Nowadays the service of Axis Bank is getting Poor. From last 25days i am facing lots of problem regarding debit card for international purposes. The customercare Executive They don’t provide accurate service what we are looking for and they just write an complain and send the complain number via sms and use to give only false excuses like demonitisation. Yet they didn’t solve my problem . I visited the branch they are saying your debit card is not valid for international purpose and took my signature for the conversion while the customer care executive are saying it is valid for international uses , by believing the customer care i made an online transaction for international payment and my transaction was declined and i got lots of harraesment to get my money credit to my account. Please i request if you can’t give a better service then you don’t provide any wrong information to your customer like us.

I went to your jalpaiguri branch (WB) on 28 November 2016 to open a savings bank account for my son who is 17 yrs old. The dealing person Mr Tapamoy suggested to open the account with “Insta Kit” and accordingly I’ve filled up the requisit forms and submitted the requisit documents. Then he told me that a cheque is required to be submitted alongwith the a/c opening form as cash deposit is not permitted. As per his guidance I’ve given him a cheque of Rs 40,000/- in favour of “Axis Bank Ltd” on Jalpaiguri branch. But after a considerable time, my wife approached 3 times but no satisfactory reply she has got from that fellow. After a lapse of 45 days I’ve met Manager(operations) to resolve the issue and he has called that fellow and asked him to brief the latest status of that case but unfortunately he couldn’t brief. Then he instructed that fellow to process the case by 8.00pm of that day only and to give feed back to me in the same day. But after a lapse of 4 days (total 49 days) I didn’t get any information. I’m a bonafied customer of your bank since last 10 years and I experienced there is a drastic downfall in work culture in your banking service. My request is to resolve my issue within next 3-4 days othewise return my cheque to me and treat my application as cacelled.

My credit card last 4 digit no 8681 neo For I am trying to make payment of my credit card from last few days thru online but there is no options to pay by debit card so I called to your customer care no they are saying you can visit to nearest branch and deposit there .so today I went to your Naraina vihar branch New Delhi 110028 and fill the recipe and deposit there when I came back to my home I got a call from axis bank same branch they are saying come to branch and collect your money back because your card account is not showing in our record and again I went there and show card when they are saying it’s same no account showing and u can talk to the customer care . I called to the customer care and they are saying your account is active . Then again I meet with one lady I am not remember her name she is operational head in that branch and she is directly refused we can’t do anything for same you have to take your money and talk to the customer care only your account is not in our record I requested her lot of time mam my last date is 1 Nov for pay this amount after that bank charged on me extra amount she is saying sorry we can’t do anything and customer care is saying your account is active after that I taken my money back and went to the cash counter for deposit in my account so I can make the payment thru machine that is in branch then Cashier is showing there is some server problem we can not deposit your amount now you have to come after festival and deposit it .
Now I am requesting to kindly provide me 15 days more time so I can make the payment because today’s I am going to out of town with out any charges because I waist my whole in your bank without any region that is bank problem they are not accept my payment for your reference deposit slip and customer care conversation as an attachment . Now in this same conversation that I write if you charged anything any extra like late fees or any interest any extra amount frankly I am telling you any rest payment which is pending now I don’t want to pay anything so now kindly solve this problem and advice me the same for status

password, how we say or identify what has happened and there solution

make a F.I.R. to Rishra Police Station. I think this is a very funny and
non-professional attitude.

I think the worst ever service provider in banking sector is AXIS BANK I have given a request for edc machine on 13-11-2016 after frequent follow up with executive he gave me the acceptance receipt on 16-11-2016 and confirmed within 4-5 days machine will be installed but till today we calling these executives but they are simply replying sir we have heavy load n will try to do some thing in some more days. Us this the service you provide. In what way you are working for demonatisation. Very bad very very bad. Shame on such services.

This is to apprise you that I have applied for the Axis Loan from Loan Center 34 CHD and I have submitted the Documents to Krishna(Feild Executive) on 20th Nov’16 and on 26th Nov I proactively called to Lalit(Sr. Manager)to share the status he told me that loan cant be proceed due to Documents is of some other City, why these things was not checked at the time of my documents substitution. It clearly states that you are missing my documents and I have many times told you that to proceed the details for Loan or return my documents but he is not proceeding the same.
And the Way of talking of Lalit as A Sr. Manager is too much sarcastic and unprofessional which is completely non tolerable and I would urge you to take a transgenic action against him as this is completely affecting the Customer Satisfaction and Experience of the customer.

