    Dear Asus team ,I bought mobile on MARCH 2017 . On that day itself my mobile had following issues…1) battery drains quickly
    2) during call and net browsing mobile gets heat…… 
    3) mobile hanging…..

    So I handover my mobile on Asus service center so many times at Anna salai , chennai .During my visit they diagnosed my mobile at the time also my issue not solved,  again i went, at the time they replaced battery.problem not solved… during my third visit with the same RMA sheet they changed the charger and cable.That time too …..my problem not solved.again I went that time they changed the main board and they update the software.then too problem not solved. DURING All MY VISIT THE PROBLEM WAS ANALYSED BY TECHNICIAN AND THEY ACCEPTED THAT THERE IS NO PHYSICAL DAMAGE AND DAMAGE BY WATER. I KNOW YOU ALREADY KNOW THE DETAILS….BUT FROM MY SIDE I CONVEY THIS TO YOU AND YOUR TEAM

    So I handover my mobile there on 25/5/17… till today my phone is in service center…… During telephonic discussion I asked   for replacement ,you told me ,after discussing with higher official, I do the favour for you…..for replacement of mobile only am waited….but today you told phone problem s were solved…and asked ME to collect it from service center.. am not happy with that mobile from the date of purchase….AM NOT INTERESTED TO RECEIVE THE MOBILE FROM SERVICE CENTER ,AFTER IT FACED THIS MUCH PROBLEM FROM THE FIRST DAY ITSELF…..

    IF YOU NOT ABLE TO REPLACE THE MOBILE, THEN TAKE BACK MOBILE FROM THE SERVICE CENTRE ITSELF, AND PUT MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT. I WILL SEND YOU THE CHARGER , CABLE, AND MOBILE BOX,MOBILE BACK CASE COVER. 

      Again and again I facing this issue, after mother board changed.I proved the issue to Customer care executive also, come and get the same mobile with same issue after 40days also. This is the way you satisfy the customer means how I promote your brand to friends. Kindly change the mobile handset, or upgrade my mobile or refund my amount.

    Still issue goes, I go to consumer court. And I upload my review with holding documents.

     This is not scare to anyone, this my value of my money & I suggest your wrong product. 

    Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible. & I attached the complaint no also.

    I have a Asus Zenfone-2, Model No. Z00AD, which I bought some 2 years back. It was one of the best configuration mobile at that time, with maximum 4 GB RAM. But right now I am feeling it is obsolete because, though it is a 4G mobile but it don’t have VoLTE technology.
    For up gradation of it to VoLTE, I called at the toll free number 18002090365 and registered there with docket no. A1705146501 dt. 22.05.2017, but I feel very embarrassed to know that this company don’t have a simple software which can upgrade this 4G phone to a VoLTE.
    If such a big software company will take this much of time to develop a software which can enhance the utility of its existing high end mobile, then its existing customers have to think once before buying any product of ASUS in future.
    Feeling very disappointed by leaving this comment.

    We was very happy with your Asus phone. But sorry to say yesterday was very sad due to your team not good guide me & very disturb mentally.

    actually our mo. in touch problem & we visited in the morning your service center at ADVANTAGE HR SOLUTIONS-#F77, 1ST FLLOR, OPP. THUKRAL HOSPITAP, CIVIL LINES, BATHINDA, but he said we are loose the Asus service center, actually we already last time we serviced this time.
    So after that we called to customer care & he give new address, Regenration Pvt Ltd. (Smart service center).
    But his service engineer checked he very loudly we opened your mo. any un athorised dealer but we many time said we never gone to any un athorised dealer we only visited athorised dealer last 4-5 month. and also we called to customer care & he also repeated same words we have only one customer service center & we never called to me last time, whenever we called & serviced last 4-5 months before but we have no data any paper records. & angain we went to Advance service center, he is saying we was the authorized service center we have no any records.

    Please help us.

