    Respected Sir/Mam,

    I am Sanjay kumar Agarwal S/O Sh. R K Agarwal having a loan account with axis bank PPR005602080334. When I took this Ioan, I was in sound financial condition but unfortunately things became unfavorable I lost my job and all saving of mine spent in medical and daily expenses during the period not even get another job to get out of this . With all these problems I was unable to pay my Monthly Installments.

    Now I got a job that is not up to my expectations but it’s my need to accept this to satisfy my basic needs so I can’t carry on with this loan So, I want to settle my account. As I talked with your executive he offered me settlement amount of 203011/- I have attached Demand Draft of Rs 100000/-.

    Rest amount shall be paid in four equal installments as I need to arrange funds from my relatives and friends.

    Sir/Mam, I have great intention to pay amount to you. Kindly advice.

    My self ajas v.a having a credit card account and also saving account in your bank . Bearing number 4514570036212549 It is with great regret iam writing this mail . Because I have very bad experience from your my zone credit card! . When I release some amount rupees 500 from ATM i used to credit card instead of debit card . Actually it was mistakly happened that transaction . But in this case The bank had showing a very different perspective. they are behaved me like enemy because I took only 500 rupee’s that I need to pay double amount which one I released that means ( 500+500+90 GST) this is unfair , i had never expected this kind of behaiver. I wonder .when I checked my unbilled transactions that I realized I had been cheated. Actually I already contacted your customer service regarding this issue .They told me that u make a complaint against this . That amount will be reversed !:; Anyhow I will close my two accounts if you do not make the appropriate decision in this regard. Moreover And I will never make more than one rupee. you may please consider as a special case .please look at this matter very seriously. As well as I request you to avoid any additional charges levied from me

    I have an serious issue regarding my credit card. my credit card (card no: 4514570001923252) validity is over at September 2017. I did not received new credit card. I am trying to contact your customer care executive many times but didn’t find a solution regarding this. from past four to five months am facing lot of problems while making a payment. I dint receiving your bill every month. Am paying debt interest and late payment charge every month because of improper communication from you. now I am ready to pay the credit card bill but dont have any option to pay.
    my credit card validity is over. mobile app is not working properly and could not make a payment even in mobile app. what is the remedy for me? how can i pay? to whom can i pay? where can i pay? what about my late payment charges and debt interest?
    Problem is from your side and am doing financial loss? who is responsible for my loss?
    Please find a solution and refund my losses. otherwise I only have the way to approach consumer court.

    As per call receive from Surat Mr Mehul I cleared all dues on dated 29/6/2017 with remark that all dues r cleared and your credit card will disconnected soon month they charged me for service tax n all.i complain for same .150463123 July
    33979945 19/9/17….as customer care said they reversed amount of 2035rs.and told me to pay rest amount as sattelment amount witch also I paid as they ensured next time no any changed will continue n credit card will cancelled..but again n again I received msage for payment wich not my mistake …as on day rs 3186rs bill generated…plz plz I request u cancelled my credit card and reversed amount plz m so fed of fro. M axis bank service.i m live in Silvasa with 5yrs old kid.branch not support me they say to go Valsad Wich more that n can I ?.n Valsad branch totally not responding very bad plz request u to cancelled .

    To inform the above topic, I have taken Nileshbhai Babalbhai Patel Resident Patan in my Home lone taken to Mehsana branch of Axis Bank. When the loan was taken, according to the POWER HOME sanction letter received from the bank, In this letter 108 months EMI Rs.15622 and next 41 months EMI Rs. 10315. But Axis Bank has not given any reply and Mehsana branch Axis Bank has complained to the branch in Mumbai. The complaint number is 13177303 and it is done on 03.11.2017.and kindly convert my home lone in MCLR 9.40% .So kindly requesting that you guide us in this matter.

    I Mr. bharat vadilal kothari is holding a resident account with your branch vile parle east having account no 183010100227902 and I AM not joint holder in my ,but having authorised to act as LOA ON BEHALF OF wife’s account who is non resident indian whereas my TDS got deducted on 25.06.2016 and 30.6.2016 10,177/- and 3,936/- respectively and nature of payment of the same is 195 and 194A which is applicable to non resident however the Mr.Bharat vadilal Kothari (self) is a resident indian. Being a indian resident this TDS deduction is not applicable under section 195 & 194A, Which is wrongly reflected A subject is raised before all concern department, stating to re-issue revised TDS subject to rectification of error and necessary corrected copy of TDS for year 2016-17 to avoid filling IT return immediately on bearer of this e-mail and oblige.

    i blocked my credit card , still am unable to break my FD pathetic repose from home branch, poor response from customer service completely worst experience with Axis bank . kindly do needful

    Respected Shikha Madam, Sorry to inform you regarding my problem because these people are Misguiding and Harassing me and misrepresenting Axis Bank infront us.

