I have received a Barclays debit card in my name. For its activation the sender says need 7.5lakhs. Is it correct it not. The transaction was my friend sent a parcel from UK and it's misusedby some officials hence compensation of 1.5 crore a allowed by authority and I'm connection with IMF that demanded this money. Already I paid 1.5 lakhs for activation and the New demand is unbelievable. Kindly clarify.