    Proudly i purchased a handset Asus Zenfone2 Laser3 16GB Black Serial No. faazcy20w556 from Trivandrum, Kerala, India on 22.01.2016. Within the first year itself it developed complaints which was rectified at your service center free of cost, One week back it came across with some complaint and I consulted at the customer care, Trivandrum. He checked and told it cost Rs.9250/- to rectify the same. I asked a invoice, but they demanded Rs.250/- for a report on diagnosis. So a total of Rs.9500/- is required to make the Asus Zenfone2 Laser3 16GB Black Serial No. faazcy20w556, functional which is a little above one year old. I strongly feel this an injustice to me and disappointed too. I trusted your company, your product, your service, but all in vain. I request your kind intervention to the issue and get the complaints rectified free of cost. I think your company will value your customers.

    i have bought one asus zen fone 5 one year back . one day my phone fell down and gorilla glass broken but display is working fine . i went service center for change glass and they asked me to pay 7000 rs to change full display, i bought the same for 7000 rs with exchange of my old phone . if their service centers charging high price for repair , no need of service center for asus, nobody will reach there. i am totally disappointed. from now i will not recommend anybody to buy asus phones its a cheating company

    I suffered a huge loss due to the callousness of ASUS customer support representative, Saurav. He was in such a hurry to close my call that he suggested me use the recovery option to sort my internal storage jam. Then after I couldn’t switch on my phone.. As a last resort I had to factory reset the device thereby losing on my much valuable data..Really Disappointed

    We purchased this Asus I pad with lot of expectations. Initially it worked for few days. Afterwards it started giving problem.

    We visited ur service centre for the first time on 1st Nov 2015 as the product was not switching on . Then on (04-02-2016) we went as the touch screen was not working . He said the touch screen is to be replaced. The product had not worked totally even for 2 to 3 hours N within that period the touch screen had gone. What a quality product!. We paid the charges N collected the set. After using it for one week again it gave problem of Auto restarting. We gave it for repair (18-03-2016) to Ur service center, they repaired N we collected after paying the charges. After using it for 15 days again it gave problem of charging. Again we gave it to Ur service center (16-04-2016) for repair N collected it after paying the repair charges. Again on 25-05-2016 we gave it for repair as it was not switching on . Again on 17-08-2016 we have given it for repair as it was not working N collected after repair. I do not know whether it is the problem of the product or the technician.

    Now again it is giving problem of screen blinking. We were not able to use Ur product confidently even a single time. N we are ashamed of showing this to our friends. As they are all teasing N condemning Ur product. Today (14-10-2016) again we have given it to ur service center for rectification of screen blinking problem.

    Totally we have travelled to Ur service center for more than 20 times. We have wasted our precious time N Money after buying Ur product. Never sell such type of poor quality products to any customer. This will spoil ur Reputation. Have proper pre despatch quality checks before selling any of Ur products.

    So far we have never used Ur product satisfactorily. We have spent more than the cost of the product for repair. Also we have made more number of visits to ur service center rather than using it . Now we are fedup with Ur product N we request U to give us replacement. I think this is the worst product I have ever come across. Already we have told our Friends, Relatives N colleagues about this N we have advised them not buy any product from Asus.

    Now again it is giving problem of screen blinking. We were not able to use Ur product confidently even a single time. N we are ashamed of showing this to our friends. As they are all teasing N condemning Ur product. Today (14-10-2016) again we have given it to ur service center for rectification of screen blinking problem.

    Totally we have travelled to Ur service center for more than 20 times. We have wasted our precious time N Money after buying Ur product. Never sell such type of poor quality products to any customer. This will spoil ur Reputation. Have proper pre despatch quality checks before selling any of Ur products.

    So far we have never used Ur product satisfactorily. We have spent more than the cost of the product for repair. Also we have made more number of visits to ur service center rather than using it . Now we are fedup with Ur product N we request U to give us replacement. I think this is the worst product I have ever come across. Already we have told our Friends, Relatives N colleagues about this N we have advised them not buy any product from Asus.

    Dear Sir / Madam,
    I Ishwarlal Gupta, bought an ASUS ZENFONE 2 from flipkart 15 months back. In same day there was an issue in detecting MEMORY CARD, and later there came the problem that my mobile get HANGED frequently. In which I have just used my phone for whatsapp, facebook and instagram and nothing else. And now after fifteen months on 06th November 2016(Sunday) my mobile stopped working; the screen got blanked, it only shows the CHARGING INDICATION SIGN ON SCREEN.
    The next day on 07th November 2016 I hurried to ASUS service centre and they kept my phone for one day; and flashed the mobile; because of which my now my phone is DEAD. And the service centre people are saying that the problem is on MOTHERBOARD which will cost 10,488/-
    Before I gave my phone to the service centre; at least there was showing a sign of charging on the screen; but now the phone is FULLY DEAD.
    Now I just want my phone to be REPAIRED or REPLACED by the company. And you’ll are the responsible for the same and for the lost of all my data on the phone… as how can such a big company can use a cheap quality of motherboard… ?
    I just want my phone to get repaired or replaced …. And if I am not getting this work I will make this issue viral and register a complaint against your company.

