           It is to inform you that the current CC statement (Cus ID 867183392) which due as on 01 Feb 2020, showing due amount of Rs. 26,138.15 and the purchases shown Rs. 12,974.93.  The other debit charges has shown Rs. 13,159.56 not mentioned in statement.  Please clarify the breakup of Rs. 13,159.56 at an early date as due date is 01 Feb 2020.

Nor your branch is helping nor I can pay with debit card . When I want to login they ask me question like when I purchase my first car i.e. in the name of security question. Today, I got an SMS asking me to link the Axis Credit Card with Aadhaar No. I am to state that I am not an Axis Bank Account Holder, but have been offered Credit Card while purchasing a Car on loan in Dec,2009 through Huyandai Sharayu, Turbe,Navi Mumbai with loan from Axis Bank.
    In view of above, kindly advise if I have to link my Credit Card to Aaadhaar number, which I failed to do so using mobile app. as it is notified as Invalid Acccount No & Customer ID.

    i from fill up join account against pay Rs.10,200.00 at prince anwarshah branch on 30th may’17 . but still date the account not open.regularly the branch manager and others employee given to various excuse. no body give the positive report.

    My misfortune, my wife Urmila Mahanty left for her Heavenly abode on 25 December 2015. Her name was deleted after compliance with the formalities and she ceased to be Account holder in your Bank. . Subsequently, my daughter – Rupali Mahanty has been inducted as the Joint Holder and now myself is the First Holder.

    Vide your communication – Certificate No.ILXSRXO last updated 01 Feb 2017 – huge amount has been deducted as TDS and remitted to IT Department – as mentioned here under –

    (1) Rs.11641.00
    (2) Rs.14.00
    (3) Rs.1165.00

    This is a clear anomaly.

    I spoke to your Mr Sai in toll free customer care number yesterday.

    Kindly rectify the anomaly and refund the TDS amount at the earliest.

    I had submitted all documents for a BT transfer top up and new loan. Praful mefiwadia and Sachin were dealing with my case. 2 months and till date nothing has been processed. Only they have been giving me false dates of new loan sanction and BT transfer. I had given a token to the new flat owner for purchase and have been totally embarrassed by the flat owner. As this has taken 2 months.

    This has been brought to my notice that the payment of the credit card has been Deducted from my account without any confirmation and without bringing to my notice. I request you to kindly look into the matter quickly resolve the issue as soon as possible. This is highly unprofessional as you are supposed to tell the customer before deducting any kind of amount from the account so please resolve the issue as soon as possible

    Sir ,I had deposited a cheque n.o.495814,on ,21.02.17of Pnb bank of Rs40000 with axis bank Mainpui branch but till today it was not sent for clearing.when contacted the bank the one who is charge of cheque misbehaved me and didn’t give proper services.Then contacted other staff they told me that it was missing.This is a serious negligence from part of the Bank I want compensation of Rs50000 for the inconvenience caused to me.If u don’t take action I will go to consumer court.

    Today I have gone to Axis Bank (IFS Code UTIB0002206 ) Modinagar at 1145 Hrs . Bank Staff ( Operation Manager ) has denied me to get in side the bank and told bank is on strike today ( 28 Feb 2017 ) . He has behaved very rudely to me when I ask him how so many people are in side the bank . He told that is none of your business . Jao yaha se jo karna h kar lo ( Get lost from here what ever you want to do you can do that. ). My question is this whether bank is on strike today ( 28 Feb 2017 ) . How a staff can behave in this manner to a customer . Have bank has not done a single transaction.

    Nowadays the service of Axis Bank is getting Poor. From last 25days i am facing lots of problem regarding debit card for international purposes. The customercare Executive They don’t provide accurate service what we are looking for and they just write an complain and send the complain number via sms and use to give only false excuses like demonitisation. Yet they didn’t solve my problem . I visited the branch they are saying your debit card is not valid for international purpose and took my signature for the conversion while the customer care executive are saying it is valid for international uses , by believing the customer care i made an online transaction for international payment and my transaction was declined and i got lots of harraesment to get my money credit to my account. Please i request if you can’t give a better service then you don’t provide any wrong information to your customer like us.