    This is ARIF ALI KHAN, I am operating NRI (NRO) A/C, Customer Id- 838062108 & my A/C no. is 912010016574626.
    I am very sad to inform you about your Bank as well as Branch Services that is very pathetic and unbelievable.
    I went to Sambhal branch which is my Home Branch because I belong to CHOUDHARY SARAI, DISTRICT SAMBHAL, Utter Pradesh.
    My problem is that Mr. Nishant Kapoor who is Priority Relationship Manger misguide and harass me. I went to branch to open a New Account with Sambhal Branch but as I have an existing account with AXIS Bank so that I have to firstly close or continue that account which is MR. Nishant Kapoor told me that time in August or September 2017.
    but til that they did not continue or close my this account & I am suffering and harassing till date.

    I have completed all formalities which is require for Continue this account but neither continue nor close this account.
    they were saying that this account has been change in Normal Saving account & i have to go to Aligarh Branch and submit the KYC document for Re-KYC but neither is change in Normal Saving Account nor they are not accepting my KYC document for Re-KYC.
    Because they are saying my account is Re-designate whatever you people call because my account is debit freeze or whatever y call first I have to Submit my Passport Photo Copy with Front & Back pages as well as Exit & Entry pages with Stamp and also Visa Cancellation Page with Stamp. which I have already submitted in Sambhal Branch through Mr. Nishant Kapoor by hand.

    I have a proof because I have SR no. that is

    2- SR- 33969306 dated 14-09-2017

    is that my registered mobile number in axis bank. .branch Vijay nagar indore. .
    I have taken credit cards nd use that after 2 or 3 months I had not pay the amount ….
    after that I have received a call from mr.arjun singh rathore
    he told me if I will not pay then they will do f.I.r
    I had told him you can charge me ur intrest money next month I will pay
    then after I pay the bill…from another axis bank. .
    and he ask for receipt on him whatsaap number. ..I had send the prove…
    then after my two month sallery came in my account but their money is not showing in my account. .just received a massage only. ..currently I have received again a call from ms.priyanka she told me again to pay the credit cards bill again and ask for receipt photos on whatsaap. ..
    I am canfused where is my 2 month sallery nd if credit card payment is un complete. ..after that I pay again 5 thousands to credit cards. nmbr nd send receipt copy again
    this time I had send a massage also I will complain to head office regarding this payment
    after that they send that amount
    in saving account. ..
    they are not receiving my call
    and branch nmbr they also no one pick uping the call

    I am not using card for more than 10 years as I torne the card and put it in ATM box after settlement of Final Instalment with executive. There were no communications from the bank till October 2017. Suddenly a lady by name Mrs.Arcana( Mob.No.7993829138) stating as Axis bank executive brought a statement without any authentication showing Rs.1,18,682.54 outstanding against. After lot of arguments she advised me to pay Rs,52,000/- immediate settlement. I requested for giving me the details of my usage and payments. She told me she will send the details. A mini Statement was sent by Mr.Santosh in which it was indicated the amount payable in September : Rs.77,883/-Final balance payable Rs.1,18,682.54 I do not know how it was increased from 77,883/- to 1,18,682,54. In fact one of the group leader came to my House and Collected cash Rs.25,000/- from my wife by misleading her. He gave receipt in the name AXIS Bank which was printed Locally from M/s Vaishali Corporate Solutions: H.No.1-1-300B Ashoknagar Hyderabad 500020. If the outstanding are correct/genuine why the bank is resorting to entrusting the collection work to private goons who are troubling the customers by un-ethical means of approach without giving the details of outstanding to customers

    It is rather appalling that in the day and age of ‘customer care’ in service industry, this lackadaisical attitude exists in your bank. We feel this is not an information that is difficult to provide to your clients.
    If not attended to, we would be left with no option but to approach the Banking Ombudsman.
    What is the Customer Care department doing about it ? Wonder if this exists at all or not !

