Our Car No. CG04-KF-0011 given for repairs to Audi workshop Raipur & telephonic it was discussed that estimate is made for insurance purpose only and it was informed that we are a premium customer for insurance co. will not pay any extra estimated amt. will be adjusted unallowed component company. Now the amt has been settled by the co. looking to our business relation with insurance co.and know Raipur dealer is asking the amt. which is not as per the discussion. You may depute the technical representative to reassess the accidental vehicle losses and charged. Treat the matter as urgent . Thanking you 09826145409

I had purchased an Audi A4 2013 and kept it like a child and few days back I had horrific experience that My Audi A4 steering is jammed all of a sudden with no hit signs found on the car both by my Insurance surveyor and the audi service staff , after Web browsing I came to know that there are hundreds of these complaints, and the dealer is giving Rs. 3,00,000 amount of bill , So I want to know that Audi is selling defective cars as also the car is showing the word ( Defective Steering Do not Drive ).