    I went to your bank on 10th Jan 2017, car loan section division at Jayanagar, Bangalore branch for further clarification and status of the issue, I met Your Bank Executive Mrs. Suguna, she checked the details in the system and told me that you need to pay entire due amount Rs 3768.00, it is not our mistake you can go and check with your bank why? they not cleared the ECS even enough balance available in your account, again I explained to her in details it is not my mistake, from your bank IFSC code was not provided initially so that clearance was not happened, I went to your bank personally and paid the payment through the cheque for pending EMI along with cheque bouncing charges also but she told we are not responsible I can’t do anything you need to pay dues, and I requested her want to meet any higher authorities or your Managers, but she told me very Rudely I am the higher officer and final authority above me no one is there you need to pay dues this is final, and I told her that I can’t pay the dues until resolve the issue, it is not my mistake, but I am ready to pay the dues if cheque bouncing charges but not penalty for the same, and your executive unable to resolve issues smoothly, talking very rude with customers will not be acceptable, concerned Managers please take necessary steps and actions to resolve the issues smoothly and Issue loan Closer certificate ASAP, I am awaiting for your valuable replay

    I went to your jalpaiguri branch (WB) on 28 November 2016 to open a savings bank account for my son who is 17 yrs old. The dealing person Mr Tapamoy suggested to open the account with “Insta Kit” and accordingly I’ve filled up the requisit forms and submitted the requisit documents. Then he told me that a cheque is required to be submitted alongwith the a/c opening form as cash deposit is not permitted. As per his guidance I’ve given him a cheque of Rs 40,000/- in favour of “Axis Bank Ltd” on Jalpaiguri branch. But after a considerable time, my wife approached 3 times but no satisfactory reply she has got from that fellow. After a lapse of 45 days I’ve met Manager(operations) to resolve the issue and he has called that fellow and asked him to brief the latest status of that case but unfortunately he couldn’t brief. Then he instructed that fellow to process the case by 8.00pm of that day only and to give feed back to me in the same day. But after a lapse of 4 days (total 49 days) I didn’t get any information. I’m a bonafied customer of your bank since last 10 years and I experienced there is a drastic downfall in work culture in your banking service. My request is to resolve my issue within next 3-4 days othewise return my cheque to me and treat my application as cacelled.

    This is ref. My credit card last 4 digit no 8681 neo For I am trying to make payment of my credit card from last few days thru online but there is no options to pay by debit card so I called to your customer care no they are saying you can visit to nearest branch and deposit there .so today I went to your Naraina vihar branch New Delhi 110028 and fill the recipe and deposit there when I came back to my home I got a call from axis bank same branch they are saying come to branch and collect your money back because your card account is not showing in our record and again I went there and show card when they are saying it’s same no account showing and u can talk to the customer care . I called to the customer care and they are saying your account is active . Then again I meet with one lady I am not remember her name she is operational head in that branch and she is directly refused we can’t do anything for same you have to take your money and talk to the customer care only your account is not in our record I requested her lot of time mam my last date is 1 Nov for pay this amount after that bank charged on me extra amount she is saying sorry we can’t do anything and customer care is saying your account is active after that I taken my money back and went to the cash counter for deposit in my account so I can make the payment thru machine that is in branch then Cashier is showing there is some server problem we can not deposit your amount now you have to come after festival and deposit it .
    Now I am requesting to kindly provide me 15 days more time so I can make the payment because today’s I am going to out of town with out any charges because I waist my whole in your bank without any region that is bank problem they are not accept my payment for your reference deposit slip and customer care conversation as an attachment . Now in this same conversation that I write if you charged anything any extra like late fees or any interest any extra amount frankly I am telling you any rest payment which is pending now I don’t want to pay anything so now kindly solve this problem and advice me the same for status

    Note : Refuse to take cash payment in bank want to pay credit card payment after that charges me late fees and interest charges but every fault is from bank side last month i got a called from axis bank Noida branch Ms. Aartishe called me for make the payment and she committed me first you have to make the payment INR 5002 after that we will revers your payment and i given cheque on dated 25 of nov if INR 15000 and they charged me this month also the late fees and interest charging now she is saying we can not reversal your amount and do not called here again i talk to the branch manager Mr. Aakash also he is also saying the same that means they are making fool to customer from last three month i am trying to solve my problem but no one has solve my problem as per i am not wrong anywhere kindly solve my problem clear it for my recersal amount that is always charged on me i really appreciate your services