    Extremely sad and rather appalling that in the day and age of ‘customer care’ in service industry, this lackadaisical attitude exists in your bank. We feel this is not an information that is difficult to provide to your clients.
    Inspite of this feedback exactly One Month back, Bank’s Customer Care Department has not cared to respond. We wonder if the department exists or not.
    If this is not responded to, we would be left with no option but to approach the Banking Ombundsman of Axis Bank.

    Dear sir,
    I am mahesh choudhary and I am an a/c holder in your bank in pithampur branch.
    I drop a cheque of Rs72000 in the Dropbox on 13 September 2017 but after two days when I not get any notification then I am visited to the bank and I ask to to the staff that I have not get any notifications after two days of deposit the cheque then I request her to reopen the drop box then I saw my cheque is remains at their . when I said to the manager named Mr Visual ( manager of pithampur branch of axis bank) but he is not respond actively but after two days also of this incident my cheque has not been cleared . Now my contractor is threatened me to sue upon this .so I request u to please show me the way to overcome with this trouble or pay the amount on behalf of me.

    I am Sujata Kumari Kolkata, I have no any Savings Account in your BANK but your bank is sending SMS several times in my Mobile No.9681023467 that:-
    1. Your Mob No. is registered with my bank(about one year ago). That time I lodged complain/objection on your Customer Care /Toll Free No .

    2. Last on 25.08.2017 received SMS – “Balance in saving a/c 077418 as of 24-Aug.2017 EOD is INR 0.00 Credit in a/c are subject to clearing.
    Therefore, you are requested to DELETE / REMOVE my Mob. No. 9681023467 from your bank because I have no any type of account in AXIS Bank nor I was customer of AXIS Bank.

    Lic begusarai bihar had issued a cheque bearing no 235882 dated 31.03.2017 and the same deposited on 8th may 2017 to union bank sk nagar branch but axis bank local clearing returned saying ‘kindly contact drawer/drawee bank and please present again.’union bank deducted a sum of Rs 115 fm my account.i written a litter to axis patna on 15may but i did not got any reply.kindly direct concern to refund my deducted amount.

    I know very well that again my problem is not going to resolve same as my last complaints but the fraud is happening with me i am not going to take it very easy. I have already registered a consumer complaints against you guys but still want to inform you about it.

    Last time you guys charged me around INR.2100 against the cheque dishonored charges, This charges that charges etc. i requested you to please provide me proper information but you guys only given me excuses on the call even i wrote you guys 10 times but didn’t get any single revert on the email. i suffered two months. Then realize that you guys are irresponsible no need to fight with you guys and deposited a cheque of Approx. 49k you guys first debited you negative balance from my account. So i thought its okey now everything is clear and i’ll not be in trouble again

    Oh why i thought like this, I was not right again you guys debited from my account Approx. INR.1400 When i called to the CS department they told me its the consolidated charge. Dear sir when i am using your banking for earning interest as well paying you guys if going to use your services like for each trnx.INR.5 in case of imps, Paying charges if withdrawal amt from the Other bank more-than 5 times in a month. Then which kind of charge is it ?.

    Whenever i called to your customer support department you guys denied to registered complaint and ask to take request. When i requested last time you guys not reverted on my concern and now not taking my complaints. Which kind of services you guys are providing. Also if you check i am You customer since Oct-2010 since that time not a single time your Relationship Manager tried to reach me. Either i am happy with your services or not. When i suffered you guys denied to take my complaint.
    I am a common man, Because of your services suffered a-lot but now its going beyond to my patience limit.

    If my entire money will not get refunded to me what debited last time as well as this time. I’ll go proper legally if again not get resolution start harm to myself and for all these things Axis bank limited would be responsible. I worked 20hrs.. in a day to keep smile at my family face but Axis bank don’t want this and torches me financial as well as Mental both. If anything will happened to me Axis bank limited would be liable for it because they force me to harm my self

    I am holding bulk deposits with its branch at ferozepur city for a pretty long period of time. The branch promised to treat me as a priority customer.

    Its 3or 4 staff members whose mobile phone numbers were also tried to contact, theh too do not respond to my calls.I fear some bungling may not be comitted with my deposits.

    I have transfered Rs 28750 on 8th dec 2016 and have contacted cuatomer service several times to get the UTN number and every time I call. The xustomer service puts me on hold for 30 minutes and disconnect the chat and I have not got the transaction number and its been more than a month.
    It is a nightmare dealing customer service and it is a ripoff and fraud.
    I will take necessary action and will post everything on social media and will contact consumer court for all thia harrashment.

