    Hello sir, Sir maine ek bike pulsar 220 f purchase  ki thi shreeram bajaj gathkopar (W ) se Date 15/01/2015 ko.  Us showroom ke Authorised  dealer "Mr Ramesh Yadav" ne hume  new bike bolkar old 2nd hand bike handover  ki hai. Hume yeh tab pata chala jab bike purchase ke 10 days baad hum bike ko shreeram bajal workshop  me lekar gaye. Shreeram bajaj workshop ke head ne khud confirm  kiya ki bike ke tyres 1 year old hai aur bike bhi. Jab yehi answer  lekar hum shreeram bajaj showroom  gaye to unhone humari problem  sunne ke bajaye hum par he blame kiya aur unchi aawaz me kehne lage ki aap logo no bikes ke parts  change kiye hai...aur unhone  humse galat tarike se baat ki.. Dekhiyeh sir hum ek middle class people  hai...humne yeh bike requirement  ki wajah se purchase ki thi but hume in  authorised  dealers ne fasa diya hai.     I have been purchased a avenger in kamakshi bajaj showroom at kolar in karnatakaa with a great expectations it was good when the bike was delivered. When i left the bike for first service really it is horrible. I don't know how bajaj will appoint mechanics they dint opened carpetor and cleaned and they r telling that they will not open atleast they dint made the water service for the bike. Really i fed up from this pl think twice or thrice while choosing company and showrooms

    On 22nd may I bought Pulsar 150AS from Kamath motors manipal... During 2nd service when I had gone for service to that showroom I faced many problems by SERVICE STAFF AND SHOWROOM HEAD..ill mention you issues.. 1. I reached showroom at 8:45am( I left home at 7am early morning) by that time service guy told me that you must get your bike at exact 8:30am..then somehow he took it for service n told me that by 5:30 ill get my bike return..also they said theu will inform me.. 2)then when I called at 3pm they said they will inform me.. 3) But there is no reply or follow up from their side.. 4) I reachd showroom at 5pm but still my bike was outside...they said tomo by 12pm they will deliver.. 5) Next day also no calls or msg from them..I had called them 8 times..No proper reply from them.. 6) When I got my bike I saw that *Wind shield has broken *Doom had Cracks *No wash *Front Disk Jammed *Front mud guard scratches *Minor problems still not solved After informing Service Incharge n showroom head there wasn't reply from them..They were like nothing happened. .. They Said they will Change those parts which have got spioled by their service team.. Im not satisfied with them.... THEY TOOK 2 DAYS TO CHANGE ENGINE OIL!!!!! GREAT SERVICE BY KAMAT MOTORS MANIPAL....

    24-08-2015 ko CT100 Bike khareedi gai.50 km.chalne ke baad Carvatar mein lage pipe se petrol nikalne laga.do din baad showroom par dikhya.work shop staff ne fuletee aadi kas kar bike dedi gai. Lekin yah sikayat jaari rahi. Date-03-09-2015 ko pehali service 745 kms par karai gai.us samay carvetor aur Aevreg ki sikayat ki gai. Service ke baad bike ne matra 45 kms prati litre ka Aevreg diya.punh date-09-09-15 ko Showroom par sikayat ki Lelin workshop staff ka vyavhaar galat raha.Aevrej par bhi dava karne lage.jab aevrej chek kiya gaya to Speed -30-35 par 55 va speed -45-50 par 40 kms par Litre nikla. 2-Carvetar mein fuel tap band karne ke baad bacha petrol 4-5 ghante mein ud jata hain. 3- Bike jab 50-60 ki speed par hoti h to jhhatake dekar chalati hain.jese petrol Reserve par aat hain.     First of all thanks to Bajaj.I'm a Bajaj motor bike user since 2000, like ct-100, discover-135 & last pulser-150(red&black colour) Pulsar is my most favourite bike in the world. But most of the bike in the world have used Tubeless Tyre such as Hero have already used tubeless tyre in i-smart100, hunk, cbz etc. But unfortunately Bajaj is back dated till now. So, I have a request to Bajaj, at least they have to use tubeless tyre in Pulsar-150 bike. I'm hopeful that they have to considered our concern and remedy the problem....... ........

    I have buy bike CT100 on 19-10-2015. From Dt. 16-11-2015 I am feeling various problems in it. When I start it, than after 5 minutes it become off by bubbling and after many kick it become start and when I gears it self become off by bubbling. I have show it many time in your agency and now my bike RJ 40 SC 2125 is in custody of your dealer "Ansul Automobiles Tijara Distt.     I bought Bajaj avenger 150 street on 12-Feb-16 from mayur auto dehradun,but I faced handle lock problem after first service,& still not solved,I am continuously visiting at dehradun service center & service center also changed handle lock many time but all handle lock are of low quality & not get fixed & no one fixed right handle lock,and now I am not getting proper feedback from dehradun service center,today I waited for 4-5 hour at Mayur bajaj but result was nagetive, and no one was able to solve the problem at Dehradun service center,I asked sales manager he said its service department call,asked to work manager he said it is store department call/store saying which locks we getting from company same we are distributing,& these people suggesting me call to toll free no.,I trying to call on your toll free number but that is going busy & some time saying its wrong no.,now I am unable to understand,who will solve this problem,I really frustrated after purchased this bike, I raise complaint in bajaj auto HO through toll free no. but its closed without check & solved