    Sr with due respect I want to put some points regarding poor built quality of asus ZenFone 2 belongs to me.
    – First company told that u are providing corning gorrila glass which is unbreakable and scratch resistant.
    I purchase above said asus ZenFone 2 in Oct 15 and my corning gorrila glass get broken from edge in pocket only in 5-6 month(may 16). After that due to poor service centre I went every now & then to get rectify that.
    But they only giving promise lastly told that they are unable to replace the glass talk to company. I m really harassed.
    Secondly after some time back cover also get colored off and got tearing itself due to poor quality plastic.
    Thirdly now sim card slot also get serviceable which is holding the sim.
    Now I m get too much harassed due this phone. I think this phone is having some manufacturing problem other wise asus is good brand .I have laptop also since last 5 yrs.
    Now I come to u …plz look into the matter and plz get all above issue solved as soon as possible.

    dear asus team,
    I would like to inform you that I am totally not satisfied with your way of communication and other services. its very frustrating that you have nearly taken 1 week time just for updating the warranty status. I have a gut feeling that I made wrong choice in buying the asus product. From your previous email its very clear that you have stated it would take 7 days for updating the warranty status but right now there is no update moreover I have a feeling that asus has sold me a device with manufacturing fault for your kind information i have replaced motherboard for 3 times and this going to be 4th time, battery for 2 times charger for 1 time, SSD hardisk for 1 time and USB port for 1 time. Just imagine if this is the status of a device can we consider it as a laptop? so with this all in mind i would like get a refund for the device as i have invested about 41000 rupees in it which is totally a crap. else replace it with a new product at any cost i will not accept it as device worth for the money that i paid if this not going to be done i would take it very seriously and take it to any extend. further for you kind information let me state the present problem that i am facing right now in the device

    Firstly the the battery doesn’t get charged fully which is a clear significance that there is some internal problem. There might be issues with the charger which causes the battery to get charged up-to a level only (88%) I still strongly believe that this problem is not due to my constant use, more over i state that the battery was just replaced in previous services and within such short duration, this anomalous activity of the battery cant accepted at any cost

    The USB port in right side doesn’t work properly, where there is need to place the pen-drive or any other gadgets in particular positions then only the gadgets gets detected. the port is very shaky which has to be resolved

    The back cover of the laptop is damaged where one of the screw is not placed in the right side of the hinge zone in the bottom side. While questioning about the screw to previous service center he replied that the screw zone was broken before itself and he said that the bay cant be replaced! I would strongly rise a question Was the product damaged by me or the service person? the screw zone was damaged by the service person due to mishandling of the product. i kindly request the service engineer to replace the bay at-least now. The LAN port has also lost the tightness where I couldn’t use the LAN cable

    For my studies I am using windows and linux and during project I am forced to use other versions of linux so i kindly request the service engineers to provide the original OS that i got with the laptop in DVD where, i will be able to install when ever there is a need to do so. Please kindly remember yourself that i have paid some amount for the original version of windows 8 during the purchase and its clear that i must be having the OS as i have paid for it

    the display was working till the last shut down. When i turned it on I didn’t get any startup or any signal in the display, there was not even BIOS display. Apart form this, left Conner in the display is having some problem which i couldn’t explain in words but if you clearly notice in left side of the display you can find it which is the manufacturing fault.

    The screws that are being screwed in the laptop are not the suitable screws for the laptop. because of this mistake the longer screws has been screwed in the wrong place and damaged the laptop in the left side of mouse pad itself, due to its longer length there has been impression in the upper side of the laptop. while contacting the previous service engineer I came to know that many screws are missing inside the laptop which has made the laptop loose enough

    finally i would say that i am fed-up with this product I strongly believe that the laptop is having so much problem i need it to get the product replaced totally because you might have noticed that i have changed the motherboard for 3 times battery for two times, audio card for 1 time, SSD hard-disk for 1 time, charger for 1 time, display cable for 1 time above all these i have been reporting to the service center for several times. The motherboard is major part of the laptop i have been such severe issues with the laptop means its something wrong with manufacturing of the product itself so i request you to provide me a total replacement of the product

    list of problems –
    1. Charging time is taking 2 days to complete charge. After 38% not charging.
    2. Display side edges is coming lines.
    3. Double tap on screen is not ON. But double tap on screen is off.

