Atul Khatri took birth on 10th January 1968 in Mumbai and completed his school education from St. Theresa's Boys High School.
He completed his Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Mumbai. He has also got a certificate in Business Administration from Manchester Business School, the University of Manchester located in England. Khatri joined his family business (Kaytech Computer Service Private Limited) after completed his education. At the age of 43, Atul became a comedian.