I have Saving A/c in “Churchgate Mumbai” branch. Previously this is Salary A/c , at Present this a/c is convert to normal Saving A/c. I have manage minimum balance according to your rule and in my a/c sms is active. I am live in Bhopal (M.P.). Today i was go to bhopal (M.P. Nagar )Branch to deposit some amount, then in branch concern person told to me this a/c is freeze and if you want to unfreeze the a/c submit a application to “Home Branch” and it takes time to Unfreeze the a/c.
Sir, my first question is that if you Freeze my a/c then why you not intimate me and Second if i not operate my upto 1 or 2 yrs then it automatically goes in non_operative or Dormant a/c , then why your bank freeze my account and This is your duty if you freeze any a/c then intimate the customer first.

I am really fed up with the service provided by axis bank.
I have took a loan of 30k one year back and have cleared the same in OCT,16. In the month of Nov you people kept my saving account in lean of 4.6k without intimation. I have struggled to know the reason of keeping the same in lean but neither my home branch or not customer care peoples know the reason for lean.
Have visited thrice to axis loan center in sanpada and the told me to clear 3 rs outstanding then only then can remove the lean. I have given the cheque of 3/- and same was deducted from my account.(Screenshot of the receipt attached).my lean of 4.6 k was removed on 17th Nov 16 and everything was completed well.
Again you people kept my 2.3k amount in lean on 19th Nov without knowledge. And I am struggling to know the reason but unfortunately the customer care people unable to understand the reason of lean might be because of your super technologies.
Since yesterday I have dialed 20 calls on customer care but they are saying lean by the loan department and loan department saying as lean by saving account team. Now I think I am only the person who keep the amount in lean and I am a culprit for this incidence.
I am writing this mail only for know the way forward as where I can go and beg for the money and reason (Who and why the amount in lean). If possible please provide me the reason otherwise its your kingdom, you may do whatever you want.

I am a business man running my Restaurant since 8 years, all these years I was banking with co operation bank. But as in I expanded my venture I was looking for costumer friendly Banking, so a nice person from Axix Bank suggested me to open an account with Axix Bank so I opened current account with her suggested Bank. I opened my current account on the month of June 2016. Till date I have maintained account very unsatisfactory because firstly I have not received my Debit card.

So i want to know to you sir that on 21/04/2015 i had done a online payemnt of dishtv Rs 230/, which was not been come to my dishtv a/c. So on the same day evening 7.45 one person rang me about the dishtv about the package and on the next day on 25/04/2015 early morning at 10.30 am at sat he rang me and told to me I am the genvent employees of Axis bank from recovery dept. so please give the a/c no, debit card no & pin nos. I got is mobile no to (08285098659) . So from 11.30 he start operating the net banking from my a/c 4665/ was the balance in my a/c. but within 12.15 the total balance was nil. So the Airoli branch person contact me and told me about this matter that how much transaction do have done today. So I told him the fake person had done the transaction from my a/c as a net banking. So dear sir i come to know that this matter is as been happen many time from many people so please do some rules and regulation that we reverse the a/c within 24 hours. I suppose the a/c holder had done the wrong transaction so he should go to the option of reversal. I knew that my mistake has been happen that for Rs 230/ saving of dishtv i had done a great mistake. So god knows i will get that amount a not. Police chowki at vakola they had not responded me why u given the detail so and so. And they told we will not proceed the paper to the cyber police station. but I told sir u please give the stamp on the Xerox atleast. So know on is taking the action. Bank person is saying u go to police station, police is saying that u go to bank person. Now who is suffering we people. If you people will take a proper action then the record will track them easily, now a day by mobile no. u can trace the person from where he is operated. Kindly note i have a personal with Axis Bank with an account #PPR051400722997, my ECS detecting from Oriental Bank of Commerce on 5th of every month, due to server technical problem in the OBC bank in the month of JAN the EMI got bounced and it reflects as insufficient fund and later it was cleared, but AXIS bank sending a sms to pay the cheaque bounce charges, its not a my mistake, please suggest to me what can i do, i will wait for your kind replay

Myself Axis Bank account holder in hosur branch tamilnadu, INDIA (SB AC NO: 535010100083818 -IFC code UTIB 0000535). I pay LIC HFL loan premium every month 10 th. Current month 10-10-2014 morning 9.50 am, I deposited the amount in my account. (Due to inconvenient axis bank deposit machine problem at 10 minutes). I have a time for LIC HFL transaction in whole day. But you are not made transaction for the amount from ECS in LIC HFL and also you charged the fine. How can you do this? If you not take any further step I will do the maximum step.