    Why You all so shameless? Including Mr. Kapil. He had never reply my mail its been a month now i have the proof. we have & we had just asked for EDC eStatement nothing much why are you not sending it?
    What is the problem?
    For God sake Communicate,Communicate,Communicate,Communicate,Communicate,Communicate,Communicate,Communicate….. is HELPLESS.They are saying that you(Ravi/Moti Mahal Delux)have to go to your bank branch and ask for your EDC eStatement from them.But bank people at EDC merchant dept say you will only get it from some mr. Kapil but to add to our wories & problems he(mr. Kapil) is another biggest shameless creature he never replied never take our call.After 2 weeks of continuous struggle he said he is busy(busy for whom/at what/where nobody knows) contact bhawna but bhawna is another busy person(busy for whom/at what/where nobody knows).He & she is too busy to work.

    Where should we go?
    Whom should we ask eStatement for?
    May be because of this reason they are busy and thats why there is no reply since approx a month.

    WE NEED eStatement because there are too many doubts related to card payments/swipe.

    To, the Branch Manager sorry to mention few wrong words(IF ANY) but can’t help it coz they deserve it.

    make a F.I.R. to Rishra Police Station. I think this is a very funny and
    non-professional attitude.

    This is my strong request to you to find what has been happened against

    I think the worst ever service provider in banking sector is AXIS BANK I have given a request for edc machine on 13-11-2016 after frequent follow up with executive he gave me the acceptance receipt on 16-11-2016 and confirmed within 4-5 days machine will be installed but till today we calling these executives but they are simply replying sir we have heavy load n will try to do some thing in some more days. Us this the service you provide. In what way you are working for demonatisation. Very bad very very bad. Shame on such services.

    This is to apprise you that I have applied for the Axis Loan from Loan Center 34 CHD and I have submitted the Documents to Krishna(Feild Executive) on 20th Nov’16 and on 26th Nov I proactively called to Lalit(Sr. Manager)to share the status he told me that loan cant be proceed due to Documents is of some other City, why these things was not checked at the time of my documents substitution. It clearly states that you are missing my documents and I have many times told you that to proceed the details for Loan or return my documents but he is not proceeding the same.

    And the Way of talking of Lalit as A Sr. Manager is too much sarcastic and unprofessional which is completely non tolerable and I would urge you to take a transgenic action against him as this is completely affecting the Customer Satisfaction and Experience of the customer.

    Sir, my first question is that if you Freeze my a/c then why you not intimate me and Second if i not operate my upto 1 or 2 yrs then it automatically goes in non_operative or Dormant a/c , then why your bank freeze my account and This is your duty if you freeze any a/c then intimate the customer first.

    I am really fed up with the service provided by axis bank.

    I have took a loan of 30k one year back and have cleared the same in OCT,16. In the month of Nov you people kept my saving account in lean of 4.6k without intimation. I have struggled to know the reason of keeping the same in lean but neither my home branch or not customer care peoples know the reason for lean.

    Have visited thrice to axis loan center in sanpada and the told me to clear 3 rs outstanding then only then can remove the lean. I have given the cheque of 3/- and same was deducted from my account.(Screenshot of the receipt attached).my lean of 4.6 k was removed on 17th Nov 16 and everything was completed well.

    Again you people kept my 2.3k amount in lean on 19th Nov without knowledge. And I am struggling to know the reason but unfortunately the customer care people unable to understand the reason of lean might be because of your super technologies.

    Since yesterday I have dialed 20 calls on customer care but they are saying lean by the loan department and loan department saying as lean by saving account team. Now I think I am only the person who keep the amount in lean and I am a culprit for this incidence.

    I am writing this mail only for know the way forward as where I can go and beg for the money and reason (Who and why the amount in lean). If possible please provide me the reason otherwise its your kingdom, you may do whatever you want.

So the above axis bank debit from my a/c at per month Rupees 900 Rupiya. So i am very hopeless and thoughtful. I do not want to close the account., and i want refund my debited money. please explain me, how can i refund the debited money .

