    Sir, I have booked one Cylinder on 25.07.2017 through my registered mobile number. So far the cylinder was not delivered and not even attempted the delivery. To my utter shock the order was closed abruptly without informing me the reasons for closure. I have been booking cylinders since more than two years. I was booked for supply of refilling of gas through on line on 12.10.2017 by making online payment of Rs. 685.89 vide transaction No: POS 818000006 at CCAMOTO TXN # 728550050731 .But , the distributor of LPG collected Rs. 685.89 while delivering saying that money not received through online .     Sir/Madam, I have taken the gas connection on 30th Dec 2014 and had been using regularly till 17 May 2015 as per the records available with me. There after I have not booked any refill order so I decided to surrender the regulator cum cylinder to the distributor but when I went to do that I was told that the connection is not in my name. Details of my connection are as given bellow. 1. Domestic Gas Consumer Card. i. Card serial number WR 11429112. ii. Consumer number 63473575 iii. Sv No: 4055727121 iv. Number of cylinder 2 with deposit of 2900 v. Name as in card: Sajina V Nair. vi. Reg mobile no. 9727131901 vii. Distributor code: 118214 2. BPCL subscription Voucher: i. Voucher Sr No 3023987352 ii. Date 15 April 2014 iii. Pressure regulator Sr No. C035981 I had raised the compliant also but with no resolution till now (Compliant # 2275614) Please note I still posses the original records along with the cylinder and the issued regulator. It is a big surprise to me that the record have been tampered with and the name, mobile number etc have been transfer/allocated to someone else name without my consent. As a law abiding citizen I am unable to surrender my cylinder and P. Regulator and get my deposit back due to some malpractice by the distributor along with the authority. I request you to kindly look into the matter and help me.

    Ref. : DGCC No. 12828736 ( Mrs. IQBAL KAUR ) Dear Sir, On the above, it is mentioned that one of our member of our Society ( Citizen Grievance & Awareness Society, Regd. ) Mr. Amarjeet Singh approached us and explained his grievance in respect of unsatisfactory services of M/S Renu Gas Services, Jatal Road, Panipat. I personally along with Mr. Amarjeet Singh visited the office of M/S Renu Gas Service Today i.e 19.12.17 at around 11.45AM and contacted Miss Pinky. With great efforts , I succeeded in getting the information about the transfer the exiting connection of Mr. Amarjeet Singh's mother in the name of his Son i.e Grandson of Mrs. IQBal Kaur. To avoid any harassment at a later stage, I wanted to get the required documents in writing which was straight way was denied by Miss Pinky. Above this the tone & behaviour the manager ( Sitting behind the counters ) was not proper as far as dealing with the consumers is concerned.I was surprised to have such services of a dealer from a reputed company like Bharat Gas. As per Miss Pinky ,the following documents are required to get the connection transferred in the name of Mr. Amarjeet Singh's son ( The Grandson of Mrs. IQbal Kaur,) :- 1. Death certificates of Mrs. Iqbal Kaur and her husband ( Already died long back ) 2.No objection certificate on judicial paper ( Duly notarized ) of the sons of Mrs. Iqbal Kaur i.e brothers of Mr. Amarjeet Singh. 3.Adhaar Card, Ration Card,2 photographs,photocopy of Bank account & related connection papers ( if available ). 4. Rs. 1023 will be paid as transfer fee in the name of Mr. Amarjeet Singh's son. We feel that the above documents are only required for the above transfer which may be confirmed by return mail. If no response is made available then it will be presumed that these are the only documents for the transfer and no other documents/formality is required so as to avoid harassment at a later stage.     Dear sir, I have a question, do you take action against the distributor, who is supplying less gas ( stealing ) to the consumer? if yes please let me know and give your email ID so that i can send the complaint with PROOF ( snaps).