    I visited Axis Bank Bardoli branch on 23.12.2016 for withdrawal cash Rs.1,200/- by cash. I was given token for 02.01.2017. I met branch Manager Mr. Modi and explained him that there is no circular from RBI to issue advance token. Bank can issue token only when the large queue of customers at the bank and that token is valid for that particular day only. When I visited the Branch, there was nobody at cash window. Though Branch Manager replied rudely ” You can do whatever you like. If you argue more, I will call Police”. I surprised i am a senior citizen and branch Manager do not know how to behave with senior citizens.

    If I gave cheque to any person and bounce by the bank for insufficient balance, its a criminal offense. In this case, I have sufficient balance in my account, there was nobody on cash window and Branch Manager denied to give money and call after 8 days, what steps should be taken against him. Now a days Axis Bank’s image spoiled because of these types officers only.

    I went on 23.12.2016 to withdraw cash Rs.1,200/- by cheque. The Security man gave me toke for 02.01.2017. I met branch manager and asked him why you issued token after 8 days? He replied ” You will get money on 02.01.2017 only and do whatever you like. I you argue more, I will call police”. I complained Axis Bank Ahmedabad Office but no result. There was no customer on cash counter when I visited.

    If I am failed to pay and bounce my cheque for insufficient balance, it will be a criminal offense. Then what if i have sufficient balance in my account, no customer on cash window and branch Manager denied to pay cash and call me after 8 days. He rudely behave with me

    I used Axis Bank ATM this morning. The SBM card number ends with 7836 and ATM number is CWAC0091 and transaction number is 2344 at 09:14 AM on 18 November 2016.
    The machine ran out of money and no money was received. However I have an SMS stating that Rs. 2000 has been deducted from my bank account.
    Please take action to cancel the transaction and credit the money back in to my account in the bank.

    Had car loan, which cleared on 1st Oct 2016. I am yet to get my FD,s back as security even after several visits. Even can not en cash my matured FD because of their lean mark. Non caring bank with no customer care. I will be forced to close my 18 year old acct with bank, withdraw my un matured FD,s and would ask even my daughter and son to shift their NRI accts while they are in India next month. As a senior citizen I have spent nearly Rs1000/ on Taxi to go to bank. I suggest people to refrain from keeping acct with them for non caring attitude. many other good banks are there to deal with

    I tried to withdrawal 8000Rs,A corporate bank ATM(ICICI BANK) on 11/09/2016 khoda colony Ghaziyabad(U.P.) at approximate time 7:30pm, cash not received for me from that ATM and after 5 minutes a debited SMS show my registerd mobile no.+919716955814 and amount debited of my Account no.915010034757879. Then I had complained to axis customer care(complain no.1609017954) and next day I go to my axis own branch but there is no response, after 7days customer tolled me transaction success,so again I complain to my own branch but their’s behaviour is not good, so that day I continuously call customer but nothing response, I am helpless at this time so at last I informed you,so please check CCTV camera in your side and kindly requst you refund my amount 8000Rs because It’s my 1month salary….

    I would like to inform you that I have closed my current account with Axis bank, Jayalakshmipuram Branch / D.devaraj Urs Road Branch, Mysore. almost a year back, and since i have closed down the firm mentioned above.     Here is a live example of how your much-vaunted customer is nothing but hypocritical cant.

    Customer service is more propagandised than materialised.

    In rendering customer service your flagship Satyanagar branch, Bhubaneswar, is a polio child.

    Read my ordeal below.

    I am having a S/B a/c (No. 024010100021946) at your Satyanagar branch since 1998 along with four Demat accounts in different combinations with my wife.

    On 3rd June, I told the branch that I wanted to keep only one Demat account and close down the rest three. Demat A/C 10725277 is active.

    I also requested them to open a Trading account – Axis Direct.

    I complied with all the required formalities as demanded by them from time to time but my request still remains unfulfilled.

    The Branch Head and, more particularly, the Operations Head Shri Sanjay Panda are simply stonewalling my requests.

    In 10 days, it will be four months since I requested these officials for as simple a thing as opening an Axis Direct account but the bumblers still remain as impassive as if they are posing for oil portraits.

    All your promise of excellent service is a pathetic joke with empty hype as its only punch-line.

    If this will be the work ethic and attitude of your branch staff, Axis Bank will soon be at the gates of hell. That is for sure.