    Myself is amit kumar nd having a account in axis bank since last 10 yrs. My custmor id is 840193828 nd all my my family account is in axis bank we have a total 22 accounts in ur bank. But still i m suffering for the cash. Staff is so gud specially branch head Deepika Ahuja. But she is helpless because they hav nt a cash in branch. Sir in other bank some cash is coming nd distributing among people. I hav nt any other account in any more bank. I m totally deqling in axis bank so being a responsible custmor i want to say u that plz send some cash to my branch. The sole id of the bank is 1985 nd located at Manakwal Ludhiana.     There is wholesome historical mess in banking system during these days.Normal banking clearing system taking three time more time, a two minutes job is not being done in 6- 8 hours. There is loss of manpower and human time wasteness all over.
    RBI and Finance ministry hard steps required and for all these looseness of bank staff are only due to enertness of RBI / finance Ministery section/authority.

    My name is Garry Malhotra, I am from Australia. I want to lodge a complaint against one of your branch manager Mr. Amandeep Sethi (Malerkotla branch). Mr. Amandeep is so unprofessional and rude person. I worked with Australian bank snd I know banking is all about customer service but this person got no idea of customer service. I was planing to invert around $250000 Australian dollers with Axis bank but just because of Mr. Amandeep Sethi I am moving to HDFC.
    I went to HDFC bank and found that Mr. Amandeep Sethi was working with HDFC before he joined Axis and He was kicked out of HDFC because of his behaviour.
    Sorry to say but Axis is loosing business just because of this person.

    I am a Sr.Citizen aged about 64 years having a Sr.Citizen Savings account in the Axis Bank, Kalibabur Bazar, Branch, Howrah West Bengal. But it has come to know that there is no scheme of Sr.Citizen Savings Scheme (SCSS) provided by Government of India in your Axis Bank. But it is needless to mention here that apart from all nationalized bank this scheme is also designated and./or available to some private bank also like IDBI, ICCI etc. I shall be grateful if you kindly arrange to bring and/or designate this Sr.Citizen Savings Scheme (SCSS) to Axis Bank, Kalibabur Bazar Branch, Howrah, West Bengal to enable us to open the account in your Axis Bank.     Dear Madam/Sir.
    I am a business man running my Restaurant since 8 years, all these years I was banking with co operation bank. But as in I expanded my venture I was looking for costumer friendly Banking, so a nice person from Axix Bank suggested me to open an account with Axix Bank so I opened current account with her suggested Bank. I opened my current account on the month of June 2016. Till date I have maintained account very unsatisfactory because firstly I have not received my Debit card.
    Secondly Due to no reason my cheque got bounced and I was so disappointed in front of my vendor.
    Thirdly the staffs are not cooperative at all.
    Bottom line I wand to close my account and would not suggest anyone to open account at Axix specially at Rangpo Branch East Sikkim.

    I got the message that my debit card is blocked so i called axis bank coustomer care. the representatvie told me that i have only block the card from my number. I told her that i have not block my card ,why will i block my card but she told in the system it was written had i had block the card , she told me to visit near axis bank to activate the card. I went in Wakad,Pune branch and fill the form to start the card,but still the card is not working …………….. what service does axis bank is giving .Firstly anyone can block anyones card ,wow so great no sercuity. Secondly after complaining in branch and going throught process your problem will not be solved ……………… if still your have something for your coustomer …please slove my issue

    I m not satisfy with the axis bank customer service, bcoz today i went to the branch (uthalsar naka ) thane to make spelling correction in my name and address they had requested me to show the pen card to make a black and white zeorox copy . I had presented him my pen card colour zerox copy to make black white zerox copy bt they had refuse and told to bring original .
    This is not fair that’s the original photo copy of my pen card.
    I m not satisfy with this kind of services in axis bank..