    These above complaints i notice n mobile and i called to flipkart, but they are saying pl contact to service of asus.
    i went to asus service service center, but they are saying to replace battery and screen. You have to pay for these around 5000 rs. But mobile is under warrenty, why should i pay the amount. You people are cheating customer.
    i will Post this complaint on Social networks like Facebook, Tweeter and Whataap for to buy Asus mobiles. Service is worst.

    I am a user of Zenphone 2. Since last 2 month my phone speaker is giving vibrating and annoying sound when its on. I took the phone to service centre in vizag. The concern person asked me to come after 1 week as the spare was not available. Ad since then ai have visited 5 times there but every time he tells some different story.     Hi Team,

    I bought the Phone on 05-01-2015 amount of 9499.00 from day Heating issue & Charging automatically getting down and i have called to customer care informed.

    That time requested for replacement and they told to go to service center they will rectify , i went to F1 service center and i have given on 20.06.2015 this under Warranty period.

    i have collected the phone after 10 days but once again same issues.

    I do not know what they rectified again i have given on service center on 12.03.2016 this is paid service it self.

    I have observed with in 6 months have this same heating and Charging automatically getting down. how many times we have to come to service center.

    Service Center peoples are telling 1200 one battery but there is no warranty see how they are like.

    We have asked to ASUS replace this phone they told when ever the problem next time will replace it.

    PLEASE FIX THE PERMANENT SOLUTION OR REPLACE THE PHONE

    im asus user from a long time, last year october 2015 i took asus zenfone laser ze550kl mobile piece which is still under warranty period till october 2016…..my fone was hanging too much and geting restarted agian agian frm 2 3 days, immediately then aftr one day suddenly it get switched offf…next day went to asus service center which was there at andheri east gundecha onclave was the registered address but as i went there m getting a big note including the office has shifted to andheri west but as i went andheri west which was the head office which the previous address din included it was head office and not the service center, as i reach andheri west they r tellng me to go back andheri east again some new address of asus service center which was jus so pathetic.i mean if it was such PLEASE CHANGE THE ADDRESS PROVIDDED IN THE GOOGLE OR JUS GIVE THE CLUE IT IS CLOSED FOR NOW..it is horrible..customers r not fool here to travel all the way long till andheri east….in my cell liquid content is been identified and as in we all know any liquid damage or physical damage is not covered under warranty! but the question is how the liquid content can b found in my mobile???????????????? my main matter of concern is HOW THE LIQUID IS FOUND IN MY MOBILE???? please look into it forward and get my complain registered under ur service center and i want my fone get it done as in i havent did anything wid my fone and i am not foool here to destroy my own brand new fone….please u hcekcout what can b done or else i have to tek a bigger action about this thing or get my complain and my fone done..

    1st problem was dial problem
    they repaired , They told system which I updated that’s problem, they given same day phone but I forgot to return job sheet after two days same problem happened again i given my phone to service center with same job sheet, they changed motherboard after 15 days they given me back my phone

    2nd problem network not showing, signal not shown, this is main problem, I can’t call again I was gone service center they changed SIM slot and after one months they given me.

    3rd problem now happened, speaker problem, when I on speaker during call its slow and breakable and bad voice and even I play song its very bad voice. I feel shame that I bought this phone.

    now even I called your service center they said go to service center and repaired phone again service center repaired will take month, Tell me what can I do without phone even I paid you full for your phone and service

    I have Xerox of all your job sheet with RMA number, and voice call record, now you have two options either you replace this phone with new one or pay me fine in court, I will go in consumer court

    we have just problem of GUJARATI LANGUAGE not supports in asus mobile.

    as my cousin ask me for purchasing another asus..but when he knows that gujarati is not supported he deny purchase ASUS.. so add gujarati in zenfone 5 and in other models.

