Rakesh Mehra . Initially he kept on convincing me that the dongle was new , however finally he accepted that it was old one. He has taken full payment with a promise that the dongle will be replaced very next day. Around 10 months has passed and Mr. Rakesh Mehra has never replaced the dongle. From last 10 Day’s the dongle has finally stopped working . On various request to Mr. Rakesh Mehra and even after i threatened him to take legal action against him he has not listened to him. Cheater company with poor customer services.

I had a plan of 3gb 2g/3g/4g data in 448 rupees. But after recharge i got 2 gb data only. Then I call to customer care they replied, ” you will get your it soon” but I not get it. And again call customer care then he talk me rudly. Still I not get me my balance data. Now I am deciding to leave the Fraud company. I am advising you plz don’t buy that company product if you have already plz go through Mobile portability.

I read an newspaper ad in TOI on 18 Aug 2016 regarding instalation of network towers in All over Karnataka State of Airtel, and contact details in the name of Globus Technologies Pvt Ltd, and I contacted a person and after all KYC details he is asking to transfer money to his bank account as application fees for site inspection in the name of GLOBUS TECHNOLOGIES and sent an authorised letter to receive money in the name of Airtel & Globus Technologies.
Is he an authorised person?? haven’t Airtel given any publication regarding above matter??

I was a Airtel Customer for around 10-12 yrs but because of many issues with your customer care i changed to vodafone three months back. My husband wanted to change his network so I suggested him airtel. I thought i had bad experience but it won’t be with everyone but i guess that was my biggest mistake as i was completely wrong. I guess airtel has forgotten customer service in the realm of popularity.

My husband applied for MNP . The sim which your CC provided is faulty and its not getting activated My husband’s number is already deactivated and its been two days. And the new airtel number is still not activated!! I have been calling everyday for the update but my requests are unanswered. If u cannot provide service why do you urge people for to buy your network. And why do you even claim yourself INDIA’S no.1 network. Airtel use to be one of the best network providers in the country but day by day its becoming one of the worst networks. I’m regretting right now why did i apply for MNP in airtel.

And it’s getting way too annoying rite now!! Been trying to contact ur service ppl for the last two days!! They pick up the call at their own leisure time, or they disconnect without even responding and there is no call back or any update!!

I was thinking to change back to airtel after three months but thankfully, thank God I didn’t do that. Because you are service provider first, and I don’t see any efficient and proactive service from end. No one has time to take follow ups.. it’s your duty to be proficient service provider. If you are expanding band , expand your customer care department as well.