    I have a loan account in your bank. My one return payment of amount xxxxx INR of insurance claim is credit on your account since 28/08/2016, and your customer call center give me the request number (9104713) and they told me that bank transfer the amount through neft in my bank account(ICICI bank) but amount is not credited in my account. So I am forward the mail in your loan support mail( at 13/09/2016 with enclosed our bank statement as proof. Then they provide me the request number (9161474) and they told me that within 4 days your issue is resolved, but issue is not resolved I will call to customer care no. 18001035570 and they are not giving me proper response after that they give me request number (9222417) now further issue is not resolved.
    So I am contact to branch(Axis bank Home loan Branch, Hawa Sadak, Jaipur) and contact to Mr. Ravish and Mr. ashish (Both are executive). And they did not satisfy me and they told me that they noted my issue and they resolved the issue within 4 days (date of contact- 22/09/2016), but again issue is not resolved . and I am call to mr . ravish but he is not giving me proper response, so I am very upset, after many call , mr. ravish provide me branch manager(Mr. amit kapoor ) number(0141-4076658) , and I call him many times but mr. amit also not pick the pls it’s very unprofessional behavior of your staff.

    I am having an account No.779010100017684 id No. 115022565 with your Warje, Pune branch, in joint name with my wife.
    I had requested Warje branch about one month back to cancel my earlier mobile No. 9422751303, as the OTP while making any payments through ATM card, is redirected to this No.
    As the problem still persisted, after waiting for 2-3 days I again went to the branch when the lady officer got requisite application in your format from me and told that the problem will be solved shortly.
    The problem still persisted. Now I sent Email to your cusomer care centre.
    They found new excuse that my email is not registered with them.
    This is the same email id through which I had made correspondence with you about 7-8 months back as my internet bankingfacility in my as well as my wife’s name was not being successful.
    At last I gave up those efforts also, only because you people were not responding.
    Again, as per their message I registered my email id with you.
    Surprisingly their response stopped.
    When I again sent them email they preferred to BLOCK MY ATM Card with a filthy reason of security.
    I am now quite sure that your bank is not interested in solving the problems but pushing them further, as they do not seem to have technical knowledge.
    I am sending this letter to you not to get my problem solved but to inform you about your poor service.

    Respected sir,

    I tried to withdrawal 8000Rs a corporate bank ATM (ICICI Bank) khora colony Ghziyabad(U.P.) on 11/09/2016 approximate time 7:30pm,but my cash not received from me that ATM and after 5minutes 8000 Rs Debited SMS show my registred mobile no.+919716955814 ,so I had complained to customer care (complain no. 1609017954) and next day I went to my own branch but their’s staffe did not take any responsibility,so after 7days customer tolled me trasiction success,so I again went to my own branch but their’s behaviour cruel after that day I continuously call to customer care,at last I informed you, please take a seriously action on my problem and check CCTV camera and kindly refund my amount because It’s my 1month salary.

    i am an educated person and your answering machine system & logic is not properly made. All unwanted things come and could not get the required choice in your system.please see that we can contact a person with help desk with all data available with him.
    Existing system is useless as no complaints can be booked by anybody.
    I don’t know why bank has framed such a lousy system as no one can book a complaint.

    Today while booking IRCTC Rly ticket an amount of Rs1602.5 is deducted from my axis account at 9.08am thru transaction no :440743665 & rly ticket has not come. Tkt booking not taken place.Again i tried for 2nd time & deduction took place again for one travel ticket from vijayawada to tirupathy. second transaction no is 440744442 for which i got the ticket. please reverse the transaction deducted amount of Rs1602.5 bearing no:440743665 in which the ticket has not come.please do the needfull immediately and tell me. thanks.

April 2016 and have acknowledgment of the bank with me.inspite of these facts ur bank has deducted qtly TDS on all my Term Deposits. Being fault of the bank as they failed to update the details of our form 15H in the account resulting in deduction of TDS.Requested to refund the TDS deducted without any fault on our part. Action should also be initiated against the erring employee for causing mental harassment to us.(senior citizens).

Ministatement by ATM is also showing the transaction but in withdrawal case it is showing the unauthorised card usage.     I am unfortunately paid 11,000rs loan amount through Bank(Marthalli near Brand factory) on 11-07-2016. At the same day ECS deducted 10929 loan amount for citi bank amount. please refund my amount 11,000 rs to my citi bank amount. Sorry for disturbance.     so you are requested to make payment to buider and also return back rs 45000/- to me which i had paid to builder due to your delay..