    Otherwise it will effect in market specialy GUJARATI PEOPLE….

    i will also not use asus …add it as soon as possible…

    Hi All,

    This is to inform you with immense pain “ after sales service “ that I got from your service center is pathetic, I have purchased a ASUS ZENPHON (AS A450CG 1A/Z2520/8G/IN) phone online from flipkart on 31 Aug 14 and it was working fine but from June 15 I started facing hanging and speaker issue so I went to service center on 02 July 15 were they said it will take 5 to 7 days to get this sorted out(they said will change the speaker and format the phone) after doing continues follow-up with service center & customer care at last I got the phone after 20 days on 22 July 15 the service center lady said everything is sorted out but when I checked I found that it was formatted but speaker issue was still going on.

    When I asked the lady about the speaker she said entire mother board has been replaced & speaker is also changed (FYI-I just wanted you bring this to your kind notice that if mother board is changed then IMEI number should also change which was not done still I have the same IMEI number on the phone-so I think they are making ASUS fool and trying to make money out of it with false promise and commitment),lady was rude and said to me that you go home and check it should work fine as we have change everything but when I went home I saw the same problem popping up with new issue of receiver.

    Then I booked complaint with ASUS customer care (complaint no-A1507201639,PASS KEY-P150705596) They asked me to go again to the same service center and connect them I did the same on 1 AUG 15 the service center guys accepted that the speaker and the receiver is not working fine we will give you the replacement once the material is available (again they want to repeat the same procedure which they did the last time-they want me to keep the phone for 20 days without working on it and charging extra On ASUS)

    Asus service center is far away from the place where I live, I have already spend more money than speaker cost, so my humble request is to replace my phone and take action against this service center if ASUS fails to do so I have to move to consumer court and have to share this incident with all social networking sites and other mobile company’s (I got all proof in black and white) it will be great if you will refund my money back for the phone or give me credit memo for flipkart so that I can purchase new phone.

They kept it for 5days and after 5days they call back me and said your mobile is repaired you can take it now so i went the service centre and cheaked the mobile it was charging and brought it and give them the repair price 1200 rupes for a charging pin of my mobile.     I have asus zenfone 5. I have inserted 16GB SD card of samsung class 10, But still it shows storage issue. My sd card has about 15gb free space. But every time there is message that mobile have insufficient memory. Now i m not able to update my inbox OR ANY OTHER APPLICATION due to less memeory. Also number of times i have found that instead of charging the mobile heats up badly.     AUSU ZENPHON 5 SPECKER PRABULAM.
    I given it in service center in chennai “F1 Info Solutions & Services Pvt Ltd.”
    RMA num:INF8530402. I given it on 21/03/2015 they said it will take 3days time to resolve the issue but today is 07/04/2015 still they are saying that they didn’t received those parts from mumbai, they don’t know how long will it take to resolve the issue.
    And they are telling they will send a mail to mumbai service center to get those parts.
    I am not sure whether they sent mail to get those parts or not. TOday i given call to them they said again they will send mail to mumbai office to get the parts.
    They are not responding properly also,i asked them for status, no status from them.
    they said 3days if this is not resolved in 3days they should give a call to me and inform about this right, they are not doing this i am calling them contineously.

      Please inform to the service centers that if it got delayed inform to the customers with the proper info don’t wait customers should call and ask them.
      this is not the good way of treating with customers.
      Please resolve it as soon as posible.I need my mobile back as soon as possible.
      If you are not able to resolve then don’t sell these low quality goods from your company,
      really it is very shame on your products to have these kind of servicing.
      I have to go and collect my mobile from service center, it is far from my home.
      my half working day will go to take my mobile.
      Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee resolve it.

      Asus Service centers are not resolving the issue and not updating the info to the customers.

    Hi siri will purchrs zenfone 5 before one month
    Found some problem are following
    1) hang with in 2 hrs
    2) heat mobile when 30 minute continues after usages
    3) battery down with in 5 hrs
    Pls resolve my qury i will reques to you asus is great organisation and i hops you will resolved my query

    I buy Asus Zenfone 5 recently, from that day onwards my SMS(like OTP’s) from banks are getting blocked and it storing in blocked messages although I don’t have any numbers in block list.Can u please help me with this problem?

    i have purchased a asus laptop from gurunanak computer, jalgaon about 30-45 days before and i was told that that laptop is touch screen white colour 11.6″ and company also says that is touch screen laptop on internet but it is not touch so i am very very disappointed to purchase this product and company is not supporting me in this case and i want refund my payment