    I tried to withdraw 10,000 RS cash in corporation bank ATM at gst road kancheepuram on (02.07.2016) approximate time:8:00pm. Cash not received for me from that ATM. But amount debited in my account. Then I had complained to axis customer care (1st complaint no: 1607003649.) (2nd complaint no: 1607013805).But they told transection success so contact near axis bank branch. So Again I given to complained to axis bank in guduvanchery branch (complained no:1607-042834). They told contact to own branch of kancheepuram (complained no:1608-014192). They also told transection success. Since till now amount not refund for me. So Please check CCTV camera in your side and refer. So kindly request you to refund my amount 10,000 RS.

    It is very bad to see the poor services by axis bank shahibaug branch at first when they provide the FD to us without notification issued a credit card & after that we request to cancelled the card out of 4 fd only cancelled the card of 2 fd .
    Now before a week i visited to shahibaug branch & personally given an application to cnclled the Lien credit card request still not done what type of frod is going in this branch … u can get touch on 9824004536

    When I received Credit cards form your Bank, my add on Card No=5241780004827775 was not activated still now. First the name was wrong and issued another Card. I was trying to activate this add on card from starting itself. When I tried to activate this card they say that Date of Birth is wrong. Again I confirmed the Date of Birth of my wife(SARA KAMALA MUMMIDI) even though not activated till today. Your Executives response and service is not satisfactory. Some times your executives were saying that Date of Birth is wrong, name is wrong and address is wrong. At least solve my problem as early as possible.

But yr staff refused to do tht coz of I already took d email statement facility. I hv two other accounts in another banks, but I never seen this type of policy. I don’t know why I can only one option use, weather email statement or passbook entry. Its totally unsatisfiesld policy and ans given by you. I request to give both facility to me so tht my senior citizen father can also get the all my account entries easily to provide anywhere in any legal or casual matters.

    every time they have been abusive and disrespectful they have not only provoked me but also assasinated my character the collecions women pramila and a another guy
    has been disrespectful , they are only concerned about the payment nothing else my sister is hospitalised for dengue and i am renovatinng my office the collections guy kishore had come to my residence
    without informing he goes to the collection agency which is in grant road lamington and they call me today from this number (8652741960)and make a mockery out of me.
    this is the abusive number (8652544268) this guy would give his name i believe he is the head of pramila he was the one that has provoked me and abused me and my family
    Is this the way you treat your customers is this ethics that collections shud follow i have amount and will pay no doubts i am late evry month but i ensure i make the

    I really feel like, switching my salary account from Axis bank to some other bank. I have been trying to pull/close my RD for last 4 days nothing is happening.
    your internet banking site is slow like anything, specially the new version.
    its giving me hard time. And what the customer care says – the request is pending we can not do anything,, then who will do I don’t understand. if you are not able to close my RD, please send the same amount to my account.     This is to bring to your kind information that I am a customer of your Axis bank since from 2001. I have been approached by your Neheru Nagar, Bhilai (CG) Branch for BT (Balance Transfer ) of my existing Housing loan with SBI and Top up loan in the month of May, till date the amt not disbursed even after showing me approval in the month of June 2015.

    When I approach them, every time they ask me one – one document and passed three months for a single case which was approved by SBI earlier.

    I feel it’s a mentally harassment for me, therefore I am writing this mail and withdrawing my BT loan case from Axis Bank, also I want my all processing charges back which I paid at the time of processing.

    I have received axis bank Multi Currency Forex Card,I am go to check the balance nearest axis bank ATM machine the machine showing 068 account denied, and I am go to my Hosur branch the branch Forex department staff telling”Our branch not issue the Card,then I am writing to customer services so many times he asking so many details so many times and also send so many times and then I am go to your Mumbai Corporate office directly(the ATM Card Mail address) the Corporate office tell”Our office not issue the Card”.at the same time I am write so many mails to your NRI services so many times but he also asking so many details so many times.

    dear sir,

    atm at kharghar made a short disbursement on 16.01.15. the complaint was lodge on 17.01.15. but the money has not been reversed in my account till dat even after several reminders. my case of short disbursement has been handled badly by customer care service. the service has not even understood the complaint even after repeating it several times.

    with this kind of support & ill skilled personnel at the help line the bank’s reputaion & intention is in question.

    despite having received a confirmatory sms from the bank that the short disbursement has been reversed, it has not been done.

    i intend to close this account depite being my salary acct