    I hold a SB -A/C in Coimbatore, in Tamil Nadu for more than a decade in Pappanaickenpalayam branch. i do minimum 10 thousand and maximum 18.k transaction every month. I lodged complaints many times to your corresponding officials in Coimbatore branch in personal, about the default and error functioning of ATM machine in Podanur-pin code 641023 Which is hardly 7 K.m. from the Pappanaickenpalayam branch, till now its not rectified even after two years. I really think why the hell do i hold an A/C with you guys, when local banks provide their ATM’s with power backup and closure facilities, you people keep your ATM in a open manner are you not ashamed of yourself to claim that you you are one among the leading banks. I pretty well know that even after giving my number no guys will turn to respond me, keep your eyes blind folded without responding, I am collecting all the evidence to lodge a case on economic wing and consumer court with white color offence for not responding the customer. for giving me mental agony.

Branch PRO se aaj tak (25.05.15) sirf date per date di ja rahi hai. aaj bhi morning me mujhe kaha gaya ki aap 6 June ko bank main ana. Kya bank customer ke sath is tarah ka behave karta hai 21 May 2015 ko mujhe kaha gaya ki aap 500 Rs do aaj hi aap ko priority per ATM Card de diya jayga. Kya yeh customer se cheating nahi hai. Axis Bank ak reputed bank hai or uska kisi branch ka staff apne customer se aisa behave kare to bank ki repo per kya farak pade ga. main May 5,9,16,21 or 25 itni bar branh ja chukka hu. Ap se prayer hai ki bank ke is tarah ke bartav ke lia action jaroor le. Mujhe branch tak aane ke lia Rs 50 har bar dene hote hai. kya yah customer ka ka nuksan nahi hai

    i mr rajesh agaldivte my a/c no is 910010020737604 as a salaried a/c. So i want to know to you sir that on 21/04/2015 i had done a online payemnt of dishtv Rs 230/, which was not been come to my dishtv a/c. So on 24/04/2015 I had compaint to dishtv about the matter, I had mention the mobile no to. So on the same day evening 7.45 one person rang me about the dishtv about the package and on the next day on 25/04/2015 early morning at 10.30 am at sat he rang me and told to me I am the genvent employees of Axis bank from recovery dept. so please give the a/c no, debit card no & pin nos. I got is mobile no to (08285098659) . So from 11.30 he start operating the net banking from my a/c 4665/ was the balance in my a/c. but within 12.15 the total balance was nil. So the Airoli branch person contact me and told me about this matter that how much transaction do have done today. So I told him the fake person had done the transaction from my a/c as a net banking. So dear sir i come to know that this matter is as been happen many time from many people so please do some rules and regulation that we reverse the a/c within 24 hours. I suppose the a/c holder had done the wrong transaction so he should go to the option of reversal. I knew that my mistake has been happen that for Rs 230/ saving of dishtv i had done a great mistake. So god knows i will get that amount a not. Police chowki at vakola they had not responded me why u given the detail so and so. And they told we will not proceed the paper to the cyber police station. but I told sir u please give the stamp on the Xerox atleast. So know on is taking the action. Bank person is saying u go to police station, police is saying that u go to bank person. Now who is suffering we people. If you people will take a proper action then the record will track them easily, now a day by mobile no. u can trace the person from where he is operated. But now you people will think who are getting that much time to do. Money can be earn more but humanity is the first pereference. I am a educated person the many who does not know to operate the system of Banking they can take the whole information from them, and do the same thing what happen with me. For Rs 4665 is as Four lakhs, I am not a good earner sir so please do the needful to me my contact no is 9146739933 So please call me as soon as possible

    Myself Axis Bank account holder in hosur branch tamilnadu, INDIA (SB AC NO: 535010100083818 -IFC code UTIB 0000535). I pay LIC HFL loan premium every month 10 th. Current month 10-10-2014 morning 9.50 am, I deposited the amount in my account. (Due to inconvenient axis bank deposit machine problem at 10 minutes). I have a time for LIC HFL transaction in whole day. But you are not made transaction for the amount from ECS in LIC HFL and also you charged the fine. How can you do this? If you not take any further step I will do the maximum step.