    I'd like to inform you that I've purchased bajaj v15 on dt. 28.03.2016 from dealer TCS & sons (faridabad). Next day i observed that there was problem of oil leakage from engine and then i visited there service center but no serious action taken by them(apart from just clamping the bolts). And next day i observed there was different sound of piston excoriation from engine as well, and again i took my V15 to service center and mr.sanjay (adviser, +91 8377908776) said it's just a normal sound but it is different then what it should be. with in a week its shockers started leaking, lots of oil can be seen visual on outside of shockers. I'm sorry to say that you people has disappointed my eager of buying this bike and also willingness of being a part of Bajaj family. I've also enclosed the picture of leakage for your reference. I'd like to mention one more issue which I've faced i.e. the Allen bolt you have given for pilot seat cover are just so third class infact just a day after my purchase the hex socket got wear and now its not working. The problem which I am facing is that self start automatically stops working itself several time I took my bike to my home with walking. So I visited the authorized service centre to Vishakam, & informed them the problem and they each and every time fix the problem temporary basis but no one is bother about my problem so after spending 15 or 30 days the same issue is arising and as usual I have to take my bike from on road to my home with walking.     Hi, I have purchased BAJAJ Platina on 20-Feb from your one and only Faridabad showroom and till now i have visited 4 TIMES to showroom. 1st visit: Front Tyre was bubbling so my father went to showroom for showing its wrong and agent answer was its okay n fine sir not to worry, then i called up manager of showroom and ask whats the issue can you please check he checked it and said yes sir there is some issue with Tyre we will change it. They changed it fine but after 1 hour and my father was waiting there for 1 HOUR. One more thing they take defective Tyre from our bike and fix it to another bike, wow means solving one customer concern and raising one more concern for another customer. CLAP for you guys. 2nd visit:My brother gone for bike 1st FREE service and agent asking at time of payment sir you have to pay Rs.700 my brother ask its free then he called me up and i asked wait i will b dere i ask agent why Rs.700 agent checked again and said sorry sir its Rs.400 which means BAJAJ is making fools and taking extra money from customer if some one is asking back why charging this money so saying sorry and asking for correct money. What a trick of BAJAJ.... 3rd visit:My father went to showroom after getting bike first service that bike average is only 50 to 60 approx and company is giving commitment that average would be of 90 to 100 approx. Agent checked it and ask now it will b fine sir you can ride it. 4th visit:My brother n I visited to showroom that bike is still not giving average and giving some miss like petrol is not in bike but fuel tank is full so agent did test drive and said yes sir its giving some issue let me check, after 30 min he said there was issue now its fine (which means on 3rd visit agent makes fool to my father that is rectified) WOW BAJAJ.... Last but I think it will not be the least: After getting rectified on 4th visit my father took bike and after 2-3 KM bike stopped and not started....father took stopped bike back to home without start....is this a service of BAJAJ...     Dear sir, I am writing to whom so ever it may concern with all anger frustration and abu pathetic service of bajaj auto service, I had very bad experience with Panvel and kharghar service centre, forget past experience.. latest is tat I left my bike on last Sunday 24th before to tat o had been 5 times taken appointment but no call on my turn came. so I had to request on Sunday to take my vehicle as I was facing front wheel bearing prob , loose chain, n speedometer replacement n body wash, he said he could take veh only by Tuesday, I said ok. on Tuesday I called him up front as I dint receive any call from them, they said they ll take the veh for service soon, today wen I visited taking half day off from office the service station was empty they railed my bike said it 'll be ready by 2hrs, I again insisted to inspect the veh completely n call me wat all is needed to be done, major prob is front bearing, loose chain, Speedo meter and body wash, again there is no call from them, as usual I came from office to collect my veh expecting he has got it done completely, but except bearing nothing was ready, wen he saw me near bike he came n said there are no speedo meter n chain sprocket stock come on Saturday tats fine why the hell they dint inform me on call, no body wash .. no call confirmation, tat guy aashik ll be always talking over phone all personal calls.. this is wat u guys are doing to customers, panvel service centre also dint take any call confirmation , though I said decarbonation is not necessary he has done tat, no service, only money minded idiots, it has become pain in the ass to get bike serviced.. inspite the local mechanics don't have proper tools many times , at least they have common sense commitment and manners.. these guys are idiots.. I never recommend anybody to buy a bajaj bike.. regards, Darshan G 9167118896

    Dear sir/Madam, I purchased pulser 125 neon 7th Nov 2019, within 20 days facing big five issue in my bike, 1) oil leaked from gear box, 2) Gears getting jam from 1st to, ND gear, 3)jumper giving noise, 4) while I realize exeliter bike Goin 20 to 25 speed automatically, 5) noise from disk break. I given bike in ankleshwar, Gujarat show wood for service 12th,dec 2019 , for above issues, but steel facing issue any I am not satisfied with bajaj service, I am feeling biggest mistake in my life to purchase bajaj bike due to getting free issue in bike with 20 days & rubbish service by bajaj. And get screaches on Tel light from services station which not expecting from them, who will help out for solutions, I will escalating and social sites if issue not resolved.     I buy the bike from PR Bajaj Lucknow Uttar Pradesh at 28 March 2019 bike . Yesterday I went To PR Bajaj Service Center to Replace the Head light due to Technical Fault and I Completed the Pulsar 150 3rd Last Service last week of December 2019 last Month's. Yesterday, I went For Replacement I told to Supervisor after the 3rd Servicing I have Face issue I am getting Some chain noise in the Bike. After the Replacement Supervisor told me You should Change the Chain and Clutch plate. I have buy the Bike less than 1 year and I facing lot of issue regarding Bike parts. If the Bajaj original part are not reliable less than 1 year so It's Difficult to Use this Bike for the 2 or 3 year. I am very worried about this Bike.
